Gift cards can be issued for a number of reasons, be it a digital or physical gift card for a loved one, or to treat yourself to a future travel adventure. Whilst gift cards have a 3 year expiry, vouchers on the other hand usually apply to limited time offers and promotions and by so doing have shorter expiration periods. Flight Centre Voucher Flight Centre vouchers come as a code, made up of combinations of numbers and letters, like hidden treasures waiting for you to uncover. You can snag these gems from ongoing promotions and offers, just like the perks you can get from subscribing to our Flight Centre Deals emails. Keep in mind, these Flight Centre voucher codes are often as time-sensitive as a firecracker on New Year’s Eve (usually lasting around 30 days – 1 year), and they prefer to shine on their own stage, so you can’t team them up with other offers. Flight Centre Gift Card Gift cards are your golden ticket to fun, with a 19-digit number and a 4-digit pin code that are needed in order to use the funds. They last for 3 years and can be used with discounts. Gift cards can be either digital or physical, but treat them like cash – if they’re lost, they’re gone for good. Gift Card Terms of Use for Flight Centre

• Gift Cards are redeemable at participating FCTG retail stores located within Australia.
• Unless otherwise stated on the Gift Card, Gift Cards are valid for use within 3 years from the date of issue.
• Gift Cards purchased from 4 April 2018 will be issued with a PIN number. In order for a Gift Card to be redeemed, the customer must provide the associated unique PIN number at time of redemption. If a PIN number cannot be provided, the Gift Card will not be able to be redeemed. 
• Gift Cards may only be applied up to the maximum value loaded onto the Gift Card which is unspent at the time of use. Where the cost of purchase exceeds the available balance of the Gift Card, the excess amount must be paid by another payment method.
• Subject to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Gift Cards are non-refundable. 
• Gift Cards may be redeemed in whole or part during the validity period. Where used in part, no change will be given. Any unused balance may be used against future purchases, but will not be refunded or credited when the Gift Card expires.
• Gift Cards cannot be reloaded.
• Gift Cards may not be redeemed or exchanged for cash, gift cards, traveller’s cheques, cash passports or any other form of currency.
• Gift Cards may not, without the prior written consent of FCTG, be resold or offered for resale at a premium (including via online auction or other unauthorised resale sites) or used for advertising, promotion or other commercial purposes (including competitions and trade promotions) or to enhance the demand for other goods or services. If a Gift Card is sold or used in breach of this condition, FCTG may in its absolute and sole discretion cancel or render invalid the Gift Card without a refund and the Gift Cardholder may be refused redemption of the Gift Card. FCTG will take all reasonable steps to notify you of FCTG’s intention to cancel or render invalid a Gift Card within a reasonable time before cancelling or rendering invalid the Gift Card. 
• FCTG may cancel or render invalid any Gift Card (including any available balance) which FCTG determines in its absolute and sole discretion was purchased at any time and in any way (including via online auction or other unauthorised resale sites) by fraudulent means. FCTG may cancel any bookings made using any fraudulent Gift Card which may include any non-refundable amounts. FCTG will not be responsible for any costs incurred by you if you purchase or attempt to redeem any fraudulent Gift Card. You acknowledge and agree that you will not be entitled to redeem any available balance on any fraudulent Gift Card and that FCTG will not be obliged to hold such balance on file for you or otherwise redeem or exchange that Gift Card. 
• You are responsible for the use and security of your Gift Card and PIN number. Lost or stolen Gift Cards may not be replaced or refunded. Lost or stolen PIN numbers cannot be reissued or replaced. You are liable for all transactions on your Gift Card except those caused by fraud or negligence by FCTG or its employees.
• Defaced, mutilated or altered Gift Cards may not be accepted, replaced or refunded. 
• Gift Cards may not be used for payment of credit or retailer accounts.
• Personal information collected in relation to your Gift Card will be handled in accordance with FCTG’s Privacy Policy which is available at www.flightcentre.com.au or in-store.
• The laws of Queensland, Australia apply to these terms and conditions and any disputes arising in relation to them. 
• Questions or problems relating to Gift Cards should be directed to FCTG’s Gift Cards Care Team on 1300 554 268. Complaints about purchases made with a Gift Card should be resolved directly with the store concerned.

About voucher

Rules of Usage

• The voucher is a unique combination of numbers and Latin letters. Each voucher corresponds to a specific denomination of money, which is charged in accordance with the carrier's obligations upon application by the person named in the voucher, at the times and in the manner set out in the voucher rules.
• The voucher is issued when a passenger applies for an involuntary or voluntary refund of a ticket issued via the Red Wings website or contact centre, agencies or the carrier's own offices.
• The voucher is issued as security for the passenger's transportation and additional services, which can then be purchased on the airline's official website.
• The voucher can be issued for a fully unused ticket as well as for a partially used one.
• When the voucher is issued, all unused sections of the carriage as well as optional services, excluding insurance services, are taken into account.
• The issued voucher is automatically sent to the passenger's e-mail address indicated on the booking.
• Vouchers with a validity of 1 year are automatically renewed for up to 3 years.
• The following conditions apply for calculating the voucher face value:

In case of an involuntary refund

The voucher face value is calculated from the amount shown in the «TOTAL» item of the itinerary receipt + 500 ₽ + the amount for additional services (excluding insurance), if these have been issued with the ticket.

In case of voluntary refund

For «Light», «Standard» and «Basic» tickets issued until 30 April 2020 inclusive and with travel date from 18 March 2020 the voucher face value is calculated:

Amount stated in the «TOTAL» item of the itinerary receipt + amount for additional services (excluding insurance), if these have been issued with the ticket.

For all other tickets, the voucher face value is calculated:

* For air tickets with a LIGHT fare issued for international flights, the carriage fee is not refundable, except for unused amounts collected by the carrier in favour of other organisations in accordance with the legislation of foreign states, from the territories on or through which the air transportation according to Subparagraph 4 of Paragraph 1 of Article 108 of the Russian Federation Civil Code takes place.

Rules of usage vouchers

• The voucher can be used for Red Wings scheduled flights numbered WZ (001-1999) and additional services (excess luggage, choice of cabin and other additional services, excluding insurance) at   flyredwings.com .
• It is possible to book tickets using vouchers for subsidised flights if these flights are available on flyredwings.com .
• The voucher cannot be used separately for additional services, but only if these services are issued together with the flight ticket.
• Tickets and additional services for children by using a voucher are issued under the same conditions as for adult passengers.
• Passenger's receipt of a voucher means the parties' agreement to change the procedure for the performance of the contract of carriage and provision of services in accordance with these Rules.
• The voucher may be used only by the person stated on the voucher (voucher holder) or his legal representative or representative authorized by a duly executed power of attorney.
• The voucher may be used by the holder to arrange carriage and services for themselves or for the benefit of third parties
• The voucher is linked to the email address provided in the original booking. o use the voucher to pay for tickets and extras on flyredwings.com , this email address must be provided when making the booking.
• If the holder purchases a ticket and an additional service using the voucher at a lower value than the voucher face value, the voucher face value will be reduced by the amount of services purchased.The balance of the voucher can be used to purchase tickets and additional services at a later date, but before the expiry date of the voucher.
• If the holder purchases a flight ticket and an additional service using the voucher with a value higher than the face value, the difference between the voucher face value and the product value will be payable by the voucher holder.
• It is possible to combine vouchers. Please, contact Red Wings Call Center at +7 (495) 212-12-51 (Moscow), 8 (800) 350-99-77 (toll-free for Russia). The deadline for processing of combined voucher applications is 30 working days from the date of application.The application procedure and validity period for combined vouchers is exactly the same as for single vouchers.
• The voucher may not be transferred for use by others, except in the cases and according to the procedure laid down in Paragraph 3 of these Rules.
• The validity period of the voucher is 3 years from the date of departure of the original ticket. The voucher must be used during its validity period. The use of the voucher before the commencement of validity and at the end of validity is not permitted under any circumstances.
• If the voucher holder has not used it within 3 years from the date of departure on the original ticket, they are entitled to apply for a refund from the airline company. The amount to be refunded is calculated as the amount stated in «TOTAL» item of the itinerary receipt + amount for additional services (excluding insurance), if such were issued together with the ticket.
• Post-payment via voucher is not available.
• Payment of the «Insurance» service by voucher is not available.

Flight Centre Travel Group Limited ( ASX:FLT ) has announced that it will be increasing its dividend from last year's comparable payment on the 17th of October to A$0.30. This takes the dividend yield to 2.9%, which shareholders will be pleased with.

Flight Centre Travel Group's Earnings Easily Cover The Distributions

We like to see robust dividend yields, but that doesn't matter if the payment isn't sustainable. Based on the last payment, Flight Centre Travel Group was quite comfortably earning enough to cover the dividend. This indicates that a lot of the earnings are being reinvested into the business, with the aim of fueling growth.

Over the next year, EPS is forecast to expand by 159.9%. If the dividend continues on this path, the payout ratio could be 22% by next year, which we think can be pretty sustainable going forward.

Dividend Volatility

While the company has been paying a dividend for a long time, it has cut the dividend at least once in the last 10 years. The annual payment during the last 10 years was A$1.52 in 2014, and the most recent fiscal year payment was A$0.60. The dividend has shrunk at around 8.9% a year during that period. Generally, we don't like to see a dividend that has been declining over time as this can degrade shareholders' returns and indicate that the company may be running into problems.

Dividend Growth Potential Is Shaky

With a relatively unstable dividend, and a poor history of shrinking dividends, it's even more important to see if EPS is growing. Earnings per share has been sinking by 25% over the last five years. Dividend payments are likely to come under some pressure unless EPS can pull out of the nosedive it is in. It's not all bad news though, as the earnings are predicted to rise over the next 12 months - we would just be a bit cautious until this becomes a long term trend.

Overall, this is probably not a great income stock, even though the dividend is being raised at the moment. The company is generating plenty of cash, which could maintain the dividend for a while, but the track record hasn't been great. We don't think Flight Centre Travel Group is a great stock to add to your portfolio if income is your focus.

Companies possessing a stable dividend policy will likely enjoy greater investor interest than those suffering from a more inconsistent approach. Still, investors need to consider a host of other factors, apart from dividend payments, when analysing a company.
