We want to know about your concerns, learn about your riding habits, and understand your goals. That way, we can provide exactly what you need to get the most out of your bike.

One of our service advisors will put your bike in the stand and run it through our professional inspection process. They’ll describe what they’re noticing and address any concerns.

From there, we'll discuss how we can get your bike back up to speed with a service package, on-the-spot adjustments, or replacement parts. We’ll also create an itemized receipt to make sure you’re comfortable with repair costs before we get to work.

Get to fixin’

Leave your bike with us, and we'll do the rest! You'll receive an email and/or text when your repairs have been completed, and we'll be sure to give you a call if anything pops up along the way. Plus, if our turnaround time exceeds 24 hours, we'll set you up with a complimentary demo bike.

Very helpful and fixed by bike under a warranty claim without any hassle and while I waited in the store! They answered all my questions and I learned good maintence tips for my bike! 10/10

Moved here from out of state, movers brutalized my trusted 1996 MTB "baby". With older technology, I wanted to be sure to find someone who knew how to help. Grayson was AWESOME -- patient, friendly, certainly capable, and even kind enough to welcome me to KC and show me how to find resources online to get connected to the local MTB community. No upselling pressure, just great service with a smile. Thank you, Grayson! This shop is not closest to my new home, but it is now my local bike shop. :) BTW, noticed that a few of the one star reviews were posted during the darkest days of the pandemic. Seems folks might have been a bit more patient and generous-of-spirit as everyone was trying to figure out how to run their businesses during that uber-stressful time. Just sayin'...

Been going here awhile. Actually have brought two bikes in the past few weeks. Large store with wide selection. They had tubes and tires I needed and installed front and back on the spot. Very friendly staff, comfortable waiting area and complementary refreshments.

Humble and helpful staff. They do quality service and have even done quick little fixes/ adjustments on my bike for free. That's what buys you a loyal customer. I've visited other bike shops in the KC area that have charged me $15 for a 3 min fix. I'm happy to go well out of my way to give this shop my business.

Had them put cleats on my shoes and they made sure that they fit before I left the store. Cole was incredibly helpful and friendly. Will be coming back.

My family and I have had such a great experience with this place. I bought both my daughter (6 yo) and my son (11 yo) a bike from this location within the last few months. My son's bike had issues with the gears and chain locking up. Had to take the bike back for the mechanics to take a look. Dealt with two mechanics (Dave and Grayson) and Sales Manager (Kris) and they were all awesome. They all said they would "make it right" and they really did. They went above and beyond to get my son's bike riding perfectly and even took the time to ride around with my son to teach him a few tips about shifting gears. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a quality bike and fantastic customer service.

Once again the staff here have exceeded my expectations! They took my tired old steed and made him new once again. Always great turnaround! I am ready to conquer Vail Pass again this year! Thanks!

Over the last several years I have used this store only because of proximity. I have always left disappointed in customer service and each time thought to myself that I'd never go back. Today was no different. I stood in line, waited outside as we were told. Spent 15 minutes waiting to get called in, and watched as another customer walked in and received service. After voicing my displeasure I was told by a female employee that the customer had been waiting in the parking lot for some time, (as we all were). Not 5 minutes later the same female employee walked out and called in customers for other services, instead of taking the next person in line. I will NEVER go back to this store again! Ever! I will also be sure to let EVERYONE I know how horrible the service is at this store! I can't recall ever disliking a place of business more than I dislike going here.

Bought 2 bikes there 7 years ago and the service and staff have always been outstanding!!!! You need to support this great bike shop especially during these tough times. A little extra and some thanks goes a long way!

The staff was very helpful. Eric took the time to explain what I would be getting in different bikes and being new to biking I found it really helpful.
