• 3×3 JAPAN TOUR 2024 特設サイト
• 大会概要(EXTREME)
• 金額：各Round 12000円/チーム
• 支払方法：大会当日、チーム受付時に現金にて支払うこと。
• Round Up優勝チームにFIBA 3×3 Challenger 2024の出場権を与える。 ※天災等の理由によりRound Upが中止となった場合、Round1～6のツアー順位1位のチームに当該Challengerの出場権を与える。
• TOUR FINAL優勝チームにFIBA 3×3 Challenger 2025の出場権を与える。 　※Challengerの権利は当該Challengerが開催されない場合、または、FIBAより権利を付与されない場合は無効とする。 ※日本政府の渡航規制により開催国へ入国できない場合およびFIBAの判断により当該Challengerが中止となった場合は、本権利は無効となる。 ※やむを得ない事情により、権利保有チームより辞退の申し出があった場合、チームの意思を尊重し、出場辞退を認め、罰則は課さないものとする。なお、出場権は次点チームに移行するものとする。
• 2009年4月1日以前に生まれた者。但し、申込み時点で18歳未満の場合は、保護者の同意書を必要とする。
• 各Roundにおいて、 出場選手3名のFIBAポイント合計が下記の基準を満たしていること。 MEN：15,000ポイント以上 であること。 WOMEN：3,000ポイント以上 でること。 ※2024年3月中に第9回3x3日本選手権大会のFIBA POINTのアップグレードが行われなかった場合、当該大会の最終順位にて獲得予定のFIBA POINTのみ考慮する。（スコアリングパフォーマンスは考慮しない。）
• MENのみ： 25歳以下（大会当日時点）の日本人国籍選手が１名以上出場すること。

• 本大会に出場することをチームメンバー各々が所属先（所属部活・体育会部）責任者へ事前に通知すること。
• TEAM JBA 3x3登録およびFIBA 3x3 Planetの競技者登録が完了していること。
• Roundの「累計Tour Point」上位9チームが出場権を得る。但しチームの諸事情にて出場を辞退した場合は、次点チームを繰上げ出場とする。 ※Round.6終了時にTour Pointが同率の場合、当該チームにおいて下記の順に戦績を考慮し上位チームを決定する。 1）勝率の高いチーム 2）平均得点の高いチーム 3）当該試合直近のRoundに出場した選手のチームポイント（FIBAポイント）が高いチーム 　※2024年7月7日時点の選手ポイントを考慮する。
• チーム構成は、当該チームにて1 Round以上出場している選手が2名上出場すること。
• Roundの「累計Tour Point」上位チームが出場権を得る。但しチームの諸事情にて出場を辞退した場合は、次点チームを繰上げ出場とする。 1）勝率の高いチーム 2）平均得点の高いチーム 3）当該試合直近のRoundに出場した選手のチームポイント（FIBAポイント）が高いチーム 　※2024年10月14日時点の選手ポイントを考慮する。
• チーム構成は、当該チームにてMENカテゴリーは2Round以上、WOMENカテゴリーは1Round以上出場している選手が2名以上出場すること。
• 1チーム最大選手4名のエントリーを行うことができる。
• ベンチにコーチを置くことは出来ない。
• エントリー方法 各Round毎にFIBA PLANETよりエントリーを行う。 日程結果ページ 内の【詳細を見る】のリンクよりエントリーしていただくのが便利です。
• エントリー権 全Round主催者の責任抽選とする。 エントリー期日後、主催者より出場権の有無を通知いたします。

• 大会前日の22:00までに2名までの選手変更を認める。但し、下記の変更条件に該当する者とする。 ①メンバー変更後の出場選手3名のFIBAポイント合計がMENカテゴリーは15,000ポイント以上、WOMENカテゴリーは3,000ポイント以上となること。 ➁変更理由：怪我/不慮の事故/新型コロナウイルスに関わる理由／その他、主催者が認めるもの。 ※怪我による選手変更は 医師の診断書以外は不可 、その他の理由によるメンバー変更は相応の証明書類を添付すること。但し、当該大会前日のJAPAN TOUR内での事故や負傷についてはその限りではない。 ③Round Up：メンバー変更後、当該チームの選手構成が当該チームの選手構成が１ Round以上出場している選手が2名以上出場すること。 ④FINAL：メンバー変更後、当該チームの選手構成がMENカテゴリーは2Round以上、WOMENカテゴリーは1Round以上出場している選手が2名以上出場すること。

• 各チームは、 2色のシャツ を用意しなければならない。（リーバシブルシャツ可）パンツの色は、必ずしもシャツと同じ色でなくてもよい。
• チーム・メンバー全員が同じデザインの色や形のシャツとパンツを着用しなければならない。
• チーム・メンバーは、シャツの前と背中の見えやすい位置に、シャツの色とはっきりと区別できる単色の番号(『0・00』～『99』)を付けなければならない。
• シャツ/パンツに広告や商標等を付けられる。但しシャツ/パンツの色および、番号が不明瞭な大きさやデザインのものは認められない。またチーム全員が同じデザインの広告や商標等でなければならない。
• チーム代表者は初戦の30分前までに受付を済ませること。
• 試合開始時刻までにメンバーが揃わない場合は棄権とみなす。（競技規則に準ずる）
• 競技中に発生した傷害については主催者で応急処置を行うが、その後の責任は負わないので、当日は健康保険証を持参すること。
• 本大会中に撮影された写真・映像・氏名・身長など、印刷物・ホームページへの情報掲載権は、主催者に帰属する。
• 次の行為を行ったチームは、主催者の判断により、失格処分となる場合がある。 ■試合中の危険なプレイ、故意の反則、マナー違反、その他大会運営に支障をきたす行為
• 天災等の理由による中止等の連絡は大会前日もしくは当日早朝にチーム代表者へ主催者より連絡する。
• 無観客で試合を行う場合、帯同できるチームスタッフは最大2名までとする。
• 会場内での食事（プロテインバーやエネルギーゼリーは可）は禁止する。
• 本大会要項に記載が無い事項については、主催者の判断により決定するものとする。

Top 5 reasons to watch FIBA 3x3 World Tour Utsunomiya Opener 2024

UTSUNOMIYA (Japan) - It's the final countdown ahead of the biggest party as the FIBA 3x3 World Tour 2024 launches with the traditional Utsunomiya Opener on April 27-28.

Here are the top five reasons to watch the much-hyped season opener for free on our Facebook and YouTube channels .

The best teams will be in Utsunomiya 

We've loaded up with the best in the business as the top 10 ranked teams will be ballin' in Utsunomiya. There are seven teams in the draw who won Masters titles in 2023. 

And all-conquering Ub Huishan NE (SRB) will have a target on their back after two straight seasons of running through the competition.

They two-time defending champs have their four big guns returning, but so will No.2 seed Miami (USA) led by Jimmer Fredette who made every half-court wet in 2023.

The Americans will likely have the same line-up that will comprise Team USA at the Paris Olympics, so you'll want to watch them closely. 

Amsterdam (NED) and Vienna (AUT) are established European powers and both won Masters last season, and so too Partizan (SRB) and Raudondvaris Hoptrans (LTU) - two teams who went up a level in 2023.

Ulaanbaatar MMC Energy (MGL) created history last season with a historic Masters title and they'll be motivated for more Ws to satisfy their 3x3 diehard fans back home. 

Lausanne (SUI) and San Juan Church's (PUR) fell short of Masters glory, but they've got the swagger, skill and steely determination to break their droughts. 

Oh and there is a team that you have not heard of. They go by the name of Riffa (BRN), but you well know these brilliant Belgians who boast scoring machines Thibaut Vervoot and Jonas Foerts, while defensive ace Dennis Donkor will continue to terrorize opponents. 

Asian power Japan will be looking to make a statement

Japan have been an Asian 3x3 force for some time and their teams will be desperate to put on a show for the passionate home fans in Utsunomiya.

There are four talented Japanese teams in the draw and they'll be ready having been part of the extremely competitive Japan’s 3x3.EXE Super Premier Pro League. 

The hopes of the locals will likely rest with hometown heroes Utsunomiya BREX EXE (JPN) and Saitama ALPHAS EXE (JPN), who boast Japanese superstars Yosuke Saito and Tomoya Ochiai respectively.

The best players will be fighting for the crown

All off-season, the best players in the world have been obsessively thinking of one player.

That would be Strahinja Stojacic, who is the undisputed best 3x3 player alive and wears the belt until someone can consistently outplay him while collecting titles and MVPs. 

It's a daunting task, especially in Utsunomiya where Stojacic has been hotter than wasabi having won consecutive MVPs there. But Jimmer Fredette and Worthy de Jong aren't far off the pace after starring in 2023 in their first full seasons on the World Tour. 

They'll be even better this season with both superstars wanting to end Stojacic's dominance. But the talent is so deep in 3x3 that a bunch of players could easily go up a level and seize the crown. We're looking at Quincy Diggs, Aurelijus Pukelis and Stefan Milivojevic.  

Above all we've got the best entertainers around with a dude like Gilles Martin being a natural born showman, while high-flyer Modestas Kumpys was born above the rim. 

Fan favorite Utsunomiya is an iconic 3x3 destination 

It's little wonder that Utsunomiya is the season opener for the third straight year. This historical city is the perfect place to launch such a showpiece event. 

It's become an iconic part of the calendar and boasts maybe the most cultural, spine-tingling setting. The event is staged at the Futaarayama Jinja shrine, which was founded 1,600 years ago and is where people go to pray.

It's truly an honor for the World Tour to be played at such a historical treasure and it starts a 3x3 binge in Utsunomiya, which will also host  FIBA 3x3 Universality Olympic Qualifying Tournament 2 2024 from May 3-5. 

Don't forget the dunk and shoot-out contests!

World Tour events would not be complete without everyone's favorite attractions - the dunk and shoot-out contests. 

The dunk contests featuring pro dunkers are absolutely lit and they always bring it in Utsunomiya, where some of the most legendary contests have been staged.

We're especially amped up to see whether Gustavo Haakin aka 'Dunkboy' can become the first Brazilian to win the dunk contest on the World Tour.

Ub Huishan NE seek three-peat at FIBA 3x3 World Tour Utsunomiya Opener 2024

UTSUNOMIYA (Japan) - Powerhouse Ub Huishan NE (SRB) will be seeking a three-peat as the FIBA 3x3 World Tour 2024 launches with the showpiece  Utsunomiya Opener on April 27-28. 

There has been much anticipation over the 13th edition of the World Tour, which will be bigger and better than ever before.

And what better place to start than Utsunomiya, the historical city in Japan that doubles as a favorite 3x3 destination and will host the opener for the third straight year.

This loaded draw features the top 10 ranked teams in the world in what will be a fiercely contested event to ignite the season. 

Ub Huishan NE   won the previous two openers, which set them on their way to dominant seasons. The spectacular Serbs are out to again show they are the best team on the planet.

With their awesome foursome back, led by No.1 player Strahinja Stojacic, No.1 seed Ub headline a tough Pool A featuring Lausanne (SUI) and Ulaanbaatar MMC Energy (MGL), who both have been in strong form on the pro circuit so far this season. 

But the Swiss and Mongolians will need to stop Stojacic, who has owned the half-court in Utsunomiya with back-to-back MVPs.

No.2 seed Miami (USA) also bring back their A-Team, who double as Team USA at international level. They are looking to make amends after being a late cut in Utsunomiya 12 months ago. 

Miami will bring the heat to Utsunomiya, especially former NBA player Jimmer Fredette who is ready to make the half-court wet much to the excitement of his legion of fans.

The Americans face tough tests in Pool B against Raudondvaris Hoptrans (LTU) and San Juan Church's (PUR), whose young guns are out to prove they won't have the second season blues. 

There will be a heavyweight contest in Pool C between No.3 seed Amsterdam (NED) and Partizan (SRB). Buckle up because Dutch hoops legend Worthy de Jong is about to take flight.

Hype Worthy is ready to smash the scoring numbers and he'll go toe-to-toe with Serb Stefan Milivojevic, who is a 3x3 Gladiator. 

Hometown heroes Utsunomiya BREX EXE (JPN) are hoping to make it much more than a two-horse race and they're a chance to get through to the knockouts if speedy Yosuke Saito can whip the home fans into a frenzy. 

Pool D is highlighted by a mouth-watering clash between Vienna (AUT) and Riffa (BRN), the artists formerly known as Antwerp TOPdesk .

They welcome back Thibaut Vervoort, who is ready to get back to being 'Must See TV' and he'll want to make a statement against a strong Austrian team boasting walking bucket Quincy Diggs. 

The third team from Pool D will come from the qualifying draw featuring a trio of Japanese teams - Saitama ALPHAS EXE (JPN), Shinagawa CC EXE (JPN) and Hiratsuka SEASIDEEXE (JPN).
