The Powerfly FS 4 handles all the trails I have been riding for the last 15 years, lots of roots and rocks. That said, I plan on upgrading the fork when I can, as I feel it's the weakest component.

Small issues with spec aside, the new Trek Powerfly FS is easily one of the best handling electric mountain bikes I've ridden. It eschews weird e-bike specific geometry in favor of handling dynamics that are proven to work. And the overall package is clean and well thought out.
