Our guide Ragab was very friendly and helpful in organizing all tours (jeep safari and Luxor day visit). All the guides were speaking German (our mother tongue) and explained lots of stuff. Positively to be mentioned was our guide for the Luxor trip (Hasan), you really feel his passion about his home country!All transfers were organized professionally and exactly on time.

5 stars for my friendly and kind tourguide Mina! He took care of all my wishes and wasnt offending while selling additional service (tours etc.).-5 stars and a very negative experience was the tour to Cairo (from Hurghadaat 20.11.20), booked via MTS. Both tour guides (One Russian and one German speaking, who has joined us in Cairo) where unprofessional and not friendly. Apart from the fact that weve been more then 15 hours in the bus in total and where allowed to see the pyramids for literally 30 minutes! Instead of this, the tour guides wanted to scam us and sell additional service and tours. When I started complaining one of them started to make jokes and laugh about me while speaking Russian to other guests (who told me this later). The German speaking was ignoring me all the time and was shouting at me once I came a couple of minutes later from an additional tour he was recommending to us. All in all and as many buildings where closed at that day, weve been 1 hour in the museum, 15 minutes in the church and 30 minutes in the pyramids area. Amazing for a 15 bus ride from Hurghada and back. Never again!!But in general the pick up service was professional and everything around thanks to Mina.

Massive 5* for MTS, they are travel planners that never sleep and are available whenever! During my stay in Egypt I dealt with the agent Michael, who was very up front, honest and got me the best possible deals to see the great landmarks of Egypt & learn the history this great country has! I went to Cairo through MTS and they managed to organise a speaker whose name was Manel, she was absolutely fantastic, very informative and knowledgeable!

I stayed at the airport for an hour in their search, I went with another company to the hotel, and the return transfer was wrong with the hours. The worst experience, dont book.

It was amazing!

Most horrible organization ever! They just want to sell you trips. They do not care about you. Just the money. For that, they lie about the trips so you buy it. After you paid, they disappear. We asked them to get our money back, because the whole trip was a lie. They said yes you get it with the chauffeur for the transfer to the airport. Of course they are not gonna do that, and they know we cant do anything if we already left Egypt. So we said no, we want it now. They say they will send someone, but no one comes. SO CONCLUSION: When they want to sell, they are there every day. After you cannot find them, because they are on vacation. Do not trust HASSAN and MOHTAR. They are scammers, liars and thiefs.

We booked our holiday to Egypt through Vakantiediscounter. On March 3, we flew from Dusseldorf to Hurghada. Arriving in Hurghada, the organization MTS was appointed as our travel agency. Unfortunately, we have had a very bad experience with MTS. With 4 people, we hesitated for a long time about the tours that MTS offered because of the ridiculously high prices. Nevertheless, we ultimately opted for these tours, because we trusted our own travel agency more than any other organization. Our contact person named Hasan from MTS is in the hotel every day, so easily and quickly accessible. We took the price for granted, because we hoped that the quality of the entire trip and service would be good. We have booked two trips, one of 88 Euro per person and the other of 46 Euro per person.The 47 Euro Safari tour was first. The tour guide of MTS Hasan told us about the content of the tour. We took this tour to drive the quad and spidercar in the desert. Because we had doubts and wanted to sell this person, he told us lies about the content of the tour. He told us that we could drive a quad for two hours and all four got a spidercar. When we arrived there, the four of us had to ride in a spidercar and not all of us were allowed to drive. The quad biking didnt last half an hour, as did the spidercar. In addition, Hasan told us that we would get a private transfer. After the payment, he said that maybe two people would join. On the day itself we were in a crowded small bus with 13 people. These had yet to be picked up from their resort. You can guess that this was a long drive. The tour lasted from 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM. That is 9 hours, of which we have had less than an hour of fun driving the quad and spidercar.Our story is much bigger then this but I can’t upload all. Please watch out for MTS almost every guide here is a scammer.

We were met by MTS in Egypt and safely taken to the hotel. We should then report to our tour guide the next day.He then offered us tours. Unfortunately, we didnt have any comparable offers, so we decided on a day trip to Luxor and a boat trip for snorkeling.Both tours were quite expensive, but we decided to book a private tour to Luxor and not be more than 15 people on the boat (because of Corona).The tour to Luxor was very informative and we were also asked if we wanted to see any other spots that are not on the MTS list. When we arrived in Luxor (after a 4 hour drive on which the two drivers didnt have a mask on) we were taken to a papyrus shop and an alabaster workshop in addition to the sights to buy things of course. We had expressly said that we didnt want that, but the drivers didnt care.In addition, we couldnt drive to the Valley of the Kings in Luxor in our car and had to pay money again for a Nile crossing. We were told it was taking too long (it wasnt a problem on the way back though).The journey was also very exhausting because the roads are simply not well developed. We know both drivers expected tips when we got back to the hotel but we decided against it because the tour was extremely expensive and the two of them just did their thing without paying any attention to us. In addition, as a woman, I often felt uncomfortable.The second tour on the boat with snorkeling, relaxing on an island, fishing and banana boating was very nice, nice staff who showed us a lot and helped us.However, MTS always makes you feel like theyre trying to steal your money all the time. Thats a shame ☹️

Hello, I am very disappointed with MTS! We had booked a vacation at the Hilton Resort, but the resort has been operated by Swiss Inn for about a year. After our arrival we asked that we could change the hotel, as we did not agree with the standard of Swiss Inn! Unfortunately, there was no way to change rooms! The guide Ammar couldnt speak German very well either and this was claimed! Because he had noted in an email where I had briefly read something that we do not want this hotel because we were not satisfied with the room standard and with other things. However, that was not the main reason why we wanted to change the hotel! The main reason was that we had booked a Hilton and wanted to go to a Hilton or a similar one! Since this hotel cannot keep the standard of a 5 star hotel like a Hilton hotel. Since we are opposed to legal proceedings, I asked MTS to send the correspondence between the German tour operator, which also did not happen! Days before departure we asked the information desk when we would be picked up. Again and again we had looked in the area where all other organizers inform their guests. So we had hoped to find something from MTS, but we didnt find anything there. The guide Ammar said that there is a folder from MTS in the library next to the lobby bar ... why does MTS not pack the documents where the other tour operators put them ?!I cannot recommend MTS and this guide to you !!! I have to say very positively. The German-speaking tour guides are very friendly and helpful. We had booked a trip to Cairo and were accompanied and guided by Amr. Great man. He showed and explained everything to us very well. A successful excursion.

In a nutshell, a long story of madness:1.In the hotel until 10pm daily calls from tour guides salespeople who did not accept a friendly and clear NO. I know Im old-fashioned: I would like things differently, would like to have some rest on vacation and appreciate it when we can act independently.2.After we needed another return flight due to an operator error, MTS (= local agent of the operator) only wanted to sell the replacement tickets for cash. Credit card = no go. When we booked the tickets online for half of the price, a telephone drama was staged to squeeze out the originally (twice expensive) ticket price in cash.** I had the feeling that they see German tourists as wandering purses of money that one has to squeeze out daily, repeatedly, endlessly with moon prices. **An on-site employee: very friendly, but actually kept on a very short leash by telephone boys whom I experienced as unreliable, outrageous, overpriced, greedy.I can imagine that the sales slump caused by Covid must be severe and I understand that everyone wants to live well. Totally agree and the Covid consequences are regrettable. However, the behavior we experienced is no longer acceptable to us.After this experience, Egypt was done for us for the first time. We have been there several times in the last 20 years and in no other country in the world have we been reduced to money and treated so disparagingly. Hideous.

Absolute disaster. When they were picked up at the airport, the luggage was loaded onto the roof to give the other drivers a break. They made a lot of fun out of it. The guide told us during the trip that we should give him the hotel booking and he would come with us to the hotel. That made us suspicious. The guide then told us in the hotel to wait, he would go to the front desk for a moment and find the best room for us. When he came back he hinted that we should give him a good tip. The next day we should be at the reception at 8.30 a.m. so that the tour guide (Ammar) can show us the return travel information and excursion options. We werent interested and didnt leave. Then there was a letter on the hotel door, we should get in touch with him and he will come again. We informed him that we were not interested in an excursion and only wanted the return travel information. I had to talk him out of EVERY outing. At the later request that we wanted to change the hotel, we played for time and made an unacceptable offer.On the return trip, the drivers were not interested in the mask requirement in the vehicle, coughing to themselves. Paid 40 euros for quadtour, when talking to other participants it came out that 26 euros was paid via mts. No response to WhatsApp request regarding. Flight ticket. Bad service in the hotel, seen once to book tours, then no contact. Are disappointed

The tour guide Osman is awesome! All excursions went perfectly and were as promised. Our tour guide to Luxor (Hassan) was just great. He loves his country, has told the history of Egypt very emphatically and has paid great attention to us all. Thank you and always gladly again 👍👍 The desert tour with quad, the diving boat, etc. was all great. The photographers would have followed us in the minefield. We were in Hurghada in January 2020 and made so many excursions that we were at the beach for 1/4 day.

Pay attention!!!!!!! Because our flight was already at 2 a.m. and therefore we were picked up at 11 p.m., MTS Egypt did not book the hotel on the last day, so we did not have an all-inclusive service on the last day but nothing after 12 p.m. We had to pay an additional € 60

Attention rip-off! MTS books with the hotel partner Vtours at the last minute and risk that no room is available. So also with us. On arrival, we could spend only a few days in the destination hotel because by chance something was free. The last 2 days we had to move out.Very dubious behavior, prudently negligent. Ich verleihe MTS nur zwei Sterne aufgrund folgender Situation.Ich habe einen Aufenthalt im Hotel über MTS verlängert. Mein zuständiger Reiseleiter von MTS in Sharm El Sheikh für das Albatros Palace Sharm, hat es nach 2 Tagen nicht geschafft sich persönlich wie zuvor vereinbart bei mir zu melden, um Auskunft über den Preis einer Verlängerung des Aufenthaltes im Hotel zu geben. Der Reiseleiter hat stattdessen dem Gästebetreuer des Hotels die Informationen gegeben. Aufgrund der späten Rückmeldung musste ich einen viel teureren Flug kaufen weil der vorherige Flug nach Erhalt der Information schon ausgebucht war. Außerdem reagiert der Reiseleiter in der Regel nicht auf eine Nachricht.Die schlimmste Situation ist für mich allerdings gewesen, dass auf Nachfrage einer Rechnung der Reiseleiter komisch und unfreundlich wird und mich in der Hotel Lobby stehen lässt und dem Wunsch eine Rechnung auszustellen oder anzufordern nicht nachkommt. Jetzt kann ich nicht nachvollziehen, wie sich der Preis im einzelnen zusammensetzt und es handelte sich nicht nur um 100-200 €, sondern um deutlich mehr.Ich bin aber tatsächlich am meisten über das unfreundliche Verhalten des Mitarbeiters von MTS enttäuscht. Keine Weiterempfehlung von meiner Seite aus.
