We start the walk every day at 10:00 o’clock in the morning. The place where we start the walk is the Statue of Theseus , which is right across the street from the Thissio Metro Station .  It is possible to just show up and start your historical journey without any prior booking, however, we do recommend booking with us in advance to ensure the walk will go as planned and to avoid overcrowding during the busy summer months.

I will be waiting for you outside the Zappeio Roman Baths. You can get there from Syntagma metro station or Syntagma square by walking 5 mins (400m). Simply find Leof. Vasilisis Amalias, the street on the upper part of Syntagma Square that stands in front of the Houses of Parliament. And walk south towards the National Garden. You will see me standing there. If you type “Zappeio Roman Baths” or follow the Google map you see above, you will arrive at the correct location.

Into Athens

This company offers a free sunset walk in Athens which takes place as the sun is going down.

You can expect to visit a lot of the same sites you would see on a daytime history tour.

The hour at which this tour begins will depend on the time of year, as it literally takes place at sunset. 

You’ll meet your tour group at the entrance of the National Gardens.

Additional Night Tours/Pub Crawls

If you’re looking for another type of night tour or pub crawl in Athens, there are several other ways to see the city after dark.
