I would Highly recommend anyone going "ALONE or with FAMILY" to go with Labaik Tours ... You will not be disappointed ... They go above and beyond to meet your needs ... I truly believe in " Quality over Quantity " and although many suggested Labaik Tours is not that well known, I should go with another well known company. However I am a person that is an experienced traveller who travels 400,000+ miles a year for work, I compared the packages and Labaik Tours was offering SAME if not BETTER for FAR LESS of a PRICE with meeting 5 STAR QUALITY standards !!! After our trip, some did not believe how I stayed in such 5 star hotel and did so much for so Less ... I came to find out - He is not doing this for $$$, infact he is a very successful business man whose passion is to take others to MECCA & MEDINAH so he ensures all guest are treated the same and quality is there without pocketing much profit. The Owner of Labaik Tours Mr Saeed , if you go with him You will NOT REGRET IT ... Best of luck in your trip :)

Assalaamo Alaikom, I am sharing my experience with Labaik Tours for 2018 Hajj. Labaik Tours with the Brother Sayeed took a good care of us overall: From his smiling face, manners, nice words and efforts to make our stay comfortable. Hajj is journey that requires a lot of patience and forgiving from the morning until we go to bed. After all, it is a not a vacation but rather a sacrifice. Having said that, There are areas where Labaik Tours could do better to improve their service such as: leadership skills and communications. For leadership skills: They were about two days staying in Mina where we did not see brother Sayeed in case we needed somethings. Usually, he was with us in the tents until the 10th, but then, he was gone from the tent. For communications: Some of us purchase a SIM card from Labaik Tours to use in Hajj, however, at least one person that made a pre-payment that I know of did not receive the SIM card while in Mecca, because brother Sayeed did not have anymore! Again, Overall the experience was great and Labaik Tours took a good care of us. Finally I am writing my experience with the company and it is an obligation to be honest and list all the pros and cons for future brother and sisters to read! I recommend Labaik Tours! May Allah bless the team at Labbaik Hajj Umrah. This was my first time organising a trip to Saudi for Umrah. I was so blessed in having come to find this company. Excellent Umrah Visa Service!

I enquired for an E Visa online to Saudi Arabia for Umrah and contacted a few organisations and within a few moments (on a Sunday), I received a text message with an introduction following an option for a telephone call. I spoke to Shawaiz and he was fantastic. He made the whole process simple and stress-free. Shawaiz explained everything clearly and was always quick to answer my questions. Umrah Assisted by Essa

Assisted by Essa, alhamdulillah first time performing umrah and right away he made the whole experience from beginning to end very pleasant. From the package to reaching the destination. He made sure he gave the best possible deal at the time. While being away to do umrah brother Essa made sure everything went well and smooth. Any queries I had was answered as soon as possible and any amendments that could’ve beeen made were done right away I.e wheelchair providing etc (travelled with a brother who had disabilities) I had a lot of queries as it was my first time and Allah humma barik a big Jazakhallahu khayr to the brother for being patient with me! I would definitely recommend brother Essa/Labaik travels. Jazakhallahu khayr once again for everything!

I have been dealing with brother easa,, and I can only say that he has been an amazing brother who’s provided me with the best price for umrah with the best convenient hotels and perfect on time services by the drivers transporting from airports to hotels and transport from Mecca and medina. It’s the first time I have booked and I was Happiest through my journey. Made soo much dua for brother easa and his family. He constantly made contact to me and Made sure I was safe and taken care off and to be sure that there had been no inconvenience . Hes amazing !! Alhumdulila

Alhumdulila Alhumdulila we went to Umrah 2024 during Ramadan and booked the whole package with Labbaik Hajj Umrah! It was the most wonderful trip, we travelled with three children and the whole package was perfect, the distance of the hotels from the Haram was brilliant. All the transfers were included, when we arrived everything was smooth not a single hassle, I couldn't recommend them enough. My travel agent that dealt with my booking was Alishah extremely professional and well spoken. JazakAllah khair look forward to booking my next trip with you again.

Travelling with children think again.

Booked through this organisation for last year October 2023. Flights were spot on with no issues as we are a family of 6. Leaving out all the minor problems I am only concentrating on the mains issues. Agent informed me it was 5 star hotel, once arriving the hotel was an outdated far from 5 stars, now turned into 3 star. Room doesn't accommodation 6 people, we had to pay extra, bathroom had to be repaired due to many issues... breakfast which was included was only for 4 people (i had to pay again) i finally managed to contact the company / agency but they were unable to help, spoke to manager who goes by the name of Ali, Syed, hassan etc... couldn't solve any issues expect kept repeating Madina will be OK! Madina was the same didn't bother to complain. They have now deleted all my WhatsApp messages to avoid me saving or copying the information. This company is good for single individuals and short stays not families. They are clueless about taking children to holy places.

Great service from Ahsan

Great service from Ahsan. He created a tailored package as per my hotel location requirements for our group. Internal travel was arranged for us via umrah cab who were always on time and in constant communication. Flights were via Egypt Air with the return from Madina Airport saving 5 hours travel. From start to finish the whole experience of obtaining the visas, tickets and hotels for Umrah were smooth. Yes, it takes a bit longer however, Labbaik Travels are very professional and efficient so have faith on them. Brother Haroon was excellent in his customer service and care. Absolutely would recommend! Our group of 11 including children were very nervous after some of the stories you hear ,however Labbaik travels reassured us at every step, meeting and assisting every possible need. Affordable travel agent

We went with Labbaik travels as they were reasonably priced compared to competitors. Umair was extremely helpful and friendly, and was always contactable. He replied promptly which made the process easier. We have given 4* not due to the travel agent but the driving company they partner with. We had requested English speaker however, most of the drivers provided was Urdu speaking with little English so made it difficult to understand. Also they weren’t proper guides but provided brief background. Thank you for making the umrah booking process as easy as possible. JhazzakhAllahu Khair

This was our first Umrah with family

This was our first Umrah with family. We booked complete package, including flights, hotels, visas and transportation( airport to Makkah, Makkah to medina and to the airport) Umair was amazing. He found the best hotels and only 5 minutes( or even less) walking distance to both mosques. Everything went so smooth and Umair even kept in touch with us throughout the trip to ensure everything was Ok. We booked our Umrah trip with Labbaik Travels, the travel advisor that dealt with our booking was Mr Rahman , who we found to be very polite and helpful. He kept us updated all the way till we flew out to Umrah. The hotel's and the transfers in Madina and Makkah were great and located close to both mosques. We were very happy with the whole experience and would highly recommend Labbaik Travels.

An amazing trip!

Booked our first trip for Umrah with Labbaik Travel. Was initially a bit dubious as all contact was through WhatsApp but, all information was provided, hotels, flights and transportation booked. Whenever there was a question to be answered, Labbaik Travels got back to me and gave me all the information I needed. Highly recommended service

Alhamdulillah what a great service provided by Waseem and his team in Saudi. Booked tickets for 15 family members who had never been for Umrah before and required guidance. Waseem assisted in creating a bespoke tailored package inclusive of visas/ flights/ hotels/ ziyara in Makkah & Medina, and all required transport. The hotels we selected were only a few minutes walk from both Masjid Haram and Masjid Nabawi, which enhanced the experience for everyone. Family members with disabilities also managed to walk comfortably to the masjids at the time of salah and managed to perform several Umrahs. Waseem kept in touch with my family and also provided a contact in Saudi who was a great support. Return flights were from Medina, which saved several hours of travel back to Jeddah. Overall experience booking with Waseem was a great pleasure, may Allah Swt bless him and his team for their efforts in making this such a great and memorable experience for my family. Highly recommended and would book again with Waseem and Labbaik Travels without hesitation.

I have booked with Labbaik Travels LTD for an Umrah Package , and overall I can happily say that I was very pleased with everything. Umair, the lovely agent that was dealing with my package; he was very kind, helpful and professional throughout the whole process of booking the package, making sure any preferences or adjustment needed were made and on the whole he made it a stress free process. The hotels we were happy with, the arranged all rounder transport for the entire trip was stress free when it came for airport pick up/transfer/both Makkah and Madinah Zirayat. The main transport provider was available to contact for any queries that we had. On top of that, out of thier kindness we have been given complimentary paid lunch/dinner on our way from Makkah to medina and then Madinah to Jeddah, which we appreciate very much from thier behalf. We definitely reccomend Laibbaik travels to tailor accordingly and form your Umrah packages with reasonable prices as they had given us what we needed for our Umrah package. Be sure to get booking!
