“Great Customer Service”

Ella Dunn, Employee #643199, greeted me with such enthusiasm it made my day, that was nice. There is an UGG hoodie sweater that I LOVE! Hanging on the wall! I don't think you understand, I have the same hoodie that I purchased prior to falling ill with COVID-19, several years ago & unable to work. An UGG hoodie was not a priorty BUT did I mention I LOVE the UGG hoodie sweater. Currently, there are only certain type of material that does not hurt my skin. I can be in this hoodie 24/7.LOL Prior to me having to think if I could/should purchase this expensive wonderful hoodie because it's SO EXPENSIVE but worth it, LIKE $100 EXPENSIVE but it's on sale! But It's not my size, it's too small Ella went to her computer to see if she could order it online. No luck! She could have left it there. Instead, Ella went above and beyond by looking to see which other stores had that hoodie in my size. Ella found my size, Ella reached out to the store and asked if it would be possible to have that item transferred to her store for a customer to purchase. They said YES! 😊 I am SOOOOOOO HAPPY! THANK YOU ELLA!

“Terrible customer service!”

I ordered online 2 pair of shoes and made payments through Klarna! Because the shoes was delivered but not to the correct home, they didn't want reimburse me my money or resend the shoes! Do not trust Journeys! Go personally to the store and buy the product! Don't do online purchases! The house they delivered was green and my house is blue! I paid them so it's not about the money! But I guess Journeys needs it more than me!

Horrible experience with this Journeys.com -- I am beyond annoyed and frustrated. I feel taken advantage of during the holidays. I'm out $300+ and no merchandise. They have just lost a 10+ year longstanding customer and they could care less. Basically, my order arrived with box ripped open, retaped 3 missing items -- went to store next day in hopes they could help but was redirected to online. Called customer service online and was told that I have to wait 12 days for a fedex investigation to be done - the rep hung up on me when she was "commenting the account" - I called back extremely upset and she happened to answer the phone again - I was very unpleasant at this point - On the phone for 2 hours complaining to no avail. Basically, I have to wait 12 days to find out their investigation results! THIS IS RIDICULOUS -- Why wouldn't they call fedex with me on the phone? There is no picture of the delivery, there is no signature! Why would they send a package that is over $300 with no signature? I am beyond frustrated. Suddenly their error is my fault. I am the customer. It's not my fault that the package arrived with missing items. I called back because my husband thought this was unacceptable I asked for supervisor 2 twice and was hung up on once -- the third call -- I was told that their phone lines are not working well. I smell BULL! For some reason they just do not care. This si my money and I am out $300+ during xmas -- this is not fair or just. After waiting a few minutes on the that the call, finally got me on the phone with a supervisor named Melvina Milligan, who barely listened - she was located in TN and was working from home. Of course she could care less - how could you be professional and care about your job and offer ANY "customer service" when you are sitting in your PJs at home eating bon bons? The casual disinterest in her communication alone is reason enough to fire her. The complete disregard and and disconcern for the situation was shocking and made me even more agitated. I was and am beyond frustrated - how could a supervisor allow for a company such as fedex get3 away with ripping a customer off by $300+ and not offere a solution? I asked made multiple suggestions: resent me the items and require a signature upon delivery to ensure the items arrive, credit my account so that I can get the items in the store, credit my account and let me get it somewhere else, this woman would to agree to anything. My concern is that these items are popular and they will probably sell out - they are uggs and xmas gifts for my kids. The worst part is that all items are low in stock and the 12 day investigation doesn't end until 12/20/22 - All I want is a refund and to never ever deal with these people. I asked this woman for the name of the president of the company and she didn't know - I asked her for an email address and again for a corporate number and all she kept giving me was the phone number that I had originally called. She clearly has no clue. All she kept saying was we have to wait for the Fedex investigation which takes 12 days. She then suggested that I call Fedex myself -- I was so mad at that point that I told her that I would be posting this experience all over social media -- I am beyond aggravated. I also commit to NEVER giving Journeys another cent. My company will no longer purchase gifts from Journeys -- Zumiez will now earn my business. This is an absolute disgrace. I will be posting this everywhere.

What happens if i purchased the wrong size in store and they dont have the correct size in store,new with receipt can they order the correct size.

Hi Mary! So sorry for the delayed reply. There are a few different options in this case. 1) For the quickest option, the store can help you return the wrong size and place a Special Order for the correct size, which can either be shipped to your home or the store's address for pick up within 4 - 7 business days. 2) Alternatively, you may reorder the correct size via our website and then return the current order in the original manufacturer box to the store with your confirmation email. 3) Another option would be to request a prepaid FedEx label through our website with the following link (for web orders only) to exchange through our warehouse for the correct size. However, all warehouse returns and exchanges by mail can take 2 - 4 weeks to process from the date we receive the return package. Springfield mo store, kendall is the girl working, I paid for a pair of vans they upped charged me, I turned around and went back and told him the sticker on the shoe was a different price. She told me she could not do that, and she would not give me what the shoe price was so they gave me a refund, she got super hateful. I asked her name she told me Kendal and then she said do you want me to spell it for you? Manager was standing right there and never said a word to her. No support for customer

Unbelievable there is no curbside service during lockdown. And if mailing it back, it lasts 6 weeks. There are many stores but their website just on how to sell, not how to support customer at all. How did they do with multiple times of lockdown since last year? First time with them and never.

Customer service is the worst, They charge you the entire payment and when they shoes ship out charge your account again. They say it takes 7-10 business days and that is a LIE. Purchased $400 in shoes and $70 back pack NO points earned

Purchased $400 in shoes plus a $70 back pack on a different day. Associate took name and phone number and email address on 7/23. Told me about points earnings, received email about items that was part of my purchase (store did not have one pair in my size in stock and shipped directly to me). Shopped in different store the next week and got a back pack for $70, associate pulled my account up with my email address. Went to website two weeks later to check points, NO points. Called toll free number, was told I have to claim points within 7 days online. What other store does this bait and switch? More importantly, why collect this information at the counter AND start emailing me if I am not earning points from the purchase date? AND Journeys is texting me as well. Nope. Taking $470 worth of products back.

This company has the worst customers…

This company has the worst customers service ever. They take pride in their own mistake, no attom of remorse. Twice the send me the wrong order and when i complained i was compelled to send back the wrong order before they could even send me back the right order and they demand i send an evidence from fedex before they could go ahead to process my order. Most companies that i know will put the customer first to make sure they send the right order immediately. But this company from their customer service to their managers are very rude and don't care about their customer. So i urge anyone who care to read this message pls stay clear from this company if you have to buy their just be ready to face issues if they send you the wrong order. Atrocious customer service

I was recommended sizing up in a pair of $140 UGG slippers by a store employee who evidently had no experience with the product. Long short I should have been recommended to stay with my true sizing. After a painful phone call with costumer service I was given the go ahead to send the slippers back for an exchange at my own expense for shipping ($20 which I thought was weird when it was a mistake on their end) and now the slippers have mysteriously never arrived as a return, vanished into thin air and they will not do anything about it. What a joke. Now I am out $160 for a pair of non existent slippers. Absolutely disgusting consumer service with zero accountability. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

Email receipts followed up by unwanted newsletters

Bought a pair of runners in the store and was asked if I wanted to receive the receipt by email instead of the printed one "to be eco friendly". Started getting newsletters and coupons as soon as I gave them my email. "This email was sent to you because you asked to hear about updates and promotions from Journeys." I never agreed to this, the email was provided for receipt only.

Terrible Canadian customer service

Wish I had read these reviews before purchasing. Received my new balance shoes but the description says they are suede, more synthetic, definitely not worth $130.00. Called to return them but was told I have to pay to ship them back. First pair I ordered were suede but looked like they were worn and dirty. They sent me a return label but apparently now they don’t do that for Canada. I was offered a solution to drive 2 hours to Ottawa within the next 365 days to return them cause there are no stores in Quebec.. REALLY. Stay far away.

I paid for an online order for Shrek crocs/never received

I paid for an online order for Shrek Crocs for my son at the Sevierville, Tennessee, location on 10/11/23. A week later, I received an email from Journeys saying that the Crocs were no longer in stock and that I would receive a refund in 5-7 days. Over two and a half months, three mythical refund checks that were never received (or apparently even mailed), two different store visits, and 6-8 phone calls later, still no Crocs or refund. These people are liars and thieves and have absolutely no intention of sending the merchandise or refunding my money. I strongly encourage everyone reading this to not purchase anything from this company, especially if it’s online or not available for you to take into your physical possession at the time you tender payment. I will be visiting the Sevierville location again this weekend. And I’ll be walking out with sufficient merchandise to cover the original amount of the purchase as well as my wasted time, whether they like it or not.

If i could rate it a zero i 1000% would. Ordered a pair of shoes on 8/12 and was charged immediately and went to check my email for the past 3 days (it is now 8/15) and i wasn’t sent a tracking number or even as much as a confirmation email to let me know what i ordered. woke up this morning to my account being charged an additional 60 dollars and now i’m in the negatives and i honestly don’t know how i’m gonna eat for the next few nights. THEY WILL SCAM YOU

If I could’ve not given them any stars I absolutely would have. First time buyer and I will NEVER order from this company again and if you’re smart you won’t either. I ordered a pair of $70 K Swiss and paid for next day air on a Thursday, did not receive them until today. Can’t get a refund for the next day shipping. Then, They have charged me 3 times for these shoes. The order went through with no complications and I locked my card directly after the purchase and yet I’ve still been charged and currently have another charge pending. I’ve contacted them multiple times and they are giving me the run around. I’m currently in the process of filing charges against the company. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

Amazing customer service

I was in this store yesterday. In the middle of crazy back to school shopping. I was tired and a little moody my wife and kids and felt with CoCo at the Cape Girardeau Mo store in the mall. This girl was amazing not o my dis she keep a smile on her face the whole time we joked around she made the shopping experience so so much better. She ran back and forth u til the kids decided what they wanted. Never got an attitude or anything. And gave it kids can be jerks some times. She handled it like a pro. At the end while checking out we meet her boss Carissa. Let me tell you they both had us laughing made it great.. because of These 2 girls we will be back I appreciated the amazing customer service and great attitude thanks girls.now we look forward to many more visits to this journeys.

If I could give a zero star I would

If I could give a zero star I would. I placed an order Nov 30/22 for a pair of shoes as a Christmas present. 3-5 business day delivery okay not bad. Skip to Dec 20/22 after sending multiple emails and phone calls inquiring on where the shoes were, they said it was unable to deliver. I work from home so accepting deliveries is no issues here. Now it’s Jan 11/23 and I don’t have the shoes nor my money they had taken Nov 30/22. Absolute joke. Called and emailed muslie times to request refund or just simply receive the shoes, received responses but no action. Do not waste your money. Buy the same shoes at Blackwell, Softmoc, etc. stay away from Journeys!!!!

Paid for next day air to be told it takes 1-2 days to process!! What’s the point of paying $25 to receive a package “3-5” days later. Could’ve stuck with regular ground shipping.

Super disappointed

Super disappointed. I looked online everywhere for a specific pair of shoes that my niece wanted for Christmas. I was super happy when I found them at Journeys. Unfortunately they arrived the day before I needed them and they sent me the WRONG ONES. They no longer carried them so I couldn't exchange them for the ones I wanted and they wanted me to send the other ones back. I don't think I should go out of my way to send them back in order to get a refund when it was their fault they "hand picked" the wrong pair of shoes.

Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service. Months back I placed an order that was never received, I contacted the company for a refund, to hear we will send a check. A month later I’m still waiting on the check and contact the company. I’m promised a discount on a future order for my trouble and told to wait 48 hours for a call back to go in store for my refund. Nearly 4 days later I received a call back and got to go into the store for my refund. This morning I called in to place an order and use my discount given during situation and was told I’m sorry we can’t honor that 20% off we can send you a $5 gift card that you will get in 24 hours and then y may place your order. I’ve never dealt with a company so unwilling to help customers, and hateful, rude. Will not EVER buy or place order through journeys again. I’ll support Walmart first.

Inside the Journeys headquarters in Nashville, Tenn., the walls are lined with framed moments in time: photos of its first store opening and its 500th, plaques commemorating when it cracked $1 billion in sales. But it’s the marketing memorabilia and promotional posters of rock tours the retailer sponsored over the years that stand out: Music has played a defining role.

It seemed fitting, then, to ask the Grammy Foundation’s Scott Goldman to go one-on-one with Jim Estepa inside the Musicians Hall of Fame and Museum.

In a moving conversation, the two talk about the retailer’s evolution, music and fashion, and catering to the increasingly savvy teen. (Journeys donates money to the foundation to support music and arts education in U.S. schools.)

For Estepa, though, the best tribute to the company’s rich history is to focus on the people who masterminded many of those moments decorating the company’s halls.

“We are blessed with having some of the best buyers, merchandisers and operational folks in the business,” said Estepa, president of Journeys and CEO of Genesco Inc.’s retail group. “Our buying team has been together for so long they have seen all the cycles.”

But few cycles have been as tricky as recent quarters, where all retailers are battling e-commerce competitors, rationed consumer spending and few dominant fashion trends.

In fact, when Journeys parent Genesco, which owns additional labels Lids, Schuh and Johnston & Murphy, reported a 4.6 percent decline in second quarter sales , the company stock paid a heavy price on Wall Street.

Some analysts downgraded the stock due to “fashion dislocation at Journeys,” yet most were still largely upbeat about the company’s long-term potential.

“While the swiftness of this particular shift [in trends] was a bit more brisk than in previous cycles, we are convinced that Journeys remains the premier fashion footwear destination for teens,” wrote analyst Steven Marotta of C.L. King & Associates.

Estepa, who has worked in retail for 46 years, said he has never been more invigorated by the challenges out there.

FN listens in.

Scott Goldman:  For 30 years, you’ve had a chance to witness all manner of cultural movements, from retro and grunge to punk and even now genderless kinds of styles. How do you mix that into retail?

Jim Estepa : The team we have at Journeys has been together for the most part for all of those 30 years. In the past 30 years, we’ve only had a few years of comp losses. And those were caused by fashion rotational shifts. At one point, 45 percent of our business was done with two brands: Dr. Martens and Skechers during the grunge era. And then fashion changed and moved on to something else. Another big era for four or five years was skate. That became very big and then started to digress, too. But everything comes around. It comes around a little different than the first time, but it comes around.

SG:  Are things coming around more quickly?

JE: About every three years, we start to see somewhat of a fashion shift. Now there are brands that have been iconic such as Vans and Converse who have stayed in our top brands for all of those years. Other brands ebb and flow. The kids decide. If we got a dollar every time a vendor came to our office and said they wanted to create the next great shoe for teenagers, we could retire. We don’t do that. We put the assortment together, and the kids draw out of it what they want.

SG:  When the first Journeys store opened in 1986, malls were dominated by Benetton or Spencer Gifts, maybe a record store or two. How were you appealing to kids?

JE: Most of the footwear retailers back then were family stores, such as Kinney Shoes and Endicott Johnsons or they were male- and female-focused stores. All of them catered to the older customer. Nobody was truly focused on the teenager. And in 1986 we knew the demographics for the teen were going to be huge for the next decade. Our goal was to create a shoe store that focused on one thing and one thing only: teens.

SG:  You had MTV playing in store. What else did you do to draw in teens?

JE: The store was electric in the way our overall design was. But the most important thing we did was to recognize our employees as individuals. Every other retailer back then had their employees wear uniforms. We allowed our employees to be themselves. They could wear jeans or shorts; they had orange hair, piercings. They even had tattoos. We’ve always said that our employee is in fact our customer. In those days, the malls were extremely nervous about the teenager. The kids looked a little different; they were a little too aggressive for the customers. What we did, because we were hiring lots of these kids in many of our stores, is we said to shopping center developers, “If you want to make malls a place for kids, which are going to be a big part of your business, you need to put all of the teen shops together.” Whether it was PacSun or The Buckle, we started locating teen stores together in one wing of the mall, and if you could get the developer to put a food court at the end of it, you hit a home run.

SG:  Fast forward 30 years: What’s changed about the business and teens?

JE: The teenager has become much more astute to what’s happening. In the palm of their hand they have an answer to almost everything. They also instantaneously know what’s going on around the world. They know what celebrities are wearing and how they wear things. They are more inclined to not settle. They are looking for what they want when they want it. That forces retailers to be good at what they do.

SG:  Lots of musicians are getting into the sneaker game. What’s your take on celebrities and their sneakers?

JE: It’s terrific. What you’re seeing with Kanye, Rihanna and even Kylie Jenner is that they represent a lifestyle as much as anything else. Whereas the athletes [symbolize] performance. There is a true difference between performance-related celebrities and lifestyle-related celebrities. And for us, what Kylie, Rihanna and Kanye are doing is very good for the fashion industry and is going to play very well. And it’s not just the products they endorse, it is the halo that those people have on the brands. You’re not only selling those signature shoes but the other shoes around them as well.

SG:  As you said, kids have access to more information than any generation previously. On top of that, they are more aware of what the brands they are buying do to the world or for the world. How do you address that?

JE: I had an opportunity to go to Honduras with Toms, and when I got back I was talking to founder Blake Mycoskie to see what we could do on an additional level. One thing he said that stuck with me was to try to keep it local — do what you can for the local community. The first thing we did was to authorize eight hours of pay for every store manager and assistant manager that they could use to go give back to the community. We’ve also been involved with our parent Genesco with a program called Cold Feet Warm Shoe, where we go to local schools here in town and fit hundreds of kids with shoes. We do lots of other things, but it’s all part of giving back, and I think consumers recognize that.

SG:  Getting back to music, why has it always been such an important part of the Journeys brand?

JE: Because music is a critical part of the growth of the teenager. All of us love music, whether we are 8 or 80. When we opened the first store in 1986, we ran music videos, and we’ve since been around it in a lot of different ways. As you know, we’re affiliated with the Grammy Foundation. We also are the premier sponsor of the Vans Warped Tour; we do 40 different stops with Vans. We also have spring and fall tours we do ourselves, and that gives us an opportunity to activate music 12 months out of the year.

SG:  What were some of your early musical sponsorships?

JE: Early on, when skate was important, we embarked on a program called the Backyard Barbecue. It was part of giving back to the community; we would bring all the action sports athletes to a parking lot in a shopping center several times a year, along with several major bands and have a free concert and free action sports demonstration in these communities. We did that for several years, but as skate slowed down, we decided to do some different things.

SG:  How do those partnerships, whether it’s with Vans or the Ascend Amphitheater, build the brand profile?

JE: More than anything else, it authenticates our relationship. As you look at social media today, which is becoming a big part of what we do, gathering content and being where the customer thinks you belong is critical. At the Ascend Amphitheater, which we sponsor along with the Journeys Concert Series, it’s good for our consumers, but it is good for our employees. We can bring 24 employees to every one of these 30-plus concerts. Everything we do has an employee piece. You’ve got to have your employees engaged; if they are, they understand how important they are to you.

SG:  Switching gears a bit, there are so many other types of retail today: big-box, e-commerce and Amazon. How are you fighting back?

JE: We’ve been able to grow our store base while also growing our e-commerce base. There is opportunity in both at the same time. What’s interesting is that today, whether it’s Amazon or Zappos, everybody has raised the bar. That means you have to be even better at what you do. We produce a lot of shoes, about 25 to 30 percent of our assortment is available only at Journeys. With our partners, we have product that is for us exclusively, that is not available across the mall.

SG:  The economy hasn’t been great for teens these days, from fewer jobs to parents curbing spending. Are you concerned about that?

JE: We’ve had a lot of success for the 30 years we’ve been in business. We try hard not to spend time on things we can’t control. I want to focus on the things we can and do better. Even though the economy is choppy and everyone is concerned with what’s going on around the world and with the election, when you have the right product, the kids find it and they buy it. And it’s not an issue. We are charged in our industry with cultivating product that is relevant, that kids want to buy today. If we do that together with our partners, then we are going to be just fine.

'real housewives' star dorit kemsley & husband pk announce split, 'rhobh' star dorit kemsley splits from hubby pk surfaces.

3:20 PM PT -- We got PK Thursday in West Hollywood at The Henry right on the heels of the news of him and Dorit Kemsley separating -- and while we tried asking how he was feeling ... the guy wasn't in any mood to talk, beelining it for a restaurant -- this while 'RHOBH' cameras were rolling for the new season.

Check out the footage ... PK gets out of his car, and you can tell there's a production going on -- 'cause there's a ton of camera people around, and he's in the thick of it. Again, we asked how he was holding up during this hard time, but he was pretty mum on it.

BTW, PK was going into the restaurant to meet with none other than Mauricio Umansky ... whom he sat and chatted with, only to get frustrated and storm out.

We're told PK looked frazzled during filming today ... no doubt related to the separation.

'The Real Housewives' has been rocked by another breakup -- this as Dorit Kemsley and her husband, PK, have announced their separation ... just as cameras started rolling.

The 'RHOBH' personalities shared their relationship update in a joint statement on Instagram Thursday ... confirming they are taking time apart after 9 years of marriage.

They write ... "We as a couple have been subject to a lot of speculation about our marriage. We have had our struggles over the last few years and continue to work through them as two people who love each other and share two amazing children together."

Dorit and PK add ... "To safeguard our deep friendship and maintain a harmonious environment for our children we have made the mutual and difficult decision to take some time apart and reevaluate our relationship while we prioritize our children."

Finally, they finish with this ... "We appreciate your love and support while we continue to do the work necessary throughout this journey. With love, Dorit and PK."

This split will be at the forefront of 'RHOBH' season 14 ... as sources tell us production for the new season began Wednesday. There's no denying this dovetails with that news.

The update comes after a rocky year for the couple, who opened up about their marital struggles on season 13. However, the now-estranged couple denied being separated in February, telling the 'RHOBH After Show' gang that they were working through their issues.

It's no secret Dorit and PK were on the rocks ... as she lamented on the show about her hubby's lack of support as she dealt with PTSD following their home invasion in 2021 -- which, as you'll recall, was incredibly dramatic ... and caught on surveillance video.

PK was equally frustrated in their relationship ... bonding this past season with fellow 'Housewives' husband Mauricio Umansky about their shared marital woes.

Mauricio and his wife, Kyle Richards , announced their own separation last summer ... with the real estate mogul moving out this spring. Sounds like there's plenty for the Bravo cameras to capture already ... including a fresh split in the cast.

Isle of wonder: just off the coast of Sicily is an archipelago steeped in myths

O n the boat, I stared out to sea thinking about maps and getting lost, about imaginary islands and the places where geography and mythology collide. I was on my way to a mystical archipelago of islands just off Sicily , supposedly the real-life inspiration for the fantastical islands of The Odyssey .

I hadn’t planned to be chasing Odysseus around his island sea kingdoms and searching for mythical lands but my heart had been broken in various ways and I was sorely in need of grey-eyed, gold-shod Athena, Aeolus who rules the winds and all of the trickster gods, to be spun into their drama. To become enchanted.

Like Odysseus, my journey stretched out far longer than I expected. And just like him, I met an eccentric cast list of characters on the way: a sex therapist, Naked Andrew, a 70-year-old enthusiastic nudist, and a Menorcan ornithologist.

Post Malone announced his intention to move from hip-hop and pop to country some time ago—a shift that some have questioned. The chart-topper has only released a few tunes in the genre, but already he’s racking up hits in the field—including a new one this week.

“I’m Gonna Miss Her” debuts at No. 45 on this week’s Hot Country Songs chart. While that’s fairly low on the 50-spot tally, Malone actually claims the only new entrant on the ranking of the most-consumed country tracks in America this time around.

Malone earns his third career appearance on the Hot Country Songs chart this week. His latest does mark his lowest-charting so far, but these are still early days for the singer-songwriter when it comes to this new sonic chapter.

In 2023, Malone reached the Hot Country Songs chart for the first time as a featured artist. He joined the late Joe Diffie on a reworked take on the beloved musician’s “Pickup Man,” which spent one frame at No. 34.

Malone scored a big hit on the most competitive ranking of the biggest country tracks in the country just a month ago. He joined Beyoncé on her tune “Levi’s Jeans,” which was featured on her first country album, Cowboy Carter . The track peaked at No. 5 and has spent a month on the roster.

“I’m Gonna Miss Her” is a cover of Brad Paisley’s single of the same name. His version, which is titled “I'm Gonna Miss Her (The Fishing Song),” is one of that star’s 18 No. 1s on the Hot Country Songs tally. It peaked atop the ranking back in July of 2002.

Malone’s first proper country single as a lead artist is expected to arrive this Friday (May 10). “I Had Some Help” is a collaboration between the fledgling country musician and genre ruler Morgan Wallen. It may serve as the first taste of Malone’s forthcoming first country album, though so far, details about the in-process project are scarce.

As he arrives on the Hot Country Songs chart, Malone also claims the No. 1 single in America. He joined Taylor Swift on her latest smash “Fortnight,” which debuted atop the Hot 100 last frame. The tune holds in first place for a second stint this time around.
