“great deal on holiday packages” review of air arabia.

We selected the Holiday package for the 1st time from Air Arabia. It was a 5 nights & 6 days package deal with a 4* hotel stay to Baku. I must say it was a hasstle free process which meant alot to be free mentally. What ever info was provided while booking the package was true.

Great trip, hassle free in every way, comfortable seats that recline, nice staff. Would definitely recommend and travel with again. Much better than Easyjet!

I had no choice of airline as this was the only company that flew my route, and my choice of transportation was very much based on cost. This is a budget airline - very little customer interaction or service by the ground crew or cabin staff, ridiculously small leg room and no drinks or food service unless booked in advance. If my decision to use them again was based on anything other than price I doubt I'd fly with them again.

I have been trying to reach customer service and no one f$&k*%* answers the call! And when someone answers they don’t speak in English. Wtf! My mother’s flight to sharjah was delayed this morning by an hour and she has a connecting flight to Tbilisi which was like in an hour post arrival in Sharjah. But now with this delay..I am not sure if the airline will support her. And I can’t reach the call center to check and figure the status.

From Chittagong to Sharjah It was the worst air line i have ever seen.the crew member was not helpful also the did not provide us any blanket also we had to pay for food.also when we asked them about something they just say only oxygen free.But the flight from cairo to sharjah we went by air arabia with same price.but the staff of the airplane was so good and well behaved.they even gave food to everyone also the provided drinks and beverage.i think that was discrimination with different flights.When the Chittagong to Sharjah flight is much longer and the service was poor and terrible.the even delayed their flight
