Billie Eilish ‘s third studio album, Hit Me Hard and Soft, is just under three weeks away from being released. The singer and songwriter — and current Rolling Stone cover star — has made clear that she won’t be releasing any singles from the record in advance, but she has announced an extensive global arena tour in support of the release.
The Hit Me Hard and Soft tour will mark Eilish’s first return to the road since the conclusion of the Happier Than Ever world tour, which ran for 88 shows from February 2022 through April 2023. This new run of shows will include 81 stops across North America, Australia, and Europe beginning in September 2024 and wrapping in July 2025.
The Australian leg will begin in February 2025, with stops in Melbourne, Brisbane, and Sydney. From there, Eilish will head over to Europe in April 2025 for performances in Stockholm, Amsterdam, Paris, Barcelona, London, Dublin, and more.
General sale for the Hit Me Hard and Soft tour will begin on Friday, May 3 via the official Billie Eilish website . The sale will include any tickets remaining following the conclusion of multiple pre-sales, most of which will begin on Tuesday, April 30.

Billie Eilish announced the dates the world tour in support of her third album on Monday (April 29). The Hit Me Hard and Soft: The Tour is slated to kick off on Sept. 29 at the Centre Videotron in Quebec, Canada, and take the singer across North America through late December, with stops in Toronto, Baltimore, Philadelphia, Detroit, Newark, Boston and Pittsburgh before a three night-stint at Madison Square Garden (Oct. 16-18) and two nights at State Farm Arena in Atlanta (Nov. 2-3).
Why Billie Eilish Insists on Sustainability In Her Career: ‘It’s a Never-Ending F–king Fight…
Trending on billboard.
The tour will feature a number of sustainability efforts, including the continuation of Eilish’s long-running partnership with environmental nonprofit Reverb, which has so far resulted in $1 million in donations to environmental, greenhouse-gas reduction and climate-justice projects, according to a release announcing the dates. On the upcoming tour, sustainability efforts will include reducing greenhouse-gas pollution, decreasing single-use plastic waste, supporting climate action and updating concession offerings to promote plant-based food options.
Billie Eilish Explains the ‘Huge Responsibility’ to Make New Album ‘Hit Me Hard and Soft’ Her Most…
Support + Feed will also continue its previous collaboration with Eilish and offer an expanded version of the Support+Feed Pledge aimed at inspiring fans to eat one plant-based meal a day for 30 days. Eilish’s fans are also encouraged to take public transportation and/or carpool to shows to reduce their carbon footprint, and to bring an empty reusable water bottle or donate to receive a custom RockNRefill Nalgene bottle they can fill up for free at water-refill stations at every venue. Eilish is also encouraging fans to fight the tremendous waste caused by fast fashion by dressing up for the gigs in thrifted, upcycled or borrowed clothes instead of buying new ones.
In an effort to keep tickets out of the hands of scalpers, the tour is using Ticketmaster’s Face Value Exchange, which will allow fans who purchase tickets for the North American tour they can’t attend to resell them to other fans at the original price; click here to find out more about this program.

It was the best show. Really. If you have any chance to see her take it . The energyyyy. I can’t even describe it. I can still feel it when I think about the show . And she was sooo cute I love her. She got emotional and cried a bit and she thanked us and said that we are the reason that she is living a dream she was so sweet. And for all the songs she was hyped and the whole arena was jumping, screaming, singing just enjoying the show. And when she sang the last song she left and we were all screaming and clapping and screaming Billie because we didn’t want it to end . And then she got back and bad guy went on again and let me tell you that shit was craaazyy. We all gave everything to the song and it was epic . Really , really amazing and I wish I could go again and again on every single show there is. I love her so much ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️. Epic.

I absolutely loved this show!! The way the theater was built, every seat had a great view and it wasn’t too far from the stage. I loved the show very very much. Billie’s graphics and the way she uses her props are amazing, ESPECIALLY the videos and the way she incorporates them into her lyrics. And the way her and her brother (Finneas o’connell) get along are adorable. She talks to the audience enough to get them hyped up for the next song! Billie sadly sprung her foot a few days before the show, but that didn’t stop her from doing ANYTHING, she was a trooper and kept the show going and exciting. Absolutely loved it and so did my family & friends, billie is such an awesome person and i’m so glad i got to go. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE go to her concert if you can, you will NOT regret it. <3<3<3<3<3<3<3
This was my first concert, I was kinda nervous for it to be standing crowd but OH MY GOD I CRIED! Billie was soooo amazing, I can’t even put it into words. The best part was how she told everyone to be in the moment and just live how you are, I felt so good then, she is the most pure human I’ve ever seen. The funniest part was probably when someone threw something on stage and the next thing Billie said was “that was definitely a bra”. She lit up my life, and having Denzel Curry open was so cool. They are both such woke people and it really changed how I see people that are famous, I thought most celebrities were uptight and dicks, but they were so nice! I LOVED IT SOOO MUCH!!

Billie Eilish fans will get her “Happier Than Ever” album in July, but when it comes to really living happily ever after by attending her tour, that’ll have to wait till early next year. The singer announced Friday that her long-delayed arena tour will kick off Feb. 3.
Her 32-date outing in the United States will run just over two months, into the first half of April. From there, Eilish takes about a two-month break before doing 18 shows in Europe, covering a period of approximately a month, from the beginning of June into the first days of July 2022.
Tickets for buyers who sign up for Ticketmaster’s Verified Fan program will go on sale May 26 at noon local time and be available for 10 hours. (Patrons have until May 23 to sign up for the platform in preparation for the Eilish on-sale.) From there, remaining tickets will be put up two days later, on May 28, again at noon in local time zones.

Eilish just released another single, “Your Power,” in advance of the July 30 release of her second full-length album.
Popular on Variety
The first U.S. date will be Feb. 3 at New Orleans’ Smoothie King Center. From there, she moves through the South, upper Midwest, eastern states and Canada on her way to Feb. 18-19 dates at Madison Square Garden. Mid-March finds her heading west, with the American part of the tour climaxing in hometown shows at L.A.’s Forum April 6, 8 and 9, the only U.S. venue where she’s doing a three-night stand.
Eilish does have a second three-nighter on the books over in the U.K., as she’s set to perform June 10-12 at the O2 Arena in London. The overseas leg wraps up July 2 in Zurich.
Is this Eilish’s first arena tour? Yes, but with a very big asterisk. She had one scheduled for 2020, but had only completed three dates before announcing that the remainder would have to be postponed due to the pandemic. Ultimately, those dates were finally canceled outright in December of last year, leaving her truncated three-gig run in March 2020 as one of the shortest arena tours in history.
For this tour, Eilish announced that she will be hooking up with sustainability partner Reverb, with a “Billie Eilish Action Village” at each stop focusing on climate justice and BIPOC- and women-led environmental organizations.
The full tour agenda:

Billie Eilish and the Red Hot Chili Peppers Bring the Olympics Back to L.A. with Beachside Concert
Billie Eilish and the Red Hot Chili Peppers helped create the perfect Los Angeles beachside vibe as the Olympic Flag was passed to Los Angeles in the Closing Ceremony.
Some iconic Los Angeles musicians were on hand to celebrate the passing of the Olympic flag to the City of Los Angeles as the Paris Games came to an end.
The 2024 Paris Olympics ' closing ceremony ended Sunday with Tom Cruise repelling into the Stade de France to grab the Olympic flag from gold medalist Simone Biles. After a quick motorcycle ride through Paris, he took a plane to Los Angeles and, in true Hollywood fashion, handed the flag off to Olympic athletes. S kateboarder Jagger Eaton , mountain biker Kate Courtney, and track and field gold medalist Michael Johnson carried the flag to Venice Beach where Los Angeles icons The Red Hot Chili Peppers and Billie Eilish stood by to deliver a high-energy beachside performance.
What Did The Red Hot Chili Peppers Perform at the Closing Ceremony?
The Red Hot Chili Peppers were the first to take the stage, performing their hit “Can’t Stop.”
Lead singer Anthony Kiedis jumped around the outdoor stage, energizing the crowd, as he sang in front of a large LA28 sign.
The sandy beach, palm trees, and blue ocean served as the perfect backdrop to signal the transition from Paris, France to the sunny shores of Los Angeles, where the summer games will take place in 2028 .
“Red Hot Chili Peppers, such a Los Angeles band,” Closing Ceremony co-host Jimmy Fallon remarked.

What did Billie Eilish sing at the Closing Ceremony?
The mic was then passed to Academy Award winning singer Billie Eilish who performed her hit “Birds of a Feather” alongside her brother Finneas on another nearby stage, a lifeguard station painted in a pail blue.
Eilish wore a white polo shirt with a red and blue diagonal stripe from Ralph Polo's Olympic collection, which she paired with khaki shorts and a baseball cap as she swayed and danced along in front of the ocean.
The crowd was definitely feeling the performance, with some even using their hands to make a heart sign to the singer.
What is Billie Eilish and The Red Hot Chili Peppers connection to Los Angeles?
The host city has special meaning for Eilish, who was born in Los Angeles.
“L.A. kind of has everything. You don’t even realize it,” she said in a video on Instagram just days before Sunday’s closing ceremony.
“Every time I come back, I feel back to myself and back to who I am and my roots,” she added.
According to the “What Was I Made For” singer, Los Angeles will be the perfect backdrop to the Games because the city is already “inspiring” and “really diverse.”
“The Olympics is the Olympics. That’s everybody all over the world coming together,” she said. “I’m looking forward to that.”
The alt rock band Red Hot Chili Peppers has also never been shy about its love of California and Los Angeles, incorporating the state into the lyrics of many of their hits including “Californication,” “Under the Bridge” and “Dani California.”
Band member Michael ‘Flea’ Balzary even recalled his own LA memory in 2022 when the band got its own star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame.
“When I was 11 years old, I panhandled on this street,” he said. “I know this street inside out. The street knows me. Whenever we traveled around the world, the street has always been a part of me.”
Before the closing ceremony began, executive producer and creator Ben Winston promised the handover to Los Angeles would “showcase the heartbeat of LA,” according to Olympics.com .
“We hope to showcase a collection of Los Angeles stories — featuring the city’s people, creativity, music and of course sport, all wrapped up with a little Hollywood magic — to invite the world into the LA28 Games,” he said.

- STAR (24A: "When the first ___ you see may not be a ___" ("Konstantine" lyric)) "Konstantine" is a 2003 song by the alt rock band Something Corporate. The song includes the lyrics "It's to Jimmy Eat World and those nights in my car / When the first STAR you see may not be a STAR." This is a reference to the song "For Me This is Heaven" by the band Jimmy Eat World. That song begins with the line, "The first STAR I see may not be a STAR."
- MOOS (34D: Animal sounds in "Over the Moon") Okay, it's been some time since I've seen the musical Rent , so I didn't immediately remember the song "Over the Moon," which is based on "Hey Diddle Diddle," and sung by the character Maureen. At the end of the song, there are a number of MOOS.
