Prabin is great. He's working on his MA in Nepalese culture and history and he uses his knowledge to full extent. We went on a full day tour with him visiting Changu Narayan Temple, Bhaktapur, Boudhanath Stupa, and Pashupatinath Temple. Along the way he suggested a few stores to buy things we were looking for and from what I gathered those were not prearranged commission-paying spots as the owners did not know him and asked for his name. We had the privilege exploring KTM valley with Kumar. He has a way of showing you all facets of Nepal as nobody else will. Not only does he know his country like no other, he also has a special way of connecting you with his culture , people, customs and more like a real tour guide can only do. He is a humanitarian, a good spirit, with a great sense of humor and a heart of gold, someone who CARES about his country and people. You will love the way he guides you and shows you his country. Anything from local foods, to extensive history or just small talk about politics and social issues, Kumar is happy to discuss all. He showed us a side of Nepal, we would have never experienced with a larger bus group. Memorable 4 days with tour guide.

My wife and I had the privilege to enjoy a 4 days long private tour with tourguideinnepal.com . Everything was spot on. Two nights was awesome.

I only had two nights in Kathmandu and primarily wanted to do a chopper flight around Everest as well as see as much of Kathmandu as possible. Kumar was amazing and looked after me like family. I did a lot of research and Kumar booked the Chopper flight for me and answered any and all questions I had leading up to it. The Everest day was truly one of the best and awe inspiring days of my life. Kumar also took us to all of the must see sights in Kathmandu. He listened to our needs as well as read our body language for what we required. You must have a guide in places like Kathmandu to understand the history and not miss anything and you won’t regret using Kumar – he is the best!!

Classic Nepal

Great tour and introduction to Nepal. Tour includes time in the urban jungle in Kathmandu, the resort lake town of Pokhara, a very charming old town in the mountains, and the wildlife refuge in Chitwan. Itinerary was balanced between activities and free time, enough that we never felt rushed or forced. Great accommodations except for one overnight in a guest house at Bhaktapur. Otherwise, perfect trip!

Our recent trip to Nepal was an amazing experience . It truly was a trip of a lifetime! Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by Shailesh Pokharel, the local travel advisor and this was a fantastic start! Despite the constant rainy weather everything went as planned. The trip, overall, was a huge success. Even in difficult, due to the rain situations, our guide, Valmiki Rijal, Sujan, as we used to call him, offered alternative solutions that help us to enjoy every moment of our trip. On the way to every location, he provided interesting and fascinating facts about the history and geography of the places and regions. He is very knowledgeable about Nepal in general, he is nice and engaging and made sure to give us an amazing experience. Sujan was very patient with us and did his best to accommodate our needs and interests. Sujan is a great guide, a true sample of excellent tour guide! After spending 7 days with him, I don’t hesitate to say that we got an exceptional friend in Nepal. Apart of the rainy weather, the other problem we faced was the bad condition of the 2 hotels we stayed in, but again everybody did their best to facilitate our stay. Both Shailesh Pokharel and Valmiki Rijal, (Sujan) and all the people met in Nepal were so friendly that make us felt like home. During our stay in Nepal, we always felt like we were among friends. We really loved meeting Sujan’s family and enjoying the dinner, Shailesh’s wife offered to us at their home. Shailesh and Sujan you have did a great job. Thank you! Annapurna Sanctuary

The trip was everything I expected. It was the perfect challenge for me and I was able to fit it in the semester break. Our guide was good and the accommodation was basic but comfortable. Our group would often spend evenings playing card games and relaxing before taking early nights. It was a great trip. :)

Everest Base Camp Trek with Helicopter Return

In the beginning, I signed up for a group but no one signed up for the same date with me so I ended up doing a solo trip to Everest base camp with my guide and also my porter, Mr.Santa. I was a bit worried at first but then I found lots of friends during the trek to EBC. Mr.Santa took great care of me, always walked behind me to check if everything was going well. Mr. Sheilesh came to the airport to welcome me and dropped me off at the airport at the end of the trip. He was also very kind and open to modifying the plan as I requested. I had a beautiful time in Nepal and wonderful experiences during my EBC trek.

Ghorepani Poon Hill Trek

We did the 7-day Ghorepani Poon Hill trek with Outfitter Nepal Treks and had the time of our lives! From the beginning to the end, the communication, organization and service was top level standard. We were lucky enough to have the most experienced guide and porter with us. Ravi, our guide, had 27 years of experience and could tell us everything about the trek, Nepali culture and history. He always organized the best rooms with the best views for us, was extremely attentive and customised the itinerary 100% to our wishes and fitness level. Bim, our porter, was super friendly, always greeted us with a big smile and helped us with everything we (didnt know) we needed. Overall, the level of service was much higher than we expected and than most other guides/porters provided. The trek itself was absolutely stunning, with unforgettable views of Annapurna and surrounding mountains. The Rhododendron forests in full blossom and the sunrise on Poon Hill were mesmerizing. We can fully recommend to book with Outfitter Nepal and ask for these 2 amazing guys to accompany you!
