Epik High Announces 2023 “All Time High Tour”

It’s official. epik high is coming back to europe and north america in 2023.

On December 6, just after 1am KST, EPIK HIGH announced the dates and cities for their upcoming 2023 tour on the members’ official SNS accounts.

The ridiculously talented trio is set to kick off their latest tour All Time High in Europe on February 6. Following their multi-leg tour in Europe, EPIK HIGH will head to North America to perform for fans across 28 cities, including three stops in Canada.

Who is EPIK HIGH

EPIK HIGH is a second-generation K-Pop group that debuted in 2003 with the album Map of the Human Soul . Consisting of Tablo, DJ Tukutz, and Mithra Jin, it is an alternative hip-hop group whose talent on the mic and behind the turntable, relatable personalities, and unfiltered lyrics continues to capture the hearts of new and existing fans across the globe. With performances at Coachella , KAMP LA 2022, Hallyuween , and more, EPIK HIGH spared no effort in greeting fans throughout 2022. The group recently wrapped up its 2022 EPIK HIGH IS HERE  tour that spanned various North American and Asia Pacific cities. The show itself was amazing, just what you would expect from the Masters of Epik High - energy, funny at the breaks, a lot of jumping while listening to the greatness that Epik High's music and lyrical content presents.

The setlist included new songs, as well as some ultimate classics - 'One' and 'Fan' were great surprise for me personally. It was amazing hearing one of my favorite songs from the genius trio.

I personally hope that next year they'll come back to Europe. Me and my friends travelled from Bulgaria for the concert and we hope next year they can come back to whatever city in Europe - we'll be there.

The only problem was that there was no merchandise. I was hoping to purchase the new album without the absurd shipping costs from Korea to Europe...

I hope next time they will bring merchandise to the concerts... Until then international fans have to pay double the price to get a physical copy.

Lit as expected! They really know how to entertain the public and since Tablo speak English because he's been living in US for quite a long time, he can act like a translator, be playful with the other members, etc.

They seem really close and down to earth.

The second stage was pretty far so even though we could see everything, I'd have love to be closer.

Seems like there were not as much space as needed, some people was staying in the stairs and a security guy was pretty annoying going here and there.

It was absolutely awesome, cool, incredible!! One of the best concerts i've been to. The setlist was fire, the crowd was fire and epik high did a great job with hyping everyone up!

Definitley go if you have a chance, i'm hoping that they will come to Berlin again in the future!

The show was really good and fun! You can tell with how much passion they make their music through their awesome performance! Interaction with the fans was great and I really hope to see them more often in Amsterdam, I will definitely listen to your music even more!

[RECAP] Epik High Slays at Sold Out Concert in Los Angeles

After six long years since their last appearance, hip-hop trio Epik High returned to Los Angeles for a show-stopping performance that took place in The Wiltern  on May 29.  Nestled in the heart of Los Angeles’ Korea Town, the venue was at max capacity and had a line of over a thousand eager High Skoolers wrapped around the entire city block.

Los Angeles was one of the many tour stops that comprised of Epik High’s groundbreaking, three-week-long tour around North America.  Presented by SIVA Group , the tour initially consisted of six shows in California, New York, Texas, and Canada.  However, due to high demand, the six-city tour turned into a sold-out, back-to-back eleven-city tour that had the boys traveling up and down and around North America.

VIP ticket holders were in for a treat as they not only were able to see Epik High up close in the VIP pit, but also were given the opportunity to meet Tablo , Tukutz , and Mithra through a special meet-and-greet that included personal autograph signing and a group photo with the members.  With all these perks, it’s no surprise that the first attendees lined up in the early morning in order to be the first to greet the group.

Then the lights dimmed and the main attraction began.  Tukutz took his spot behind his turntables, gave a “ What’s up L.A.?! ” holler, Tablo and Mithra made their entrance, and kicked off the night with “ 막을 올리며 (Encore).”  The group welcomed their eager L.A. fans with a brief introduction to “ California Love ” by 2Pac that had the whole venue up on their feet, waving their light sticks, and singing along.  Then the boys jumped right into “ Light It Up ” from G-Dragon’s solo album and had the crowd jumping along with them to a mashup of “ Free Music ” and “ Top Gun .”

After their opening set, Tablo introduced the group in English and shared how happy they were to “ Not just be back in L.A., but to be back with you guys. ”  He then stated that Mithra is on a mission to spread the Korean language throughout North America. As a result, Tablo explained that Mithra “will not be speaking a word of English.” Mithra simply acknowledged Tablo’s statement with a simple “ 네 (Yes), ” causing the crowd to giggle. Tukutz was happy to share in English, “ I wish everybody in here have an organic, fantastic time. Thank you! ”

Regardless of their back-to-back tour schedule, Tablo, Tukutz, and Mithra were full of energy and showcased their elite rapping skills. The set list for each tour was carefully crafted and put together by Tablo to leave each city with a unique and memorable experience that took fans on a walk through over ten years’ worth of Epik High’s top charting hits. The crowd was rocking their heads to the sick beats of “ Burj Khalifa ” and “ Get Out of the Way ”; jumping and fist pumping to “ High Technology ,” “ Up ,” and “ Happen Ending “; and swaying their light sticks to “ It’s Cold. ”

During Tablo’s solo stage, he performed his single “ Airbag ” which had the audience mesmerized until Tukutz crept up behind him and comically lip-synced the chorus.  When confronted by Tablo for ruining an emotional song, Tukutz brushed it off and said, “ Don’t worry, be happy. ”  After the brief bickering, Tukutz joined Tablo onstage for his popular English rendition of Taeyang ’s “ Eyes, Nose, Lips. ”  The song had won the hearts of many fans since its release and the whole venue was singing along word-for-word.

Epik High further proved that their entertainment skills expand outside of music with their comical fan interactions.  In between sets, Tablo and the other members would take their time and interact with the fans in both English and Korean.  Tablo asked Tukutz to “show something original”, which prompted the DJ to get down with Big Bang ’s signature “ Fantastic Baby ” dance move.  Kutuz claimed, “ It was mine! ” and joked that Big Bang was the one who copied his dance move. Later on, Tukutz and the other members had a brief synchronized pop-and-luck choreography to “ One .”

With the show coming to a close, Epik High performed “ Fan ” and dedicated it to everyone in the room.  To end the night with a bang, Epik High performed the group’s latest hit track that dominated the music charts – “ Born Hater ” and the other fan favorite, “ Don’t Hate Me .”  Epik High has had to overcome many hurdles and obstacles over the years.  But through pure talent and perseverance, the group remained solidly triumphant and has been rewarded with top-charting albums and singles, countless awards, and a growing loyal fanbase.  Most importantly, Epik High has paved the way for aspiring rappers who wished to follow in the group’s footsteps.

Epik High will dominate the stages and music shows again by announcing their new music and upcoming North America Tour.

Following their recent single Rain Song , Epik High will have a lot more to offer as the trio prepares for their official grand return in the public's eye. As they soar higher under William Morris Endeavor, Epik High members — Tablo, Mithra Jin, and DJ Tukutz — will bloom even more in 2022.

Epik High Drops Information About North America Tour

On October 14, Epik High dropped the lucky cities that will see the act perform again as part of their North America Tour next year.

Starting March 1, the hip-hop group will grace major cities, including Los Angeles, Seattle, New York, Atlanta, Chicago, Houston, Las Vegas, and Dallas. Overall, the trio will visit 29 different places in America to start hip-hoping again.

Ticket reservations for the Epic High Is Here in North America will start on October 15.

Meanwhile, their agency, OURS Co, revealed that the concert would first return to Korean stages starting this December at the Seoul Olympic Park's Olympic Hall. The tickets for the shows in Seoul can be purchased through Interpark Ticket.

Epik High To Drop More Music

Aside from the 2022 North America Tour, Epik High will drop their new single on October 25, Face ID. More details will be posted on the members' social media accounts in the next few weeks.

In addition, the group will give their fans the highly-anticipated second part of their album. Epic High Is Here 下 (Part 2) next year. It will serve as the successor of Epik High Is Here 上 in February. The album welcomed CL, ZICO, B.I. CHANGMO, and Woo as the group's main collaborators. The whole 10 tracks offer the story of people's reflection and growth while reminding the listeners to go beyond their abilities.

Before the exciting announcements, Epik High recently shared a collaborative single with Korean singer-songwriter Colde, Rain Song . The trio's frontman Tablo first revealed the new song on June 22 before its official release one week later. Younha (a longtime Epik High collaborator) and Docksim (BTS collaborator) helped them on the new single.

First Partner Siebel Newsom and Secretary Vilsack were joined at Sotomayor Academies by California Department of Food and Agriculture (CDFA) Secretary Karen Ross, Los Angeles County Supervisor Hilda Solis, Los Angeles United School District (LAUSD) Superintendent Alberto M. Carvalho and Kat Taylor, a social impact investor. During the visit, they met with child nutrition experts and saw firsthand the positive impact California’s leadership on school meals has meant for students.

California has taken significant actions to strengthen their school meal programs, including:

• In 2022, California became one of the first states to implement universal meals for children at school. Through their  Universal Meals Program , the state is building on USDA’s National School Lunch Program and School Breakfast Program, which provide meals to 30 million school children. As of May 2024, eight states have instituted policies to provide healthy school meals at no cost to all students. Expanding those policies nationwide is a key goal of the Biden-Harris Administration’s  National Strategy on Hunger, Nutrition, and Health , which committed to ending hunger, improving nutrition, and ending diet-related disease by 2030.
• Launched in 2019,  California Farm to School  connects school districts with local farms, so they can procure fresh and delicious produce for school meals. To date, the initiative is benefiting over 1.5 million public school students in California at over 163 educational entities.
• USDA’s  Patrick Leahy Farm to School Program  helps school meal operators incorporate local foods into meal programs. Spearheaded by First Partner Siebel Newsom, California Farm to School has committed to expanding the use of locally grown commodities in school meals and hands-on food education to up to 80% of California students by 2030. The commitment was made by the California Department of Food and Agriculture (CDFA) as part of the  White House Challenge to End Hunger and Build Healthy Communities . In pursuit of this expansion, CDFA has partnered with school administrators and built partnerships with local producers and growers to maximize the quantity of locally-sourced produce in California schools.
• USDA has also partnered with the California Department of Education (CDE) under the Local Food for Schools (LFS) Program. In 2022, USDA’s Agricultural Marketing Service signed a  $23 million cooperative agreement  with CDE to purchase and distribute local and regional foods and beverages for schools while strengthening partnerships with local producers and agricultural operations.
• Additionally, California has signed on to participate in the inaugural year of USDA’s  Summer EBT program , which provides qualifying students $120 in grocery benefits to families to purchase food during the summer months when child food insecurity is at its highest.

Music Superstar Keith Urban bringing his country sound to Las Vegas residency at Fountainebleau

HOLLYWOOD (KABC) -- 2024 looks to be a big year for country music superstar Keith Urban. He has new music on the way. And a new set of shows at a new venue in Las Vegas.

He has 38 "Top 10" songs to his credit... 24 of them hitting number one over the past two decades. Next up: "Keith Urban's HIGH in Vegas," 10 performances at Fountainebleau Las Vegas.

I asked him ten shows would be enough to satisfy his fans.

"I'm psyched to get in there and play. We've never done the Fountainebleau before. It's brand new," said Urban. "It feels like it's just the right blend of both to be able to do what I want to do, which is just bring everybody together."

Urban has until October to shape his new show for fans. 'I have sleepless nights endlessly trying to figure out how we can put on a great show for them, something that they're going to gravitate toward getting engaged with and they're going to have the time of their lives. That's all I care about."

He plans to sing some of his number one hits and new songs from his upcoming album, including his latest single, "Messed Up as Me," plus a new duet with Lainey Wilson called "Go Home with You."

"We recorded it in May last year. And I've had to just sit on it," said Urban. "So, I'm relieved that it's finally coming out."

Urban was recently out with wife Nicole Kidman at The Met Gala, and last month with the whole family at the American Film Institute honoring Kidman for her acting career.

"I was so happy for Nic. We all were. I mean, it was a really fitting night to honor her body of work so far," said Urban. "And so grateful we could bring not just our own girls but the whole family. I mean, Nic's sister and her sister's husband and all their kids. Everybody flew over from Australia. It was a beautiful night."
