I was struggling to find somewhere to order the currency of my choice but found it here, no problem! Would have arrived on time too but I wasn't in so collected it from Royal Mail instead. Great service, would definitely recommend & will be returning in the future! :))

Had a complaint, handled brilliantly

Always use these guys as easy access and 2 in the city. Trust their rates, but got £300 of euros today at a rate of 1.0929, Thought was low then passed the post office who were offering 1.13+ and then M&S 1.14+. Update. Was contacted by their team who addressed my concerns and I must say restored my faith in their company. Thank you

Banbury Exchange - Poor Service

Female staff member, unfriendly, abrasive and officious. My order wasn’t ready 22 hours after I had ordered it & was told to go away & wait for an email (so much for ‘ready in 60 seconds’) I said I’d wait for her to make the order up which didn’t go down well as she was ‘the only staff member here’. She was also unable to supply the smaller (less than €50 notes) denominations I wanted & was told that as I lived in the town I could come back at another time when smaller denominations would be available. Hardly convenient. I told her I would expect a bank to have an available ready supply of all denominations at all time & that I wouldn’t be using Eurochange again. Should have gone to the Post Office. Lesson learned.
