Stay away from this company. Before my trip to cancun I went through Thomas More Airport Shuttle service and paid for rountrip. When I got to cancun they had no reservation so I received no service. They are not refunding my money. I feel this is a scam and I want to warn people against this service.
I am sorry that this happened to you. This is very odd since thomas moore is a very big company that has been servicing the Royal Resorts for many many years.
I hardly think it is called a scam. I'm sure if you have a receipt of payment and you never gor the service, they should refund you your money
they are hardly a scam. I've been using them since they have been in existence and servicing the Royal Resorts. I've had nothing but great service whether it's airport transfers, tours, or as a resource for genreal information.
Sorry to hear of the problem but it can happen anywhere and certainly doesnt mean the company is a scam. I have used them for over 20 years and never a single problem.

Thomas More is a very reputable company in Cancún. We use them exclusively these days for transfers from the airport to either the Sands or VCI.

I have heard good things about the Thomas Moore services. I was considering using them for my trip in a couple of weeks. How much in advance do you need to schedule for airport pickup and return? Have they been promtp getting you from hotel to airport?
good grief. . I've got to QUIT watching the news here in the U.S. I've become a conspiracy nut. . .actually tjb34 could be a plant BY Thomas More knowing that many of us would come to their defense and they'd get some free advertising.

Dee, you need you book your transfer a minimum of two weeks before your arrival. If your trip is closer in than that you will need to contact them directly. They do not handle last minute bookings at the airport.
We reconfirm our return trip about 3 days before we leave the resort.
Most people (nearly all probably) that use them are staying at one of the Royal Resorts. They are our inhouse travel folks.
We have used this company for many years with no problem. Did you present them your confirmation voucher, the one you would have printed out after making on line reservations...? If you had a voucher from them confirming your reservation, you would have received their service.
They still have not given me a refund of my money. To me this is a scam.
