Carrie Underwood Reveals Dates for The Denim & Rhinestones Tour with Special Guest Jimmie Allen

"I'm excited to bring the new music of Denim & Rhinestones to life on tour, as well as put new spins on familiar favorites," Carrie Underwood said in a press statement about the 43-date tour

Carrie Underwood is readying her return to the road!

After almost exclusively performing at her Las Vegas residency Reflection for the past six months, the 39-year-old country star has announced The Denim & Rhinestones Tour, set to span 43 North American arenas from this fall to spring 2023 with special guest, fellow American Idol alum Jimmie Allen .

"I'm thrilled to be hitting the road again with THE DENIM & RHINESTONES TOUR," said Underwood in a press release. "I'm having such an amazing time with my Las Vegas residency and look forward to continuing that next year after the tour."

Sharing a title with Underwood's upcoming ninth album, out June 10, The Denim & Rhinestones Tour will kick off Oct. 15 at the Bon Secours Wellness Arena in Greenville, South Carolina, and make stops at many iconic venues including New York City's Madison Square Garden and Los Angeles' Crypto.com Arena (formerly Staples Center) before wrapping March 17 at the Climate Pledge Arena in Seattle, Washington.

"I'm excited to bring the new music of Denim & Rhinestones to life on tour, as well as put new spins on familiar favorites," continued her statement. "We've been working hard already preparing an amazing show, and I can't wait to see everyone on the road!"

The upcoming string of concerts marks Underwood's first official tour since 2019's Cry Pretty Tour 360 — the No. 1 tour of the year according to Pollstar's LIVE75 chart. Allen recently wrapped his own headlining Down Home Tour, which followed his opening slot on Brad Paisley's 2021 tour, and the "Down Home" musician is currently also gearing up to release his third album, Tulip Drive , on June 24.

After donating $1 from all Cry Pretty Tour 360 ticket sales to the charity Danita's Children , which benefits youth from Haiti, Underwood will give $1 of every Denim & Rhinestones Tour ticket to the Tunnel to Towers Foundation . The organization, which strives to end veteran homelessness and help U.S. disaster victims, has built mortgage-free homes for Gold Star and fallen first responder families and provided disabled veterans and first responders with smart homes since 9/11.

Underwood revealed the title, artwork, and release date for Denim & Rhinestones last month. Ahead of the announcement, the "Before He Cheats" superstar teased her then-untitled album in an interview on Today's Country Radio with Kelleigh Bannen in March, calling it "a lot of fun" and revealing she penned many of its tracks.

"I feel like people are going to hear everything and [get] some warm fuzzies and hopefully it'll just make people happy to listen to," said Underwood. "It's a very 'sing into your hairbrush, in your house, in your room' kind of album."

Elsewhere in the interview, she spoke about lead single "Ghost Story," released in March. "It just didn't sound like anything else that's on the radio right now," she told Bannen of why she was drawn to the song.

"And I feel like it was a great first choice first single, because I feel like it's enough of hopefully what people like about me. There's some drama. It's a cinematic song. It's a great story song."

The Carrie Underwood concert was awesome. This was my fourth time seeing her and she did not disappoint! Lively entertainment with and great stage show. She sang her heart out. As Carrie matures her voice become stronger and sweeter. I look forward to seeing her again. She sang songs off her new album and mixed in oldies as well. It’s a girls tour with her opening acts all being female and then they all shared the stage and sang harmony of past female singers it gave me chills. My one complaint and it was a big one was the stage, I paid top dollar to sit close to the stage thinking that I would have a great view on the entire show. I was totally wrong in this thought. I sat on the third row and had an obstructed view most of the time when Carrie was standing in the middle of the center stage or on the opposite side. At times could only she the top of her head or nothing at all. This was a huge disappointment since I’ve NEVER paid this much for a concert ticket!! They tried to make allowances for this fact by having risers on the stage which place Carrie and the band members up high but still wasn’t enough. I felt even worse for those on the floor who could only watch and see her when she was directly standing in front of them!! The stage was too high for the stadium seats that were around the edges. First 4 rows had this issue and as I said I paid top dollar not realizing that this would be an obstructed view. This should have been stated when I purchased my ticket. People sitting around me was verbalizing their disappointment as well, especially the people in the first two rows. Over all the concert would have been a wonderful experience if not for my crappy expensive seat. I was crying ugly in section 114 row c seat 14.

BTW The Song CHAMPION help me over come a big obstacle in my life 6 years ago so that is a touching song for me.

She was amazing. I had the best time ever with my mom. By the end I was sweating down my back. I love her so much. Easton Corban and the swon brothers killed it as well. I'm so glad I was able to go. This birthday had to all of the other birthdays. Loved of her alfits. Loved the dedication to Dolly Parten, and Alabama. Loved those songs. I love ask the the swon brothers, Easton Corban, and Carrie Underwood.

SUPERSTAR CARRIE UNDERWOOD ANNOUNCES RETURN TO THE ROAD WITH “THE DENIM & RHINESTONES TOUR”

May 16, 2022 – On the heels of her triumphant headlining return to the iconic Stagecoach Festival, 8-time GRAMMY® Award winner and 3-time ACM Entertainer of the Year, Carrie Underwood, announces her new arena tour, THE DENIM & RHINESTONES TOUR, with dates in Fall 2022 and Spring 2023.  The new tour, promoted by AEG Presents, will kick off on October 15 in Greenville, SC, making stops in 43 U.S. cities including New York’s Madison Square Garden, Nashville’s Bridgestone Arena, and L.A.’s Crypto.com Arena before concluding in Seattle, WA, on March 17.  Underwood will be joined on THE DENIM & RHINESTONES TOUR by special guest Jimmie Allen on all dates.  After teasing fans about the impending announcement on social media and on last night’s episode of American Idol , Underwood made the official reveal this morning.

Allen will join Underwood’s THE DENIM & RHINESTONES TOUR as his star continues to rise, following his first GRAMMY Award nomination for Best New Artist in 2022 and CMA and ACM Award wins for New Artist of the Year & New Male Artist of the Year, respectively, in 2021. His third album Tulip Drive will be released June 24.

The all-new production will be directed by Barry Lather (Rihanna, Mariah Carey, Michael Jackson), and Nick Whitehouse/Fireplay (Justin Timberlake, Beyonce) is Production Designer.

Since early in her career, Underwood has designated a portion of ticket sales from her tours to support worthwhile charities and organizations. She continues that tradition by arranging for a donation of $1 from each ticket sold for THE DENIM & RHINESTONES TOUR to be contributed to the Tunnel to Towers Foundation ( t2t.org ), which has been helping America’s heroes since 9/11 by providing mortgage-free homes to Gold Star and fallen first responder families with young children and by building custom-designed smart homes for catastrophically injured veterans and first responders. 2022 dates for Underwood’s ongoing REFLECTION: The Las Vegas Residency at the Resorts World Theatre continue through May 21.  The first artist to grace the largest and tallest stage in Las Vegas, Underwood opened the new 5,000-capacity, world-class theatre with a sold-out engagement in December 2021, followed by sold-out runs in March and April 2022.  2023 dates for REFLECTION will be announced at a later date.

Garth brooks, trending on billboard, taylor swift's 'the tortured poets department' eclipses 'midnights' streaming record in four days.

The final evening, Sunday, Sept. 1, will feature headliner Brooks, as well as additional performers The Oak Ridge Boys, Randy Houser, Rhett Akins, Mackenzie Carpenter and Allie Colleen.

The festival is presented by the producers of Gulf Coast Jam presented by Jim Beam, with three-day passes ranging from $299 to $1399, with passes available beginning April 24 at 10 a.m. CT at kickoffjampcb.com.

“I’ve been doing this for 40 years, and without question, this is the biggest show we’ve ever put on,” said executive producer Rendy Lovelady in a statement. “We’re excited to celebrate five decades of Country music in Panama City Beach!”

“It’s such a great honor to be a part of bringing the biggest names in Country music right here to our beautiful beaches,” said Kickoff Jam COO Mark Sheldon in a statement. “It’s our vision to not only support the local community, but to show the country how proud we are of our heritage and Country music in Panama City Beach.”

Organizers of a new music festival in Panama City Beach aren’t fooling around.

The first-ever Kickoff Jam, set for Aug. 30-Sept. 1, announced its headliners Wednesday and there’s a few names you might be familiar with.

Garth Brooks; Carrie Underwood; Alabama; Randy Travis; Oak Ridge Boys; Pam Tillis; Randy Houser; Lauren Alaina -- with several more scheduled to perform during the three-day event.

“If you’re me and you only get to do one outdoor gig a year -- Panama City Beach, are you kidding me?” Brooks says in a video posted to the event website. “This should be country music at its best at the best location.”

But with that many big names come big prices.

Three-day general admission tickets start at $299 and it just goes up from there. Other tickets available include:

• 3-day general admission preferred: start at $799 and includes $20 per day food credit and access to a preferred viewing area
• VIP: start at $1,399 and includes a $40 per day food credit; access to the preferred viewing area; an event t-shirt and access to VIP air-conditioned bathrooms
• Super VIP: start at $1,899, with access to the VIP section (standing only); or the preferred general admission viewing area; a $60 per day food credit; VIP restrooms and a t-shirt.
• Side stage: start at $2,999. These include access to a two-story viewing deck which includes general admission; preferred general admission; VIP and Super VIP sections; a $75 per day food credit; VIP restrooms and access to the security lane at the stage
• Skybox tables: start at $25,000. Access to the side stage area, super VIP, VIP pit and crossover walkway. VIP restroom access; cocktail service; six drinks per seat and heavy hors d’oeuvres; and two VIP parking passes.

Or, if your company is feeling generous, they can pony up a minimum of $65,750 for a hospitality suite, which is a 20x20 tent with a banner displaying your logo of choice. There’s access to a buffet from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. and appetizers from 9 p.m. to 10 p.m., as well as an open bar with a bartender provided.

There are 30 chairs per suite, cabana seating, two TVs, a security guard, access to the security lane at the stage, three parking spots behind the stage, with 30 super VIP or VIP pit passes included.

Tickets go on sale April 24 at 10 a.m.

Not only has she come out with several successful studio albums, but she’s also toured all over the world, guest starred on popular shows (like How I Met Your Mother and Blue Bloods ), and has even shared the stage with fellow music greats like Céline Dion, Reba McEntire , and Dolly Parton . In honor of this country powerhouse, we rounded up some of her most amazing snaps taken during her performances throughout the years.

1) 2005 Country Music Awards Music Festival

Here, Carrie Underwood is pictured taking the stage at the 2005 CMA Music Festival in Nashville. The singer had recently won American Idol a couple of months earlier. As part of her prize, she was given a blue Ford Mustang convertible , which, she shared in a recent interview, she still drives around today.

2) “Broadway Meets Country” Benefit

Later that year, Underwood joined actor Patrick Wilson to perform during the Broadway Meets Country Benefit in New York City. The two did their own rendition of “Suddenly Seymour” from the Broadway hit musical, Little Shop of Horrors .

3) 2006 Academy Of Country Music New Artists' Show

In 2006, the Oklahoma native sang at the Academy of Country Music’s New Artists’ showcase, which was held at the MGM Grand Ballroom in Las Vegas.

4) 49th Annual Grammy Awards

For the 49th Annual Grammy Awards, Underwood dueted with Gary LeVox, the lead singer of the Rascal Flatts.

5) 2008 Country Music Awards Music Festival

The songstress performed yet again at the CMA Music Festival in Nashville. Dressed in a bright orange ruffled top and khaki shorts, the star sang some of her popular hits in front of an excited crowd. Other names on the lineup that weekend included Taylor Swift, Sugarland, Kellie Pickle, and Faith Hill.

6) 2009 Good Morning America Performance

In 2009, Underwood flew out to New York City’s Lincoln Center to appear on the popular morning talk show Good Morning America . Outfitted in leather gloves and a black coat, she was there to promote her then-upcoming album, Play On .

7) 52nd Annual Grammy Awards

The singer was invited back to perform at the Grammy Awards in 2010. This time she took the stage with other big names, including Celine Dion, Jennifer Hudson, Smokey Robinson, and Usher. The group performed a Michael Jackson tribute by singing his 1995 song, "Earth Song."

8) Academy of Country Music Presents Girls' Night Out: Superstar Women of Country

Not too long after, Underwood joined forces with other country stars, including Miranda Lambert, Reba McEntire, Naomi Judd, Wynona Judd, and Jennifer Nettles, to perform at the Girls Night Out: Superstar Women of Country concert . The group sang "Coal Miner’s Daughter" by country icon Loretta Lynn.

9) London Showcase

In 2012, a 29-year-old Underwood crossed the pond to London to perform at The Arts Club in the city’s Mayfair neighborhood.

10) Blown Away Tour

Underwood put on a dazzling show dressed in an eye-catching high-low dress at the Stockton Arena in 2013.

11) 55th Annual Grammy Awards

The famous country singer performed at the Grammys in 2013 dressed in an iconic light-up dress that was designed by Irish fashion designer Don O’Neill.

12) World Aids Day (RED) Concert

Underwood was part of the star-studded World AIDS Day (RED) Concert in Times Square. Other performers that night included Bruce Springsteen, Kanye West, and Chris Martin of Coldplay.

13) Faster Horses Festival

In the summer of 2015, the country crooner belted out some of her most popular songs at the Faster Horses Festival in Brooklyn, Michigan. The annual country music fest showcases the best of the best in country music. This year’s lineup includes the likes of Shania Twain, Luke Bryan, Zac Brown Band, and Dwight Yoakam.
