Un gendarme de Joué-lès-Tours placé sous contrôle judiciaire pour des photos de sa belle-fille sous la douche

Un gendarme mobile, affecté à la caserne Dutertre de Joué-lès-Tours, est poursuivi pour "voyeurisme", après avoir pris des photos de sa belle-fille de 11 ans sous la douche. Le père de famille a été suspendu par sa hiérarchie.

Depuis mi-avril, un gendarme de Joué-lès-Tours est placé sous contrôle judiciaire pour "voyeurisme" . Une information révélée par nos confrères de  La Nouvelle République  et que France Bleu Touraine est en mesure de confirmer. Le militaire est poursuivi pour avoir pris en photo sa belle-fille, âgée de 11 ans, sous la douche .

La scène s'est produite le mois dernier. L'adolescente est alors dans la salle de bain, en train de prendre sa douche, lorsqu'elle aperçoit son beau-père la prendre en photo. Elle le dénonce, car l'homme, un gendarme mobile affecté a la caserne Dutertre de Joué-les-Tours, n'en est pas à sa première tentative. Selon nos informations, un fait similaire s'est déjà produit, avant même son installation en Indre-et-Loire .

Suspendu par la gendarmerie

Entendu par la police et déféré devant le parquet, le quadragénaire est placé, dans la foulée, sous contrôle judiciaire pour "voyeurisme". Il est laissé libre en attendant son procès "en octobre 2024" , indique la procureure de la République de Tours, Catherine Sorita-Minard. Pour s'en être pris à une mineure, il risque jusqu'à deux ans de prison et 30.000 euros d'amende .

Des soupçons de pédocriminalité ont également pesé sur lui. Mais le délit n'a pas été retenu, puisque le gendarme s'est débarrassé de l'ensemble de ses ordinateurs , avant d'être interpellé. Le père de famille est également suspendu depuis 15 jours par sa hiérarchie. Une suspension fixée à quatre mois.

Room was excellent. We didn't have breakfast, nor we didn't test the wireless.

Excellent stay with congenial staff. Menu much improved with better choice of dishes and a much more imaginative presentation. Appreciated the use of local produce and producteurs. Looking forward to our next stay.
