Ivan and Sarah have organized a 11 days private tour visiting Dubrovnik,Split,Hvar and Korchula . We are very satisfied with all details ,well planned trip. All the special tours to taste oyster,cooking class with private chef or visiting a farm are fantastic. All trsnsfert companies to pick us up or drive us to different locations are very good. I cannot say enough good things about KimKim. We told them what we wanted and they made it happen. Because of a late arrival in Flam we were able to switch biking with kayaking with ease. Rose was our guide on a hike and drive and she was a guide extraordinaire! Patrick guided us on our Kayak which was so fun. The rib boat was invigorating and so scenic. The side trip to Balestrand was beyond verbiage. The dinner at Cornelius was the crème de la crème. I would certainly, most certainly use them again!

Italy - so much fun was had! No detail was overlooked

This was my first time using Kimkim and I can’t wait to use them again! Having a travel specialist with first hand knowledge of the cities I would be seeing made this trip an absolute dream. I appreciated being able to discuss and refine the itinerary so it fit my timeline, my goals and my budget. All of the big details were well thought out and top notch .. our accommodations were charming; transportation was planned, ticketed and on time and the guides we worked with took a lot of pride in sharing their cities and country with us. This left my partner and me free to enjoy the views and soak up the experience. Kimkim and their travel partners truly thought of everything.

Was a good experience a few hiccups with plans and guides but overall was very lovely. Helena was accomdating to our desires and kept in touch with us to allievate issues and help us be refunded on an excursion that didnt go as planned.

Quick Paris Trip

I was a bit skeptical about what kind…

I was a bit skeptical about what kind of trip could be planned with someone who lives in Greece and us living in the USA, but I must say that I am extremely impressed. We had several drivers that were to pick us up at airports, train stations and our hotels..everyone showed up on time or early and all of the vehicles were in good shape and appearance. All of the drivers were courteous and friendly, a vast knowledge of the history of the areas as well. I was worried that some of the vehicles might not be up to snuff but they were all Mercedes Benz and clean. All of the hotels were very nice and friendly and no details were left out. We never had to worry. The excursions were top notch and everything was perfect. I kept waiting for someone in the loop to say something about KimKim not paying or didn’t book something but EVERYTHING went off without a problem. Irene did a masterful job of taking our wishes and expectations and making it a reality. Our favorite driver was Guisseppie who took us on the Amalfi coast tour and to our Pompeii tour. But all of the drivers were great. I can’t say anything bad about any of our tour guides, they were all fantastic. We will definitely use KimKim again

Trip to Mexico City

Trip to Mexico City. Beware ROCCO ZOCALO Restaurant Historical downtown Mexico City, RIP-OFF. and CORAZON de OBSIDIAN sold us a bottle Mescal and bottle Tequila that would not pass Customs even though they Told us this Liquor would pass with no problem. RIP-OFF $87.29 and $181.43 lost. Also watch out for Mexican Customs agents.

Fantastic Experience

We ran out of time to plan a trip to France that was pegged in the calendar. We took a gamble and connected with kimkim and after a few iterations with Lise, who was very accommodating with our requests and suggestions, we landed on a great itinerary that was within our budget and it was a great experience. No surprises and all as described. Communication and documents were at the highest level of quality.

This was a wonderful trip

This was a wonderful trip. Everything was good - the hotels, the activities and the itinerary. What made it truly special, however, were the excellent guides and our driver in Tokyo. Our guide in Tokyo, Allan Tan, was perfect - knowledgeable, flexible, gracious and attentive to our needs. Our driver, Yoshida, treated us like celebrities, whisking in to drop us off and pick us up at busy locations, navigating the traffic and congestion safely and with ease. I was so happy to be in Allan and Yoshida’s safe care. Our guide in Kyoto, Lia, was also terrific. Again, she was knowledgeable and flexible. She stood out for easy going personality and adaptability. We have a thirteen year old daughter and Lia was WONDERFUL with her, taking her to shop for anime stuff, play gatcha capsules, find specific treats like dango and even braiding her hair. My daughter literally cried when we said goodbye to Lia.

Ireland trip

Ireland trip This is Mr. McGinnes, Erica’s father, I just wanted to thank you for putting together the itinerary for our trip. Getting to see the Dundrum Castle where my ancestors (maybe) lived was pretty cool. All-in-all we had a fantastic time and covered quite a few areas. Except for the issue with the transportation to the airport the last day, the trip was great, and Ireland is beautiful. The weather was fantastic except for a couple of days with a little rain, but from what we heard from the locals we were very lucky. I guess it was the Irish luck working with us! Great trip to Iceland!

It was our first time using Kim Kim and we'd absolutely use it again. Once we got to Iceland, we didn't have to worry about anything--had all our tickets, including bus transfers, in hand. All of the recommendations (restaurants, geothermal baths, walking tour, walking food tour) were top rate. KimKim arranged a tour guide for us for a 3 day trip across Iceland (we didn't want to drive ourselves) and it was the perfect option for us. Adam was our KimKim contact and he did an excellent job--answered all our questions, listened carefully to our vacation interests, provided timely responses, and overall gave us great advice!

Our pickup service at the airport was…

Our pickup service at the airport was very welcomed. We were tired and excited. He did a great job. The tour gild at the colosseum was fantastic, very knowledgeable, but short, maybe suggest she were a bright hat or blouse. We were constantly looking for her. Our guide at Pompeii was incredibly, funny and knowledgeable. The accommodations we had were very nice, especially Sorrento. The costal tours were definitely a do not miss and our young skippers were great. We had a fantastic, very organized vacation, one less day in Rome and one more day in Sorrento would have made it perfect, but that was our choice. Overall, a fantastic experience for all of us. Bravo!

Customer Expectations Set Wrongly

Quality of rooms was not upto the mark, Midnight Cruise was very bad. Train bookings could have been in cabin. Taxi transfers should have been given instead of bus transfers. The tours were good - Geiranger, Flam etc. apartments given had single bathroom for 4 people. Expectations set were for high standard but outcome was below average. Had we done the entire bookings on our own we would have got higher standard rooms and travels, and we would have spent much less.

10 day oslo-stavanger-odda-bergan, Norway trip

Our trip was well planned it was exactly the way we wanted. Both my friend n myself,are more outdoor nature loving people. Kimkim understood that n put together a great plan. The 2 day car rental self drive idea from Stavanger to ODDA n then bergan was excellent idea. Gave us time to enjoy the beautiful country at a relaxed pace. The 3 hikes were well organised with helpful guides. At a couple of places we did get hassled but the team would rush in to make up n give happy alternatives. We simply lived n loved our 10 day norway trip n wish to come back again, with kimkim. Thank you

Phenomenal trip to Argentina!

My parents and I loved our trip in Argentina with kimkim. There were many personal touches, from private guides and wine tastings to seamless airport pickups and hotel transfers. We felt taken care of constantly, and the entire trip was so well curated. Working with Camila was easy and fun!

Trip To Greece

The itinerary made for our group was very good. The customer service was top notch. I’d definitely use Kimkim again in the future. I like how everything (from pick up, drop off, activities, bookings, etc.) was planned for us already. I like how we had a point of contact in case we needed help. Also, it’s a plus that some of the meals were included. Everyone we dealt with was wonderful. Greece was such a fun and beautiful country to visit. The only issue was the last hotel. They didn’t seem to have have airconditioning at the time or maybe there was an issue with it, so we had to sleep with the balcony door open. However, the hotel staff was great.

Kimkim connected us with a fantastic Moroccan travel company

We found a Wanderlust Vogages on kimkim. My 18-year old daughter and I just returned from an 8 day tour of Morocco (Fez, Erg Chebbi Dunes, Ouazazate, Marrakech) organized with the expert guidance of Megan of Wanderlust Voyages. I usually plan my own vacations but am very grateful I used Wanderlust and its wonderful guides. The best part of our experience was our driver Said who is a fantastic ambassador for Morocco. We always felt safe with him and his sense of humor and kindness were always evident. His knowledge about Morocco and his openness about his own life and upbringing exposed us to a culture and way of life we knew little about. He is a very special person. We really enjoyed Fes and Marrakech but the highlight was the desert camp which far exceeded our expectations. We had two fantastic camel guides (Hamid and Said) and really enjoyed spending time with Moha who showed us the fascinating irrigation system in the local village and took us to see the countryside outside of the dunes. The music in the evening was fantastic and the food was some of the best we had in the country. Overall our trip was amazing! We left with a deep appreciation for Morocco and specifically for the Berber people who live outside of the cities. I highly recommend Wanderlust.

KimKim did a wonderful job of tailoring…

KimKim did a wonderful job of tailoring our trip to Chile to meet our needs. We were the Grandparents in our 80's traveling with 2 sons and a granddaughter. We made a number of changes both before and during the trip and KimKim responded almost immediately, finding additional excursions for us at our request as well as changing times to fit our needs. Our trip was absolutely wonderful! The highlight for me was the the trip to the Estancia Mercedes. The family that hosted us were wonderfully warm and accommodating. And I loved the 3 hour horseback ride!

Mathias at KimKim was a great trip…

Mathias at KimKim was a great trip organizer. very responsive to emails, and even met us in person when we first checked in in Ecuador. All the arranged drivers and guides were prompt, caring, helped us beyond expectations, even with some last minute changes. Accommodations were excellent. we had a fabulous time, an amazing once in a lifetime adventure and would definitely use this company again, especially for a country where we are not great with the language. I would also recommend anyone who hasn't been there, go tour Ecuador! People are friendly, we never felt unsafe. If I could give a 5+ stars, i would!

Super Easy for Travel Planning

Great way to Travel/Honeymoon!

My husband and I had an amazing trip to Colombia through KimKim this past month! We knew that going on our honeymoon right after the wedding would be a lot of planning stress, but KimKim took care of all the logistics. We were able to coordinate with the team to ensure that we fit everything important to us on our trip and made requests for hotels we really wanted to check out, and then they took care of all the logistics. Every drive from the airport pickup to transfers across the northern coast was taken care of and every driver was punctual, if not early, but flexible to our needs. We also had three different tours that KimKim organized for us through Chaska tours and every guide was so incredibly knowledgeable, whether it was identifying Cartagena landmarks, explaining the medicinal and traditional uses of various forest growths, or identifying and calling to the endemic birds of the region. We felt the tours that were lined up through KimKim all enriched our trip and left plenty of time for solo exploring/beachside relaxation. We are so glad we booked our trip this way and would recommend to anybody planning a big trap.

Wow! Amazing! Mind-blowing trip that we had. What can I say? No words to explain. We just loved it. It’s amazing country with good people in each region that we visited. We visited Buenos Aires, Ushuaia, El Chalafate, El Chatlen, Iguazu Falls (Argentina/Brazil) and Salta. Each city has its own flavor. We spend two weeks. We booked trip through kimkim. After initial registration on their website with them, we worked with Emilce. We gave our initial route and places to visit to Emilce. She is great trip planner. She knew what we wanted to see/visit. We had few phones call as well and she always available to discuss. She is very detail planner especially with excursion/transportation. Overall, she is very professional and responsive, and extremely thorough in preparation. Just two days before trip started, another team member, Clementina from Trips SouthAmerica, reached to out us using WhatsApp. Clementina is trip manager. What can I say about her? She extremely passionate about helping customer. She is over and beyond! She is very detail oriented on day-to-day trip execution. She prepared us one day in advance about next day excursion. She makes sure with transportation department to pick us up in timely manner. One thing that I like about her, she prints us plane boarding pass in advance so that we don’t need to worry about printing. One incident, when we miss flight from El Calafate to Buenos Aires, she stays awake late and make sure about our next day flight/Hotel Accommodation /transportation/ Parque das Aves/Iguazu Falls Brazil side excursion. She even manages to arrange private tour instead of shared tour which is why I said over and beyond about her customer service. Hats off to you, Clementina!. Overall, without Clementina, it was not possible to see all excursion in timely manner. Gracias KimKim Staff (Emilce and Clementina) 5 stars all around for the entire trip!!!

Excellent experience!

We worked hard to book this trip because of COVID cancellations, but Arianna worked with us every step of the way. The guide was great and the lodging good for the price range we set. Very happy with the whole experience!

Jordan uncovered

Of course I have returned from Jordan with memories of an incredible experience. This was wholly due to my companions and attentive and responsive guide, Nader. I enjoyed the experience of the pre-travel planning on the kimkim platform. I appreciated having access to a shared itinerary too. My recommendations: Nader our guide should and could have been the welcoming agent. The welcome agent was pleasant but unsure the purpose of this introduction. We asked where to eat on our first evening and told to walk in a certain direction to many restaurants. This was not the case. We walked across 6 lanes of traffic to only one offering for food. We didn’t see Amman that evening this was an oversight. The souq the ruins traditional Jordanian women clothing could have been seen. Once Nader was actioned and arrived at the hotel on day 2, the adventures began. He is interesting and interested in his clients. He assessed our knowledge and needs throughout the trip, responding with information and experiences that added another layer of value to the trip. Accommodation: night 1 and 2 fine. Wadi Rum accommodation excellent! Petra hotel was cold and toilet broken. Hotel was very shabby. But staff were responsive and made immediate repairs. Final nights were in a hotel which was cold again no extra bedding on request as staff were at home I believe. Breakfast was outstanding but coffee undrinkable. Tours: I only want to mention Petra guide. He was very patient and very quiet. More information was shared going around petra sights. We then took pre arranged walk through back door as it was called. This was where problems started and confidence in the group dropped. We traversed around dangerous rocks and mountainside. The guide clearly got lost at times, calling out to a passing bedouin boy for directions. The hike/climb got very dangerous in parts and we ladies had to use our experience to support each other. Three times the guide was asked to slow down and walk at the pace of the slowest. Many times he was asked to keep us updated but he didn’t. Many times we had no internet connection and not able to connect with Nader. Once we could we felt assured that someone was looking out for us. I want to highly commend Nader individually as a guide, an experienced human who purpose was to deliver a trip to Jordan we will never forget. Nader is solution focused and no request was too much. Please acknowledge him in your organisation as a lead guide. Thank you

The Most MAGICAL Trip of our Lives

When people asked about our trip, the only word that comes close to describing the experience was MAGICAL! Bea and the KimKim team were able to quickly take our vision for our honeymoon to produce the most perfect trip! They went above and beyond. Every hotel & tour knew we were celebrating our honeymoon and they made it even more special! Upon returning, I have told every single person I tell about my trip that I will NEVER travel without KImKim again!!!!

We had such a unbelievable vacation!!

Yassine helped us create the most incredible trip to Morocco. We saw so many unique and hidden places that we would have never seen without a local guide. And thanks to our guide Hassan, the trip was seamless and stressless. I don't think we could have had so many amazon experiences without them. Couldn't recommend them more highly.

Takes the logistics out of travel planning

Kimkim made it so easy to travel internationally on what would have otherwise been a very stressful trip to plan. We went to four different cities in Argentina in 12 days and the whole trip was seamless; Kimkim planned activities, accommodations, and transportation. I'm so grateful for our travel guide, who gave us great advice, answered all my incessant questions, and seemed to be on-call 24/7 for us. She was fantastic and such a tremendous help!

Amazing!!!!!

Using kimkim was such a breeze! Our travel agent Jacky and tour guide Diego could not have been a more perfect match for us. Both spoke very good english and were amazingly patient with me trying to test my Spanish skills. Jacky set everything up so we could just enjoy our trip and was so sweet even with all of our questions. Both truly made our trip an unforgettable experience.

Unforgettable trip to the Golden…

Unforgettable trip to the Golden triangle in India. The trip was mesmerising and was very organised from the beginning. I spent 6 beautiful days exploring a part of India which was full of history, culture, and fairy tale stories. The tour driver Prakash was amazing, he was very professional from the moment he picked me up from the airport till he dropped at the end of the tour. Since my trip was the Golden triangle, I had three different guides whom all were outstanding and very informative. Overall, my trip was beyond excellent and would like to thank Jay for organising it. This is my second trip with KimKim and I would highly recommend it.
