The Kalkhoff Voyager Move B8 is a great new trekking bike. It comes equipped with the Bosch Performance Cruise engine. This one has 36 volts and 250 watts. Bike & Bulky Item Returns

If you wish to return your bike to us please keep it in the box it arrived in and call us on 01772 644340 and we will arrange a collection.

Please note the following:

• a) If we have sent you the incorrect bicycle, we will cover the cost of collection and delivery of the correct model.
• b) If we have delivered the bicycle you ordered, but upon inspection you decide it is not the bike for you, we will charge you £50.00 for the collection.

Please do not ride the bike as a full refund cannot be given if the bike has been used or damaged.

Return Items to a store

Any item (excluding food and underwear) can be returned to any Leisure Lakes Bikes store not just the one you made your purchase at, including those made online. The item must be returned in ‘showroom condition’, with its original packaging, tags and with a valid receipt/delivery note.

Wrong size or you don't like the item?

If returning items that are not suitable for either refund or exchange you are accountable for the delivery cost in returning it to us. You should always keep proof of postage and we advise you to use a ‘signed for service’ when returning goods.

New faulty items/ Wrong Item Received

If you have received items that are faulty or not what you ordered send them back to us (using the steps above) and we will cover the delivery cost of the return if it is within 14 days of delivery. If we have supplied the correct product, it is not faulty or it is outside of the 14 days we can not be liable for your postage charges. You should always keep proof of postage and we advise you to use a ‘signed for service’ when returning goods.

In the event that you have received items that are fault or not what you ordered, please send them back to us as soon as possible. Only in these cases will we cover the cost of the return shipping charges.

Faulty Items

If you have received items that are faulty please send them back to us using the steps above. Please include a covering letter describing the fault and if you would like the item replacing or refunding. Once the item arrives back at our Mail Order Centre you will receive an email notifying you about the progress. Faulty items are then forwarded onto the suppliers to confirm the warranty issue. Please be patient with us as we need to receive this confirmation from the suppliers before we can process your request for a replacement/refund.

When returning the item please use Royal Mail1 st Class Recorded* so that you have a tracking reference just in case! If your item arrived faulty we will refund your postage cost. If the item was in full working order at the time of delivery to you, we can not refund your return postage cost.

*In the event that you return a faulty/incorrect item we will refund your postage charge as long as it is 1 st Class Recorded or a lesser value service. We do not refund premium services.

Refunds will be processed using the same method of payment used for the original purchase. Credit and debit card refunds must be made to the card used for the original transaction, cheque payments will be refunded in cash but due to banking restrictions can only be refunded at least 14 days after the original purchase date. Due to the high incidence of fraud we regret that we are unable to offer any refund without a valid receipt/delivery note.

Refunds will be made for faulty or incorrect items, including any delivery charge incurred by the buyer (excluding ‘Special Delivery’) in the return of the item. If the products you ordered are delivered to you in good condition but you wish to return them for any reason we will refund the full value of the goods excluding any carriage charge upon receipt of your returned goods.

Items won’t be considered lost until after 15 working days of items beingdispatched. Once the 15 working days are up we will issue a refund or replacement.

Not received your order?

If you have not received your order please call us on 01772 644340 and a member of staff can confirm the shipping date. Unfortunately we cannot consider an item to be lost until 15 working days has passed (according to Royal Mail procedure). How does delivery work in Belgium? What do I have to do once I receive my bike?

Standard delivery in Belgium costs €49 and takes between 2 and 8 working days. If you wish to purchase a cargo bike or an accessory, delivery costs may differ.

The bike is delivered with a charger, battery keys and all original accessories (visible in the photos). Your bike will be delivered 99% assembled, so all you have to do is follow our guide to screw the pedals back on, turn the handlebars 90° and retighten the stem using the tools we provide. We'll be happy to assist you via chat if necessary.

How are electric bikes reconditioned?

At Upway, every electric bike passes through the hands of a professional mechanic. The mechanic begins by inspecting 20 different points on the bike, then repairs and replaces mechanical parts to return it to a condition as close as possible to new : new tires, new chain, brake bleeding... The motor, battery and charger, and all electronic components are then diagnosed. The battery is replaced when its life is deemed insufficient.

What payment methods do you accept? Is it possible to pay in instalments?

You can pay by credit card in one or more instalments, free of charge. Please check that your credit card limit is sufficient for the amount of the bike. We also accept payment by Bancontact and Klarna.

If your card limit is insufficient, you can choose to pay in 2, 3 or 4 free of charge via our partner Alma, or opt for a SEPA bank transfer via our partner Mollie. An invoice will be sent to you automatically after your purchase.

How does the one-year Upway warranty work?

Our one-year warranty covers your bike's frame, battery, motor and electronics. If you experience a problem with any of these components within the first twelve months, we'll take care of repairing your electric bike so you can get back on the road as quickly as possible.

We will redirect you to one of our many partner bike shops near you or, if necessary, arrange for the bike to be returned to our workshops.

When you buy your bike, you can also protect it against theft and breakage (accident, vandalism...), so you can ride with complete peace of mind.

Can I return the bike if I'm not satisfied?

Yes, we fully understand that a purchased bike may not suit your needs. In this case, we'll be happy to take the bike back within 14 days and refund your purchase price, less shipping costs. Return shipping costs 69€.

In order to be returned, your bike must have been used in a reasonable manner (distance covered less than 50 kilometers) and must be in the condition in which you received it. Don't forget to keep the original cardboard box to facilitate the return of your bike.

Mit einem Listenpreis von um die 2.000 Euro darf sich das Voyager Move B8 in die Riege der günstigsten Marken-Pedelecs einreihen. Doch während der Markt allmählich standardmäßig auf 500-Wh-Akkus aufrüstet, wird der Motor nur von einem 400 Wh starken Akku gespeist. Steuereinheit ist auch nicht Boschs verbreitete Intuvia-Konsole, sondern dessen kompakteste Variante („Purion“). Pro: Sie ist unauffällig, lässt sich komfortabel vom Lenkergriff aus bedienen und informiert übersichtlich über die wesentlichsten Daten (Tempo, gefahrene Kilometer und Akku-Stand); darüber hinaus bringt sie auch noch eine USB-Schnittstelle zur Diagnose für den Händler mit. Nachteil ist jedoch, dass das Display die gewählte Unterstützungsstufe nur beim Umschalten anzeigt – für die Stiftung Warentest ein Abwertungsgrund.

Fazit: Auf dem 2000 Euro teuren Kalkhoff fahren Radler ausgewogen und in einer angenehmen Sitzposition, trotz mäßiger Federungskomforts. Motor hilft kraftvoll, der Eco-Modus ist aber kaum spürbar. Mit Gepäck wird das Rad bei hohem Tempo etwas instabil. Beim Bremsen müssen Radler vergleichsweise fest zupacken. Unpraktisch: Das Display zeigt die Unterstützungsstufe nur beim Umschalten an. Unsere einjährige Garantie deckt sowohl den Rahmen, den Akku, den Motor und die Elektronik deines E-Bikes ab. Wenn du in den ersten zwölf Monaten ein Problem mit einer dieser Komponenten hast, übernehmen wir die Reparatur deines Bikes, damit du so schnell wie möglich wieder fahren kannst.

Wir werden dich an einen unserer vielen Partner-Fahrradhändler in deiner Nähe weiterleiten oder, falls nötig, die Rücksendung des Fahrrads in unsere Werkstatt organisieren.

Beim Kauf des E-Bikes ist es auch möglich, dein Fahrrad gegen Diebstahl und Bruch (Unfall, Vandalismus...) zu versichern, damit du in aller Ruhe fahren kannst.

Kann ich das E-Bike zurückgeben, wenn ich nicht zufrieden bin?

Ja. Wir verstehen sehr gut, dass es passieren kann, dass ein E-Bike möglicherweise nicht deinen Bedürfnissen entspricht. In diesem Fall nehmen wir das Fahrrad gerne innerhalb von 14 Tagen zurück und erstatten dir den Kaufbetrag abzüglich der Versandkosten. Die Kosten für die Rücksendung betragen 69€.

Um zurückgegeben werden zu können, darf dein Fahrrad nur angemessen genutzt worden sein (zurückgelegte Strecke weniger als 50 Kilometer) und sich in dem Zustand befinden, in dem du es erhalten hast. Denk auch daran, den Originalkarton aufzubewahren, um die Rückgabe des E-Bikes zu erleichtern.

Ist es möglich, ein E-Bike zu reservieren?

Leider können wir keine Fahrräder reservieren, denn nur so können wir dir eine möglichst große Auswahl an E-Bikes anbieten! Wenn du dein Traumfahrrad in den Warenkorb legst, bedeutet das auch nicht, dass du es reserviert hast.

Wenn du dich in ein E-Bike verliebt hast, solltest du deine Bestellung nicht zu lange hinauszögern: Etwa ein Drittel der online gestellten Fahrräder wird innerhalb einer Woche verkauft. Hi All, I recent purchased a second hand Kalkhoff Voyager Move B8 400 Trapeze, and the previous owner has removed the mudguards and rear rack. Does anyone know if there are aftermarket options available for either mudguards or mudguards and rack that would use the factory mountings?

Kan mijn fiets overal in Nederland geleverd worden?

Ja, wij leveren overal in Nederland. Binnen 3 tot 5 werkdagen wordt je e-bike thuisbezorgd.

Valt mijn fiets onder garantie?

Ja! Wij hebben je elektrische fiets zorgvuldig gerepareerd en geïnspecteerd en bieden een jaar garantie op de accu, motor en elektronica. Als je binnen 12 maanden na aankoop problemen hebt met je fiets, neem dan contact met ons op via [email protected]

Als ik een probleem heb, met wie kan ik dan contact opnemen?

Neem contact met ons op via [email protected] , ons team zal zo snel mogelijk contact met je opnemen via e-mail of telefoon.

Is het mogelijk om gratis in termijnen te betalen?

Je kunt betalen met iDeal, creditkaart of in één of meerdere termijnen zonder kosten. Via onze partner Klarna kan je kiezen voor een betaling in 2, 3 of 4 keer zonder kosten. Deze optie zal je worden aangeboden wanneer je je bestelling hebt geplaatst. Als je nog meer vragen hebt, staat ons supportteam altijd voor je klaar via [email protected]

Zijn alle prijzen inclusief of exclusief BTW?

Alle genoemde prijzen zijn inclusief btw. Koop je deze fiets via je bedrijf en wil je weten of op deze fiets BTW terug te vragen is? Neem dan contact op met ons support team via [email protected]

Is het mogelijk om deze elektrische fiets te reserveren?

Helaas kunnen we een fiets niet voor je vasthouden tenzij je deze online aanschaft. Dit beleid stelt ons in staat om een breed scala aan fietsen aan te bieden. Een fiets in je winkelwagentje plaatsen betekent nog niet dat deze gereserveerd is.

Als een fiets je hart steelt, aarzel dan niet om deze snel aan te schaffen : ongeveer een derde van de fietsen die we online presenteren zijn binnen een week verkocht. Mocht je je droomfiets missen, geen nood: stel een e-mailmelding in om dagelijks nieuwe fietsen te ontvangen die aan jouw wensen voldoen.

Kan ik mijn bestelling wijzigen of annuleren?

Natuurlijk. Als je bestelling nog niet is verzonden, kunnen wij deze annuleren, of indien mogelijk wijzigen. Neem contact met ons op via [email protected] en ons team je zal zo snel mogelijk reageren!

Wordt de fiets gemonteerd geleverd?

De fiets wordt voor 99% gemonteerd geleverd. We halen alleen de pedalen eraf en draaien het stuur, zodat er tijdens het transport geen schade ontstaat. We voegen ook het benodigde gereedschap toe om ze weer vast te zetten.

So kommt dein E-Bike zu dir nach Hause:

Alle unsere E-Bikes werden in unserer TÜV-zertifizierten Qualitätswerkstatt, durch ausgebildete Zweirad-Mechaniker vor dem Versand komplett montiert, Probe gefahren, verpackt und per Versanddienstleister/Spedition auf den Weg zu dir gebracht.

Welche Versandmöglichkeiten bieten wir:

Quickversand: Vormontiert/Unmontiert bedeutet, dass das Rad so ist, wie es an uns ab Werk / vom Hersteller geliefert wird. Erste Einstellarbeiten sowie die Vormontage sind teilweise bereits ab Werk /Hersteller vorgenommen worden. Eine Schaltungs- und Bremsjustage sowie das Nachziehen der Schraubverbindungen ist nicht einbezogen. Teilweise (z.B. bei Mountainbikes, Cross- und Jugendrädern) wird das vordere Laufrad und je nach Hersteller der Lenker separat verpackt und beigelegt. Die Übergabe an den Versanddienstleister liegt hier in der Regel bei 24-48 Stunden an Werktagen.

Wählst du den Standard Versand, wird dein neues Gefährt über den Versanddienstleister Hermes ausgeliefert. In der Regel beträgt die Lieferzeit innerhalb Deutschlands 3-6 Werktage nach Versand. Selbstverständlich bekommst du von uns eine E-Mail, sobald dein E-Bike unser Haus verlässt, so wie eine Sendungsverfolgung, per E-Mail. So kannst du dann die Lieferung deines E-Bikes verfolgen und eventuelle Fragen bezüglich der Anlieferung des E-Bikes mit Hermes direkt klären. Aufgrund des Packmaßes, kann es vereinzelt vorkommen, dass das Vorderrad im ausgebauten Zustand mitgeliefert wird. Darüber hinaus müssen lediglich die Pedale angeschraubt und der Lenker geradegestellt werden.

Wählst du den Premium Versand, wird dein neues E-Bike dir per Speditionen GEL geliefert. Hier wird der Anliefertermin bei dir, per SMS oder E-Mail angekündigt. Du hast hier die Möglichkeit, bei Bedarf deinen individuellen Liefertermin zu vereinbaren. Außerdem besteht hier die Möglichkeit eines größeren Packmaßes, so kann das Bike vollständig (ohne dass das Vorderrad ausgebaut werden muss) im Karton verpackt werden. Heißt, du musst nur noch die Pedale anschrauben und den Lenker geradestellen. Die Zustellzeit ist hier deutlich schneller und variiert in der Regel zwischen 1-3 Werktagen nach Versand. Details zur Versandzeit kannst du zusätzlich auch der jeweiligen Produktseite entnehmen.

Fazit: Der Premium Versand bietet eine kürzere und genauere Lieferzeit. Zudem ist das Rad sofort startklar, sobald du den Lenker geradegestellt und die Pedale eingedreht hast.

Wenn du für dein E-Bikes Zubehör oder Teile bestellst, wird die Ware von uns sicher verpackt (oder bei einer E-Bikebestellung dem Bike beigelegt) und anschließend per Hermes, DHL oder per Spedition an dich versendet.

Endeavour series bikes have traditional external gearing with a rear derailleur and cassette.

Image series bikes have internal geared hubs (all the gearing is enclosed in the rear hub) and it does not have a derailleur or cassette.

Entice series bikes have traditional external gearing with a rear derailleur and cassette, with more off-road specifications in both their tyres and forks.

The platform level of 1,3,5 and 7 relates to the specification level of the bike.

Platform level 1 bikes generally have the battery on the frame rather than integrated into the frame, they have either the 400Wh or 500Wh battery options and the gears, brakes and general components are mid-range.

Platform level 3 bikes generally have their 500Wh battery integrated into the frame and again have mid-range components.

Platform level 5 bikes generally have their 625Wh battery integrated into the frame and the components are a higher level.

Platform level 7 bikes generally have their 625Wh or 750Wh battery integrated into the frame and the components are an even higher level.
