Taylor Swift in Dublin: Eras Tour timings, dates, set list, support acts and everything you need to know

Taylor’s glittering Eras Tour continues its epic European leg in Dublin this weekend

Liv Kelly

What time are you arriving at the stadium? Which era are you dressing as? Will you be buying merch before or after the concert? If you’re a Swiftie in Dublin , you haven’t got long left to decide.

That’s because the time has finally come – Mother is on her way to the Irish capital for three nights from June 28. So, ahead of your Wildest Dreams being realised, it’s time to draw that cat eye sharp enough to kill a man and brush up on the timings, setlist and support acts ahead of Taylor’s Eras Tour shows in Dublin. Need some help? Don’t you fret – we’ve got all the relevant info right here.

RECOMMENDED: ✨ Here’s how Taylor Swift has updated her Eras tour setlist for Europe (so far) .

When is Taylor Swift’s Eras tour coming to Dublin?

She’ll be gracing the Irish capital with three shows at the Aviva Stadium this weekend on June 28, 29 and 30.

What time will Taylor come on stage?

Doors open at 5pm and Taylor is expected on stage at around 8pm.

Are there any tickets left?

Sadly not, but keep an eye on Ticketmaster for any resale opportunities.

How much did tickets cost?

Tickets for the Dublin shows sold out fast last summer, with prices ranging from €86 to €206, with VIP packages costing up to €744.

What’s the full setlist for the Eras Tour?

As has been well-documented on TikTok by now, Taylor’s setlist has undergone a pretty major rejig since she released The Tortured Poet’s Department , but don’t worry – there’s still just over three hours of the show. The full confirmed Eras Tour setlist is as follows:

  • Miss Americana and the Heartbreak Prince
  • Cruel Summer
  • You Need to Calm Down
  • You Belong With Me
  • We Are Never Ever Getting Back Together
  • I Knew You Were Trouble
  • All Too Well (10-minute version)
  • … Ready For It?
  • Don’t Blame Me
  • Look What You Made Me Do

Folklore/Evermore (now combined into one Era)

  • champagne problems
  • illicit affairs
  • my tears ricochet
  • Blank Space
  • Shake It Off
  • Wildest Dreams

The Tortured Poets Department (new!)

  • But Daddy I Love Him
  • So High School
  • Who’s Afraid of Little Old Me?
  • The Smallest Man Who Ever Lived
  • I Can Do It With A Broken Heart

Surprise songs

These change each night, obvs, but there are always two..

  • Lavender Haze
  • Midnight Rain
  • Vigilante Shit

These are the songs that have been removed as of her first Paris show:

  • The Archer (from Lover era)
  • Long Live (from Speak Now era)
  • the 1 (from folklore era)
  • the last great american dynasty (from folklore era)
  • ’tis the damn season (from evermore era)
  • tolerate it (from evermore era)

Who will be supporting Taylor in Dublin?

American pop-rock band Paramore are supporting Taylor on the European leg of her tour. The nine-song setlist includes bops like ‘Hard Times’, ‘Misery Business’, ‘Still Into You’ and ‘Ain’t It Fun’.

Are there any banned items?

Yes – but hopefully you weren’t planning on bringing any of these things anyway. The ‘ground rules’ section of the Aviva Stadium’s website reads: ‘Fireworks, smoke canisters, vuvuzelas, bottles, knives, glasses, cans, flag poles, banners, laser devices, dangerous or hazardous items and other similar articles or containers including anything which could or might be used as a weapon are not permitted within the ground and any person in possession of such an article or container may be refused entry or ejected from the Stadium.’

Umbrellas, prams and strollers are also not permitted within the stadium, nor are bags larger than A4. Handbags will also be subject to a search by security.

Where else is Taylor performing the Eras Tour?

The tour has been going for over a year, but the end is far from in sight – after Dublin, there are still 25 shows to go in Europe before Taylor finishes up in Canada in December. Here are the other dates following Dublin:

  • July 4, 5 and 6 - Johan Cruijff Arena in Amsterdam, Netherlands
  • July 9 and 10 - Letzigrund Zurich Stadium in Zurich, Switzerland
  • July 13 and 14 - San Siro Stadium in Milan, Italy
  • July 17, 18 and 19 - Veltins-Arena in Gelsenkirchen, Germany
  • July 23 and 24- Volksparkstadion in Hamburg, Germany
  • July 27 and 28- Munich Olympic Stadium in Munich, Germany
  • August 1, 2 and 3 - PGE Narodowy National Stadium in Warsaw, Poland
  • August 8, 9 and 10 - Ernst Happel Stadium in Vienna, Austria
  • August 15, 16, 17, 19 and 20 - Wembley Stadium in London, UK

13 things Swifties need to know before heading to Taylor Swift's Eras Tour gigs in Dublin

dublin eras tour seating

Are you ready for it, Swifties? You've fought the Great War for tickets and hopefully sorted out your Eras ‘fit and now it’s finally time to dance the night way in a nice dress as the Eras Tour.

Taylor Swift is set to play three nights at the Aviva following on from a run of shows across the UK and it's safe to say excitement has been building for weeks.

To make sure everything goes All Too Well (but in a good way) when you visit the Aviva on either the 28, 29, or 30 June here are 13 things you need to know about the Eras Tour gigs in Dublin.

Taylor Swift performs on stage during "Taylor Swift | The Eras Tour" in Cardiff

These are subject to change but Swifties should plan to be within the venue 45 minutes before the show starts.

The box office will open at 3pm on show days and the doors at 5pm. The show starts at 6pm with support act Paramore warming up for Taylor.

Early queuing

Fans of Taylor Swift in the vicinity of the Santiago Bernabeu Stadium

Although it’s tempting to get to the Aviva early, you cannot start early queuing or camping hours ahead of the doors opening. A limited number of early entry VIP packages were sold for this event, the Karma Is My Boyfriend Package and the It's A Love Story Package, and these ticket holders will be granted access shortly before general.

If you do turn up early, security and An Garda Síochána will be on patrol and will turn away anyone arriving early at the venue who does not have an early entry ticket.

Prohibited items

Taylor Swift performs on stage during "Taylor Swift | The Eras Tour" in Cardiff

There are several items you cannot bring to the Aviva when Taylor comes to town. These include:

  • Camping/collapsible chairs/stools/garden furniture
  • Glass, cans, hard plastic or metal containers, or alcohol
  • Umbrellas, selfie sticks, flares,
  • Professional or commercial cameras / photography equipment, video cameras, gopros, audio recording devices, or tripods,
  • Extendable or attachable lenses on cameras or mobile phones

Bag policy and can you bring a charger?

Taylor Swift fans queue outside Murrayfield stadium in Edinburgh

Bags larger than A4 won’t be permitted into the venue, so try and keep what you bring with you to a minimum and avoid backpacks as you might be delayed getting in or even worse, denied entry as there’s no storage for bags on site.

A charging power bank is permitted, provided it is no bigger than your phone. You can also bring a clear, soft plastic water bottle - no larger than 500ml. There will be free water points for pitch Swifties.

Other top tips of things to bring from Swifties who have already been to the tour include suncream, lip balm, and a large camping-style clip to keep your friendship bracelets on. Earplugs might also be a good call as it's going to be a long night!

Prepare for the weather

This event will take place rain, hail or shine and as this is Ireland, come prepared for the elements.

Organisers suggest checking the weather forecast before you head out and wearing appropriate footwear - cowboy boots might look amazing with your outfit but perhaps not so great in the mud or rain.

If the sun is shining over the three gigs, think about bringing suncream so you don’t burn!

Entry points

Taylor Swift route map. Pic: Supplied

There are a number of entry points to the stadium. You must enter through whichever gate is detailed on your ticket. For the blue route (west stand upper) enter via Shelbourne Road, for the orange route (west stand lower) use Landsdowne Lane.

The green route (south stand and main pitch standing) has entry from Landsdowne Road and the purple route (east stand) is accessible via Herbert Road / Tritonville Road.

Ticket collection

Ticketmaster box offices will be located at the junction Lansdowne Road / Northumberland Road and on Herbert Road. If you’ve bought a VIP package then Ticketmaster will contact you directly by email.

Under 16s must be accompanied at all times by a parent or guardian over 25. Those between 5-15 will be allowed on the pitch so long as they are accompanied

There’s nothing worse than leaving an amazing concert and facing the stress of getting home so plan ahead and bear in mind that thousands of Swifties will all be leaving the stadium at the same time.

Don’t rush the exits and make sure you know your best route home whether that’s on the train, by DART, on the bus or by car.

Extra DART services will operate before and after the concert. Landsdowne Road or Grand Canal Dock are the closest stations but it’s important to note that after the concert Grand Canal Dock station will be closed.

Dublin bus Routes 4, 7/a, 39a, 46a, 145 and 155 will operate a full service nearest the venue.

Organisers advise giving yourself an extra three hours travel time to and from the venue and strongly encourage those who can to walk up to the stadium.

Additional accessibility requirements

Swifties who bought accessible tickets will be contacted directly by the venue about parking and drop off locations.

Can you use cash?

We’re afraid not, the Aviva is a cashless venue.

Taylor's support acts

The support acts for Taylor vary throughout the tour but Irish Swifties will get to enjoy a show from rock band Paramore.

Their lead singer Hayley Williams collabed with Taylor on Castles Crumbling on Speak Now (Taylor's Version).

Is anyone else determined to get their hands on that navy sweatshirt? Taylor Swift has plenty of merch options for the Eras Tour and the stands have opened ahead of the shows in past cities.

Dublin will be following suit and opening the merch stand at 3Arena North Wall Quay on Thursday 27 June from 10am to 8pm. It'll then open again on the 28, 29, and 30 June from 10am onwards.

If you want to get ahead of the game and do a little research about what's on offer or don't fancy holding onto your new hoodie when dancing at the show, why not look online ahead of the gigs?

Taylor Swift tickets: Ticketmaster guide, prices and must-knows for Dublin sale

It's a big day for Taylor Swift fans in Ireland as hundreds of thousands will be trying to get their hands on tickets to see the superstar

  • 14:31, 20 JUL 2023
  • Updated 15:30, 20 JUL 2023

Taylor Swift performs during The Eras Tour

Swifties across Ireland who are hoping to go to Taylor Swift's Eras Tour when it lands in Dublin are in for a stressful day as tickets finally go on sale.

The American superstar recently announced the European leg of her hugely popular tour, and it includes three dates in Dublin's Aviva Stadium on June 28, 29 and 30, 2024.

The Eras Tour has been a huge sellout across the United States since kicking off in March - with Ticketmaster even being called in for a congressional hearing over their handling of the sale of the Taylor Swift tickets.

Live updates: Fans struggle to get tickets for Taylor Swift in Dublin

The Eras Tour has been described by the woman herself as a journey through all of her "musical eras", and includes music from all the very different albums she's had in her 17-year career - from her country beginnings to her dabbles in pop and rock to her recent return to her folk roots.

The concert lasts almost three-and-a-half hours, and dips in and out of hit songs from her 10 studio albums. It has been receiving rave reviews from critics and fans alike.

The presale for the Irish fans who bought her Midnights album last year already took place last week, with all of the remaining tickets going on sale today, July 20. Anyone who wants to get tickets must have registered with Ticketmaster in early July; there will not be a general sale outside of the pre-registration system, which saw some fans being sent a code to get into the sale in a lottery system.

Here's an ultimate guide with everything you need to know as tickets go on sale.

When do tickets go on sale?

Those who registered should have received an email on July 5 outlining whether they were selected for the sale or put on the waitlist. Anyone who was selected for the sale should have received a purchase link and access code yesterday, July 19.

The sale is taking place at staggered times (below in Irish local time):

  • 11am - General tickets go on sale for Aviva Stadium show on Friday, June 28
  • 1pm - General tickets go on sale for Aviva Stadium show on Saturday, June 29
  • 3pm - General tickets go on sale for Aviva Stadium show on Sunday, June 30

There are standing, seating and VIP tickets available.

How does the Ticketmaster sale work?

This is an unusual way to sell tickets, but could become commonplace for shows that are expecting a lot of interest. Ticketmaster explained how it will work:

  • Sign in to your Ticketmaster account. Please note that only Ticketmaster accounts associated with emails that have been assigned codes will be allowed access to the sale.
  • When tickets go on sale: Click the link sent to you via email or SMS to go to the event page for the show you're eligible to access.
  • Log in to your account using the account credentials associated with this e-mail address.
  • Waiting rooms will open 30 minutes before sales commence. Enter your unique access code. Should you receive an error, double-check you entered the access code exactly as it appears in this email.
  • For the best chance to secure tickets, take a moment to select the ticket types and quantity before you initiate a search.
  • Do not refresh the page during this time.
  • When completing your ticket purchase, stay within one browser window. Opening multiple windows or tabs to purchase tickets may result in errors.
  • You may not purchase more than four tickets.
  • For a faster checkout, make sure your billing address and credit card information is up to date prior to the sale.

Ticketmaster said: "Tickets will be sold on a first come, first served basis while currently available inventory lasts. There is expected to be more demand than there are tickets available."

How much do tickets cost?

The price of tickets varies country-to-country, so with presale tickets going on sale last week, fans finally found out how much it will cost them to attend. Official ticket prices were confirmed during the presale and range from €86 to an eye-watering €743.62.

General admission is €126 while front right and left standing are €206. Seating tickets start at €86 and go up to €206.

Current presale ticket prices for Eras Tour at Dublin's Aviva Stadium:

Front Standing Left Ticket - €206

Front Standing Right Ticket - €206

General Admission Standing Ticket - €126

Seated ticket - €86 - €206

Ready For It Package - €498.94

We Never Go Out Of Style Package - €371.28

It’s A Love Story Package - €445.75

I Remember It All Too Well Package - €573.40

Karma Is My Boyfriend Package Left - €743.62

Karma Is My Boyfriend Package Right - €743.62

The ticket prices sparked commentary online, with some saying it surprised them. Many pointed out that certain VIP packages were much more expensive for Dublin compared to other Eras Tour concerts across Europe.

What's included in the VIP packages?

General sale tickets for other European shows have already gone on sale, with by the time some people got through the long queue, only VIP packages were available to buy.

There are five VIP bundles in total, each named after some of Taylor's most memorable song lyrics, are they are more expensive than standard seating or standing tickets.

The packages offer tote bags, souvenir concert tickets, lanyards and several other perks. If you're curious, here's what each one includes:

  • Karma Is My Boyfriend Package - Right and Left - €743.62 each - includes reserved seated floor ticket, special set of four Taylor Swift prints, exclusive Taylor Swift VIP priority check-in and separate VIP entrance, early venue entry and crowd free VIP merchandise shopping opportunity, exclusive Taylor Swift merchandise, commemorative Taylor Swift | The Eras Tour VIP Tote Bag, collectible Taylor Swift pin, sticker & postcard set and souvenir concert ticket, and special VIP tour laminate and interactive wearable at the show.

Anyone considering bagging themselves a VIP package should read through the terms and conditions as none of the bundles are refundable or transferrable.

How many tickets can I buy?

Anyone with a code can buy a maximum of four tickets. You can get different tickets for different shows, for example, two for the Friday night and two for the Sunday night.

Above is the official Ticketmaster map of the seated and standing areas at the three Aviva Stadium concerts.

I was put on the waitlist - will I get to buy tickets?

Anyone who pre registered for tickets and wasn’t selected initially, was put on a waitlist and might receive an invitation if more tickets become available.

According to ticketmaster.ie: “Ticket Sales Registration is being used to help fans get tickets for Taylor Swift The Eras Tour in Ireland. This helps us to filter out buyers looking to resell tickets, and instead get them into the hands of fans who want to attend the show.

“Registration does not guarantee access to the sale, or to tickets. We expect there will be more demand than there are tickets available.

“A limited number of fans will get access to the sale, and others will be put on the waitlist. Getting access to the sale doesn’t guarantee tickets. Tickets will be available on a first-come, first-served basis.

“If you aren’t initially selected, you’ll be placed on the waitlist and may receive an invitation if any further tickets become available.”

If you move off the waiting list, you will receive an email containing your access code details and where to access the relevant on-sale. Your notification may come at any time after ticket sales begin.

When notified, your email will include a link to the on-sale and your unique access code.

Check that you know your login details. Log in early before the sale starts.

It's not recommended to use multiple devices or browser tabs. During the US presale, Ticketmaster only allowed one device and one open page per account. Any extras may result in errors, which you definitely don't want.

Taylor Swift Dublin: How to get resale tickets for Aviva Stadium Eras Tour show

Taylor Swift is bringing her Eras Tour to Dublin's Aviva Stadium this summer, with three sold-out shows scheduled for June 28, 29 and 30 - here's how to get resale tickets

  • 12:49, 7 APR 2024

Taylor Swift

Taylor Swift's Eras Tour has taken the world by storm and it's finally making its way to our shores this summer.

The global superstar is all set to rock sold-out gigs at Dublin's Aviva Stadium on June 28, 29 and 30. When tickets went on sale last year, thousands of fans scrambled to secure their spot, but not everyone was lucky enough to bag a ticket.

But don't lose hope just yet, there's still a chance to witness the spectacular show. Fans who can't make it may decide to resell their tickets before the All Too Well singer lights up the stage in June.

Ticketmaster offers an easy solution for fans to sell tickets they no longer need via its ticket exchange, allowing another fan to take their place, reports the Irish Mirror .

Resale for The Eras Tour in Dublin is now officially open. Tickets are expected to fly off the virtual shelves as soon as they're available, but fans can keep an eye on Ticketmaster for official resale tickets and they might just strike gold.

Given that Ticketmaster's resale tickets are likely to be snapped up in a flash, another avenue to explore is ticket resale websites. Viagogo and VividSeats are offering Eras Tour tickets for the shows across the UK and Europe.

Taylor Swift performs onstage during The Eras Tour at Empower Field At Mile High on July 14, 2023 in Denver, Colorado

The 34-year-old is set to bring his concert to a host of UK and European cities, including Dublin, Edinburgh, Liverpool, Cardiff, London, Paris, Stockholm, Lisbon, Madrid, Lyon, Amsterdam, Zurich, Milan, Gelsenkirchen, Hamburg, Munich, Warsaw and Vienna.

If you're desperate to catch the gig and missed out on Dublin tickets, why not consider jetting off to another city and making a holiday out of it? These platforms let you browse at your leisure, with tickets put up for sale by fans remaining available until they're snapped up.

At the time of writing, there are tickets available on Viagogo for the Cardiff show from £372 , the Edinburgh gig from £269 , the Liverpool concert from £408 and the London performance from £397 .

For those considering a European adventure, there are Warsaw tickets available from £338, Madrid tickets from £278, Amsterdam tickets from £502 and Lisbon tickets from £398.

You can check out the prices for each of the UK and European venues on Viagogo . Many of the venues are hosting several nights of the concert, so it might be worth checking different dates to get the best value.

A spokesperson from Viagogo previously revealed that tickets for Taylor Swift's UK dates have sold for as low as £172.

Speaking to Express.co.uk, they highlighted the concerns fans have about purchasing resale tickets: "The European leg of Taylor Swift's Eras tour has been long anticipated. We've not seen anything like this since The Beatles and with tickets having only just gone on sale, demand is at its peak right now."

"Viagogo is a regulated marketplace where fans have the freedom to buy and sell tickets to their favourite live events, safely and securely, backed by a guarantee. Sellers on our marketplace may list tickets at high values when demand is high, but prices can change and tend to reduce over time."

"We recommend Swifties wait for demand to settle and check regularly for a listing that meets their budget. Tickets for Taylor Swift's UK dates have already sold for as low as £172 on our platform. Also, tickets listed at eye-catchingly high levels rarely, if ever, sell."

Tickets & Tour Information For Taylor Swift

Taylor swift: pop superstar announces  eras  2023/24 world tour.

10 Grammy awards; five Guinness World Records; an Emmy; a Brit Award; over 42 million albums and 130 million singles sold; and some of the catchiest, most memorable pop songs ever written (think "We Are Never Ever Getting Back Together", "22" and "Shake It Off") – few artists in the history of pop music have experienced the meteoric rise to superstardom quite like Taylor Swift.

Still only 27, Swift is already one of the top-20 best-selling artists of all time and ranks among the wealthiest and most influential musicians on the planet. Her razor-sharp songwriting has helped her deliver six studio albums – all of which have sold at least five million copies – while the fever and anticipation surrounding her latest release  Reputation  was representative of an artist who is on top of the world. "Look What You Made Me Do" – the album's first single – was watched more than 43.2 million times during its first 24 hours on YouTube, smashing the previous record (held by Korean pop star Psy) by over 7 million views.

Even by Swift's standards,  Reputation  has been a phenomenal success; with a massive world tour now set to follow. The "Look What You Made Me Do" hitmaker will perform in London, Manchester and Dublin in June 2018 with her extravagant and high-energy concerts boasting some of the most consistently-high review scores in the industry.

So don't miss your chance to see pop's biggest superstar live in the UK, make sure you buy Taylor Swift tickets at StubHub now.

Taylor Swift: from country music princess to pop royalty

Taylor Swift's career began in 2006 with the release of her eponymous debut album, and single "Tim McGraw" was an early sign of the success to come.  Fearless  followed in 2008, topping the charts in the United States and becoming the country's best-selling album of 2009. Thirteen of its songs charted within the top forty of the Billboard Hot 100, breaking the record for the most top forty entries from a single album.

Swift's third studio album,  Speak Now  (2010), debuted at number-one in the United States, and charted within the top ten in several countries, as her success began to spread to the likes of Australia, Canada, and the UK. But it was  Red  (2012) that officially launched her to worldwide stardom: her first number one album in the United Kingdom, it included huge international hits "We Are Never Ever Getting Back Together" and "I Knew You Were Trouble".

1989  (released in 2014) is Swift's biggest-selling album to date, although critics are predicting that 2017's  Reputation  could eventually top that success. Like "I Knew You Were Trouble" and "Blank Space" before it, Swift uses the album's first single – "Look What You Made Me Do" – to take aim at her enemies, with the new album showcasting the beginnings of a darker, more ferocious Taylor Swift.
