Fantastic experience: Great 3-day trip to Toronto and Niagara Falls. The organization was very good, the hotels comfortable. It is easy to contact them by phone beforehand to get all the useful information for our stay. Our guide Hua was very helpful. Very good driver.

Fantastic experience: Great organization and management of unexpected events for the 3-day weekend at Niagara Falls. We were rushed, but we had time to do everything. Hua (pronounced Roi) is always in a good mood and has a lot of experience with organized trips. As a bonus, I learned 3 words in Chinese. Thanks also to our driver Tino. The bus was clean and equipped with USB ports and toilets at the back for convenience.

Fantastic experience: We booked a tour with this company and are very satisfied with the service. If you’re booking a 1000 islands tour remember you’d be paying 74 CAD extra for the cruise and upper canada village. The booking fees are just for the transport and guide. JP was our tour guide today, he was welcoming and always wore a smiling face throughout . I can recommend booking with them.

Negative experience: Recently we 9 of us went on Maritime tour with 4 nights , 5 days. Guide Ms Cycilia did her best but she could improve more. We all had difficulties in understanding her English. The bus had portable TV screens all over. I wonder why they are not used ? The organizers could use recorded explanation in many languages. We requested 9 seats together. It was given in one section " one after the other" We requested whether we can get parallel seats . She declined the request but after sometime she shifted few seats front to back, back to front. We wonder why our request was ignored. The driver Mike was fantastic, bus was in good condition. Also bus was stopped for meals at Chinese restaurants. Since we couldn't consume these, it would be better to stop at places where there is a choice for others. The tour was good. We may recommend to others but above issues cud easily rectified after all customer satisfaction is important

Fantastic experience: I joined the Chicago tour on August 13th and was very satisfied! The tour guide, Florian LI, was very nice and humorous. The whole trip was full of laughter and singing. Fantastic experience: I participated in the five-day tour of the three coastal provinces organized by Tianlong Travel Agency, and the entire experience was very enjoyable. There was no chaotic selling like in domestic tours, and I was able to appreciate the beautiful scenery with ease. The dining was surprisingly good. Our tour guide, Tu, and the driver, Mario, provided exceptionally standard and high-quality service. The explanations and arrangements were thoughtful and reasonable, and the whole process was quite labor-intensive. Thumbs up!
Fantastic experience: I was able to safely travel for 3 nights and 4 days in New York with my three kids and one grandmother through Vacance Dragon travel agency. Oh! Our driver Steven always greeted us with a smile, and he is the best driver who knows how to find safe and fast routes in the busy streets of New York. Our guide Florian prepared everything needed for the tour team in advance. Thanks to him, I was able to get the Statue of Liberty cruise tickets at the desired time, which was fantastic! He also helped our grandmother with a wheelchair at the hotel and Woodbury outlet when she had difficulty walking. If it’s your first trip to New York with family, I recommend going through a travel agency!

Fantastic experience: We were a group of 16 people and we just had our 3-day trip to Gaspé. We had so much fun and lots of memorable memories. Min Jiao, our guide and Robert (driver) were a great team. They were commendable. Along the trip, we encountered a little problem with the bus but they handled the issue professionally and with so much ease that we were not worried because we knew we were in good hands. Also, on our first night at the hotel, one of the room in our group had a power outage. By the way, it's not the fault of the hotel. Called Min Jiao and addressed the issue right away with the hotel management. Sorry Min Jiao for cutting short your dinner but we really appreciated your dedication. Kudos to the team! We also liked that Min Jiao gave us the history and sometimes trivia about the places we went. All in all, we had a great time. A great weekend with the good sunny weather!!!! Thank you, Min Jiao for your hardwork! Hoping for another adventure with Vacances Dragon!!!!

Fantastic experience: My experience with vacances dragon was really great. Everything is organized which made our family trip more enjoyable. They choose the best hotel to stay in and amazing museums. As per the travel, they gave us a stop over every 2hrs which is very helpful for the family with kids or older people.

The hotel was beyond our expectations, very clean and tidy. There were frequent stops during the bus ride which was appreciated. A variety of tours and excursions were offered in New York and it was a nice option to have a guided tour with the group. There was also free time everyday which balanced out very nicely with the guided tours. Highly recommend if you want a reliable and safe short trip to New York.

Our driver Claude and our guide Sally were of exceptional professionalism: safe driving, always with a smile, showing kindness, patience, and care towards the travelers, entertainment on the bus, always clear information, and concern for the comfort of the travelers. Really, I highly recommend Dragon Voyages. Just one remark, for the health of travelers and to protect them from lung infections, I think it is necessary to require sick travelers who cough to wear a mask. Because we spend a lot of time in the bus, which is a closed space. Especially since Covid is still among us. Thank you!

Fantastic experience: The guide was responsive, kind, and treated us like family. The bus driver drove safely without speeding. The travel itinerary was well-timed. Both the children and parents had a satisfying experience. I especially want to go on the Niagara cruise again. Itinerary Make your way to 7th Avenue, between 50th and 51st streets in Midtown Manhattan, to meet your guide and group.
Board a bus for a ride through Times Square, passing Radio City Music Hall, NBC Studios, Rockefeller Center, and St. Patrick’s Cathedral while your guide narrates their history.
Next, you’ll head to Fifth Avenue and Madison Square Park, with time for photos of the Flatiron Building and Empire State Building.
From there, it’s Trinity Church and the 9/11 Memorial. You’ll also see some of the oldest architecture in Manhattan in South Street Seaport.
At Pier 17, hop on a luxury boat for a cruise on New York Harbor (seasonal). On board, hear commentary and take in views of the Manhattan skyline, Ellis Island, Statue of Liberty, Governor’s Island, and Brooklyn Bridge.
After the cruise, head uptown via bus to Central Park. Nearby sights include the Dakota, Lincoln Center, and Columbus Circle.
End at the tour’s starting point in midtown.
