• Drivers must be 16 years old with valid ID to drive alone (SC State Law) Any age can ride or drive as long as there is an adult (18) on the same jet ski.
• A valid ID is an official state issued picture ID, driver’s permit or driver’s license showing age.
• Follow one of our experienced guides up the Intracoastal Waterway through North Myrtle Beach out to the ocean on this 30-40 mile jet ski tour.
• Conditions permitting, we will then travel out into the ocean.
• This is the most exciting part of the tour as our guide tries to get you up-close to our favorite marine mammals while respecting their natural habitat and behaviors.
• Mornings are the best time to do the tours, ocean conditions are better and we normally see more dolphin in the morning as well.
• Ocean conditions are different from day to day, they can vary from smooth like a lake one day to extremely rough (6-10 ft waves) another.  There are times we have to cancel tours due to ocean conditions.  Conditions can also change in a matter of minutes.  Once the tour has begun if your guide determines it’s too rough and not safe in the ocean, the tour will continue on the intracoastal waterway.

• If you’re looking to book the  2 Hr Jet Ski Dolphin Watch Tour, the North Myrtle location is the best location (closer to the ocean, more time to find & view dolphin, more scenic riding to areas only accessible from North Myrtle Location, plus an island stop)

Group Packages & Private Tours

Group rates are available for schools, church groups, large family reunions and companies.

Cruises are 1½ to 2 hours long. The tour encompasses 3 distinct experiences starting with a narrated cruise up the Intracoastal waterway. Then picking up speed and passing several uninhabited islands as well as the jetty heading out into the ocean. The second part of the tour is heading into the ocean to find and view the dolphins and the third part is picking up speed to view our beautiful coastline.

This is a wet ride so dress accordingly. There is a dry box on board for valuables. We do suggest a bag or case to keep cameras and phones dry so you may take pictures. Sun glasses and sunscreen are also recommended for this tour.

If you want SEATING UNDER THE CANOPY please arrive early because boarding is done by group #.  Group #1 will board first and will include several parties who arrive the earliest.  All passengers must check in and get a boarding pass before boarding. Are The Boats Different?

No, they do the same cruise.  They are both narrated by an experienced crew.  Both boats have a canopy covering about 8 rows of seating. Both hold 141 passengers.

How Long Are The Cruises?

They are 1 ½ – 2 hours long.

Are The Boats At The Same Location?

No, but they are close.  The boats are a couple of blocks away from each other.

Do You Need To Print Anything?

No, when you make a reservation online, your confirmation, instructions & directions will be emailed to you.  Just give your last name when checking-in for your boarding pass.

Are There Bathrooms?

Yes, there are restroom facilities at each location prior to boarding. The restrooms on board are marine toilet facilities and are for emergency use only.

Do You Get Wet?

Yes, it can be a wet ride so dress accordingly. Bathing suits with covers, towels, whatever you are comfortable with.

Do You Cruise In The Rain?

Yes, the cruise operates in light rain.  The Captain may cancel if weather becomes stormy. (Thunder & Lightening)

What Can I Bring?

You may bring food and drink in a  small (6 pack) soft sided cooler.  STROLLERS & CAR SEATS are NOT allowed on board.

Are There Life Jackets?

Yes, under the seats for all passengers. Also CHILDREN’S life jackets are available.

Are The Boats Handicap Accessible?

No, the boats are not handicap accessible.  Wheelchairs & walkers can go as far as the stairs to the boat.  They are not allowed on board for safety reasons.  There are about 4-5 steps (handrails) up to the boat and then a short distance to a seat.  The crew will assist with boarding.  These cruises are not handicap approved by the coastguard.

Proceed 3 miles and turn right onto Mineola Avenue. Heading down Mineola Avenue, look for the Sea Screamer parking sign on the left. Walk towards the waterfront to Hurricane Juels Restaurant. Enter the restaurant for check-in and boarding pass.

Faster access from Myrtle Beach:  Take Highway 31 North, exiting at Highway 9 South. Proceed on Hwy 9 South and take the exit toward Wilmington/Little river. Turn left at the traffic light onto Hwy 90 East. Go approximately 1 mile and bear right onto Hwy 17 North. Go 2 miles and turn right onto Mineola Avenue. The tour may offer close encounters with some of nature’s most awe-inspiring creatures, from native alligators to regal ospreys. Ride through backwaters framed by moss-laden oak and cypress trees on your airboat tour!

You will be amazed if you come across a monstrous alligator in its home water. These creatures are beautiful in their natural habitat, and coming across one is a memory worth making! The Osprey is another amazing sight to see. You may even get to see an Osprey dive down and catch themselves a delightful fish dinner. These birds will fly high over their prey, dive down, and completely submerge themselves to catch fish. It is truly magnificent if you get to see either one of these animals on a Waccamaw Cooter Airboat Tour!

Although they tour in a National Wildlife Refuge, wildlife sightings are not guaranteed.

The Waccamaw Cooter Airboat Tour lasts about an hour and seats up to 12 people. Each guest riding the airboat will be given a lifejacket to wear as a safety precaution. Book online or call the office for reservations!

Went on a boat ride during late morning. It was a once in a lifetime experience. We were lucky enough to see a large and baby gator. If you’re think about booking, do it.

Super nice RV park. I'm going to go with "Likely nicer than 97% of the RV Resorts you will ever stay at." The place is new, clean, super organized. Easy to pull through. It has one of the best designed traffic flows I have seen. You drive to the back, find your row, take a left and pull into your slot. Look on their web site if this doesn't make sense. It's super easy. Every site is a very flat concrete pad with plenty of room. All roads are asphalt and are in perfect condition. It's the easiest place to get into and out of that I have seen. They have all the expected connections at every site. No cable, but there are more than two dozen channels available via antenna. They pick up your trash. Super nice pool. Golf carts for rent. Places for kids and dogs. The grass is very nicely maintained. The place is secure with a real gate that they give you a card to open. Everything here is first rate. The staff was super nice. We got an Amazon delivery but we're off at Bald Head Island near closing time they called us about it and we said just leave it by the door... someone took the time to bring it to our site! While you are there, definitely take the ferry out to Bald Head Island. It's not far. I definitely recommend this place and honestly will say that it deserves more than five stars.

Great NEW campground very close to Holden Beach NC. FULLY paved roads with concrete pads and full hookups. Nice pool, kids play area and nice boathouse. Very reasonable summer rates in the $95 (2023) range per night. You have convent grocery shopping at Food Lion, Walmart and NC Alcohol Beverage Control store. Beach is less than 3 miles away!!
