Check the System Status

Check or reset your device settings, check your browser and internet connection, restart your device, recover recently deleted bookmarks.

Check the System Status page to see if there are any known issues affecting iCloud Bookmarks & Tabs. Then check your device settings, your browser, and your internet connection. Or restart your device to see if your bookmarks sync.

If you have a folder with more than 500 bookmarks, the order of your bookmarks might not be the same on all of your devices.

Make sure that you're signed in to iCloud with the same Apple Account on each of your devices, and that your devices meet the iCloud system requirements for Bookmarks.

If you're on a PC, make sure that you set up iCloud Bookmarks .

Go to your iCloud settings on your device. Then:

On your iPhone, iPad, or Mac, check that Safari is turned on. If Safari is already turned on for the device that's missing bookmarks, turn it off, wait a few minutes, and then turn it back on again.

On your PC, check that Bookmarks is turned on in iCloud for Windows. If Bookmarks is already turned on, deselect the Bookmarks checkbox and click Apply. Wait a few seconds, then select Bookmarks and click Apply.

Make sure that the date and time settings on your iPhone or iPad or Mac are correct.

If you're on a PC, restart iCloud for Windows.

Check your internet connection and make sure that you can open a secure website: Open Safari and go to www.apple.com .

Restart your browser.

If you're on a PC, try using iCloud Bookmarks in another browser.

Restart your iPhone , iPad , Mac , or PC.

If you need to access a bookmark that you deleted within the last 30 days, go to iCloud.com .

At the bottom of the screen, click Data Recovery.

Click Restore Bookmarks.
