Six of our seven excursions were at least very good. The talks by Angela Rippon and Midge Ure were excellent. As were the talks by Philip St. Lawrence. Jon Courtenay was terrific. John Evans was very good. Fizz was splendid. Brief Encounter, Pride and Prejudice and Imagination were very well done. Mr Pryer, 29 June 2024.

Our troubles occurred in the Queen's Grill dining room. Our server forgot items, brought them late and cold. The food was hit and miss.
