L’Occitane TR launches biggest-ever Sol de Janeiro airport summer tour

The Sol de Janeiro ‘Unleash Your Summer Self!’ summer campaign will run at 105 airports worldwide.

L’Occitane Travel Retail has launched a three-month-long global airport tour of its Sol de Janeiro ‘Unleash Your Summer Self!’ summer promotional campaign – the brand’s largest-ever campaign of its kind to date.

The campaign will be brought to life at 105 airports around the world and has been designed to give travellers an immersive summer experience with 360-degree activations and vibrant in-store animations.

In signature Sol de Janeiro style, the campaign will transform airport spaces with colourful and disruptive pop-ups.

The activations will be present in 18 locations in the UK, including a ‘mega pop-up’ at London Heathrow.

This is in addition to 49 in Europe, 19 in Latin America, 14 in North America, four in APAC, and four in the Middle East, with the pop-ups set to be rolled out in countries including Spain, France, Italy, Greece, Germany, Canada, US, UAE, Australia and New Zealand.

The ‘colourful, disruptive’ pop-ups will add a touch of summer to airports around the world.

“We are excited to bring the joy and vibrancy of Sol de Janeiro to travellers around the world,” said Marion Amirouche, Brand Manager, Sol de Janeiro, Global Travel Retail, L’Occitane Group.

“This is the second dynamic summer campaign since we launched the brand to great effect in travel retail last year.

“The new ‘Unleash Your Summer Self!’ campaign is bigger than ever and is all about really harnessing consumer engagement, celebrating the liberating spirit of summer and inviting everyone to experience the joy and connection that comes with it.”

The Sol de Janeiro ‘Unleash Your Summer Self!’ tour is being supported by an extensive media campaign featuring panoramic screens and 62 digital screens at London Heathrow Airport.

Meanwhile, at Istanbul Airport, the promotion will include digital arches, giant lightboxes and 150 digital screens.

Over at Oslo Airport, for the first time, all pillars in the main shopping, retail, and restaurant zones will showcase Sol de Janeiro branding for maximum visual impact.

The Sol de Janeiro ‘Unleash Your Summer Self!’ airport campaign has been designed immerse travellers in the sights, aromas and sounds of summer.

Complementing the in-airport activities is a social media campaign across Instagram and Facebook, which is utilising hyper-local geo-targeting to reach travellers in the pre-trip phase, with personalised and multilingual brand campaigns amplifying the campaign message.

Travellers can discover the brand’s best-selling products, with a dedicated assortment that includes Brazilian Bum Bum Cream, Cheirosa 62 Perfume Mist and Rio Radiance SPF50, along with popular ranges such as Bom Dia, Delicia Drench and Beija Flor.

Visitors to the pop-ups can discover the brand’s best-selling products.

To further boost consumer engagement, customers will be offered complimentary ‘wish’ bracelets with inspirational and fun slogans together with stickers to decorate their ‘funky jar’ product purchases.

GWPs include gift lockers called ‘lockers of luck’.’ Customers making purchases will receive a key to a locker which they can open to find a gift of an eye-catching bright pink beach bag.

More promotional activities will be rolled-out at Istanbul and London Heathrow airports in the coming weeks.

Sol de Janeiro celebrates diversity, body joy and inclusivity and counts Gen Z as its highest growth segment. The brand made its worldwide travel retail debut in 2023.

Sol de Janeiro ‘Unleash Your Summer Self’ campaign makes its way around 105 airports worldwide

INTERNATIONAL. L’OCCITANE Travel Retail is rolling out a three-month-long promotional campaign titled ‘Unleash Your Summer Self’ for its Brazilian beauty brand Sol de Janeiro. This includes unveiling of 360-degree activations and in-store animations at 105 airports worldwide.  

The promotional tour will see 18 activations in the UK – including a mega pop-up at London Heathrow – 49 in Europe, 19 in Latin America, 14 in North America, four in Asia Pacific and four in the Middle East.  

Stand-out pop-ups are being introduced in Spain, France, Italy, Greece, Germany, Canada, USA, UAE, Australia and New Zealand.  

The extensive media campaign at London Heathrow Airport involves panoramic screens and 62 digital screens. At Istanbul Airport, the promotion features digital arches, lightboxes and 150 digital screens.  

The company noted: “The arresting promotional tour is transforming airport spaces with colourful and disruptive pop-ups, drawing travellers into a world of summer fun.”  

Complementing the airport activities, a social media campaign on Instagram and Facebook is being launched. It uses hyper-local geo-targeting to reach travellers before their trips, featuring personalised and multilingual content to enhance the campaign message.

Travellers can sample Sol de Janeiro bestsellers with a dedicated assortment that includes Brazilian Bum Bum Cream, Cheirosa 62 Perfume Mist and Rio Radiance SPF50, along with popular ranges such as Bom Dia, Delicia Drench and Beija Flor.  

To further elevate the retail experience and promote consumer engagement, customers are offered complimentary ‘wish’ bracelets with different slogans, along with stickers to decorate their ‘funky jar’ product purchases.  

An innovative gift-with-purchase includes gift lockers called ‘lockers of luck’. Shoppers receive the key to a locker where they will find a bright-pink beach bag.

Are there certain products I cannot purchase with a Sol Passport discount code?

Sol Passport discount codes cannot be combined with other discount codes or offers. They also cannot be redeemed on the following ineligible items: value-sized products (including Brazilian Play Moisturizing Shower Cream-Gel 1 Liter & refill), sets and bundles, or subscription orders.

I redeemed a Sol Passport discount code on an ineligible item. Did I lose my points?

Once you have redeemed your points for a discount code, you cannot undo this action. If your discount code appears as invalid, then you can try using it on another purchase that meets the minimum threshold and includes eligible products. Your Sol Passport discount codes do not expire and can be found in your account under “Rewards History.” Copy and paste your code to redeem at checkout.

When will I receive my free birthday gift?

If you have entered your birthdate in your Sol Passport account, then you will receive your points on the morning of your birthday. Points typically show between 9 am and 12 pm EST. Please note that if you entered your birth date less than 30 days before your birthday, you will receive your birthday points 30 days after the entry date. You will not receive birthday points if you enter your birth date after it has already passed. You will receive your points on your actual birthday the following year.

How do I write a review and receive points?

Within 30 days after your order ships, you will receive an email asking to leave a review for your purchased product. Submit your review through the email, and 20 points will be added to your account automatically. If your review has a photo, you will receive 30 points. *Points are only rewarded for up to six review emails per user. We cannot offer points for reviews completed on our website or for multiple reviews of the same product.

Mumuzinho 'invade' Estrela da Casa e empolga participantes

Depois de um papo descontraído e muita música com os participantes do Estrela da Casa na tarde desta terça-feira (10), Mumuzinho aparece de surpresa na casa do reality musical.

O pagodeiro, que é convidado da terceira Jam Session do programa, é recebido com muita animação pelos cantores e começa um tour pela casa. "Me apresenta a casa", pede o artista, enquanto é conduzido por todo o grupo.

Enquanto anda pelos cômodos, Mumuzinho sugere até uma selfie com os participantes e pergunta de onde vem cada um deles . Curioso sobre o dia a dia dos confinados, o cantor pergunta:

"E na hora do banho, assim... Meninas, vocês já estão acostumadas? É de boa, assim? No começo foi meio louco pra vocês?".

E a visita foi para a área externa! O cantor convidou todos os cantores para se juntarem a ele na jacuzzi da casa e voltou a bater um papo sobre vida e carreira com os participantes.
