I just hooked mine up to a new laptop via a docking station. Now when the computer is in sleep mode, the scanner emits a scan sound about every 30 seconds until the computer is awake. Quite obnoxious
@Laurie Petri Hi Laurie. Did you ever get this fixed? I'm having the same issue.
@Mike I hope this is not posted twice as I cannot tell if the first one came through. The trouble was the USB port it was plugged into. We were able to ID one that did not cause the problem after a few tries. I just swapped something else into that USB port without an issue.
