Friendly and knowledgeable staff and owner. Brought my bike in and waited for a flat tire repair. They took care of it right away. I would recommend this shop.

I will never go back to this place again. Seemed friendly, nice service so I agreed to buy the $8.00 bike tube. The nice person forgot to mention the $5.00 labor fee. If you go there, make sure you bring a full wallet. Cha-ching, cha-ching.

Not a great experience. The lady that "helped" me was somewhat short on knowledge and acted like I was an inconvenience. When I asked if I could test ride a bike in the parking lot She actually said about another customer "well he's taking it for a ride" like it's the only one. And then she says " and we close at 3:00 so I don't know what you want to do" it was 2:15! I made it to South shore cyclery in Cudahy by 3:00 and had a complete opposite experience.

Stopped in for some minor repairs after my bike broke down. The staff couldn't be friendlier. I thought my day of biking might be in jeopardy but they got me back on the road in minutes. My bike wasn't even a Trek.

Excellent service and technical knowledge. All personnel was very helpful and attentive to my needs. I'd certainly come again. Thanks.

What an amazing experience. The owner John could not have been more helpful. We were in town for the Tour of America's Dairyland bike race. We had a mishap and needed some expert help. John made us feel very comfortable that he could help us out with expert level service in what was a time crunch for us. John went above and beyond what I would have expected anyone to do for us. He actually went to our hotel to pick up the new frame and start working on getting one of our team members back on the road, WHILE WE WERE RACING an hour away. Who does that... I can't thank him enough. We were there from California and didn't know anything about any of the local shops. Please, if you have any need for bicycle repairs or sales, don't go anywhere else. The entire staff are super knowledgeable and friendly. Another Wisconsin experience that makes us believe how solid the people back there are. Great experience. When I am back there again I will go here for anything I need.

I got a flat on the multi-use trail, and my pump wasn't working. A quick trip to the Trek store and the service team was able to quickly and cheaply swap in my replacement tube (and I was able to check out a good selection of new pumps). Great, efficient experience.

The other reviews are right - the team at Trek Racine was super friendly and happy to help. So happy to have this resource in town to get new gear and tune-up my bike.

Great new bike shop in Racine the owner is really great and helpful. Love my new bike.
