“It’s ten songs about 10 days,” Gibson wrote on Instagram of the album. “There’s been a lot of biggg mad crazy moments in the last year but basically all of these are about really very small quiet intimate moments.”
The tour announcements follows a recent string of splashy Fred Again.. performances, including a headlining set at the Los Angeles Memorial Coliseum in June, a headlining slot at Bonnaroo and a sold-out b2b performance with Skrillex at San Francisco’s Civic Center Plaza in early June.

Fred again announces 2024 ‘places we’ve never been tour.’ get tickets.
Fred Again has some places to be.
Well, 14 to be exact.
Legendary English EDM producer Frederick John Philip Gibson (better known as “Fred Again,” sometimes simply as “Fred”) has announced his forthcoming ‘Places We’ve Never Been’ Tour coming to a few more than a dozen arenas — that he’s never visited before — across North America this fall.
Just a few of the most notable gigs on the 31-year-old DJ’s itinerary include stops at Denver’s Ball Arena on Sept. 11-12, Seattle’s Climate Pledge Arena on Sept. 18-19, and Buffalo’s KeyBank Center on Oct. 7.
“Whenever we go to the US I hear about (and sometimes see from the plane!!) alll these mad places that we haven’t gotten to go to and explore,” Fred shared via Instagram . “So yeah I can’t waittttt to see these parts and play some shows in some magical places.”
There may be more shows on the horizon, too.
“Obviously this poster isn’t evvvvvery show,” he added. “It’s jus every one that we’ve confirmed.”
The English DJ has come a long way since blowing up in a London Boiler Room back in 2022.
Over the last couple of years, he’s fed the fanatic “Fred Againia” Mob enthralling breakbeat garage hit after enthralling breakbeat garage hit like “Places to be,” “leavemealone” and “Delilah.”
You can expect to experience these masterpieces live at his performances — alongside some mind-bending visuals, and perhaps a dose of live instrumentals. He’s known to beat a drum machine beside the turntable from time to time.
Fred fans may also get a glimpse of some of his new tunes at the next string of North American shows.
Just a few days ago, he took to Instagram to tease his upcoming album, entitled “Ten Days.”
“My new record is called ten days. It’s ten songs about ten days,” the artist wrote in a post. “Some of these are like the most intensely joyful things, I have felt and some are the other side of things.”
The “intimate” new album, due out Sept. 6, is comprised of 20 tracks with features from big names like Anderson.Paak and Skrillex among others.
Care to see what the Fred frenzy is all about?

Ahead of “Ten Days'” release, Fred Again has released a trio of singles.
As one might expect, they’re equal parts danceable and emotional.

Ten Days is, to put it simply, the best piece of work Fred again.. has released since Actual Life 3 (January 1 – September 9 2022) .
There. I said it!
Genuinely, the London producer’s fifth album is amazing. With a combination of ambient sounds, house and drum and bass, Ten Days truly demonstrates the truly incredible talent Frederick Gibson holds. He has been hitting incredible milestones since his 2021 debut album, Actual Life (April 14 – December 17 2020) and has grown a huge network of people in the music industry from ambient musician/Fred’s parents’ neighbour, Brian Eno, electronic legend Four Tet, as well as his assistance in songwriting from the likes of Ed Sheeran, Stormzy and Charli XCX highlighting a remarkable taste in music – nepo baby or not, the music still slaps. If you could attend any of his concerts whilst he’s on tour or if he has announced one with only a few days’ notice, it is an opportunity I insist that anyone should take. His headline set last year at Parklife on The Valley stage was one of the best experiences of my life. From the screen changes of Gibson and his right-hand man Tony Friend, as well as each vocalist sampled into his songs like Frank Ocean on a remix of “Sabrina (i am a party)”, to the 10 minutes of Gibson playing music on a little drum pad, to hearing one of my favourite songs ever, “Billie (loving arms)”, Fred again can create a show like no other. I wish I could relive that hour and a half over and over again or even be in person for his closing show at Coachella last year with Skrillex and Four Tet.
Anyway, enough chit-chat about my love for Fred again.., it’s time to talk about his new instalment titled, Ten Days . Gibson continues to present his albums as audio diaries that are filled with spoken word samples of his friends, or videos he has found on YouTube. He also continues to explore his relationship with a significant other as well as friends and family through songs representing ten different days in his life, which he wrote about on Instagram when he announced the album in August: “…all of these are about really very small quiet intimate moments. Some of them are the most intensely joyful things I have felt, and some of them are the other side of things.
The first track, “.one” showcases his use of audio diaries well with a quick full cycle of what to hear throughout the album. Immediately, we transition into the second track, “adore u”, a song originally attributed to Obongjayar’s younger brother but was later also for Gibson’s little sister, thus making the track a song dedicated to all siblings out there in the world. The Afrobeats opener has so much to it that makes it so fantastic. It is so dynamic with loads of beautiful sounds and warm energy to create a relaxing track.
Following “adore u” and the 10-second interlude “.two” comes the lead single “ten”, a chopped-and-screwed hip-hop beat with help from Jim Legxacy that explores the sadness of missing home, which Gibson has done a lot over the last two years after becoming a superstar. His sound is more euphoric here with the idea of having friends around him to keep him company whilst away, which many can relate to, especially with the beginning of your experience at university. The lead single is perfect and had me excited for what was to come.
The sixth track, “fear less”, includes soulful vulnerability from the South Londoner, Sampha, and the two together explore themes of fear and comfort with those close to them. It is a powerful track that showcases the best of both artists capturing human connection through their beautiful lyrics that resonate with listeners.
Next is what I believe is the best track on the entire album, “just stand there”, featuring Irish singer SOAK. I was blown away by the song about telling someone you love them whilst the tempo gradually increases like you have a rush of euphoria for this person. ‘I just stand there / Just before she says / that she loves me’ holds so much power for SOAK as she tells the story of how both she and her partner have fallen in love with each other, highlighting how much she fully feelst for her partner, which is why this track stands out as one of the most lyric-heavy songs for listeners to unpack in four minutes.
The rest of the album carries on with banger after banger with other appearances from Skrillex, Four Tet, Joy Anonymous, and Anderson .Paak etc. Then we reach the penultimate track, “backseat”, with help from The Japanese House and the late Scott Hardkiss. First performed in a secret pub in Somerset months before the release of Ten Days , the final track morphs into new sounds fans of Gibson aren’t familiar with but holds great strength as the closing track for one of his best pieces of work so far.
Fred again is currently on tour in America but it won’t be long before he returns home to tour the UK and possibly headline one of the stages at Glastonbury next year. With the concepts from previous tours and this album alone, it will surely be a spectacular experience for newcomers and people who have been lucky enough to see him before tickets sell out in the first 10 minutes. Ten Days sets itself as a new journey for Gibson that showcases new forms of dance music he has experimented with extraordinarily well. If his collaboration album with Brian Eno last year didn’t prove this enough to fans, then Ten Days surely does.

First Dates star Fred Sirieix to embark on cycling journey across Ireland for new TV show
First Dates star Fred Sirieix is set to take on a cycling challenge across Ireland.
The presenter is set to star in a new five-part series, Fred’s Tour De Ireland, where he will explore some of the island’s most well-known landscapes.
Viewers will follow Fred as he arrives by ferry into Dublin Port, ready to explore his passion for travel, food and cycling.
In each episode, he’ll take on a cycle time trial challenge – in the Mourne Mountains, Strangford, Belfast, the Causeway Coast, Derry and Donegal.
Fred has already shared footage from his time here with his one million followers on Instagram.
Last week he also took time out to enjoy the Halloween celebrations in Derry, posting a video of the walled city’s famous Halloween parade on TikTok.
Speaking about the show, he said: “I’ve always wanted to spend some quality time in Ireland to explore the land, learn about the people, plus its food and culture. Travelling by bike can bring you even closer to a place and those that live there, so who knows, I might even fall in love with a new place again.”
The new TV show comes alongside Tourism Ireland’s campaign to encourage sustainable exploration of the island of Ireland by overseas visitors.
Julie Wakley from Tourism Ireland’s head of GB, said: “Tourism Ireland is thrilled to welcome Fred Sirieix to Northern Ireland and Donegal, to showcase our world-class tourism offering to viewers across GB. As a keen cyclist and lover of the outdoors, we are confident TV’s most famous maître d’ will love our spectacular scenery.
“Publicity and broadcasts like this are a key element of Tourism Ireland’s programme of activity to inspire potential GB travellers about what Northern Ireland and the island of Ireland has to offer for a holiday in 2025 and beyond.”
Fred’s Tour De Ireland is filming this month and will air on ITV1 and the streaming service ITVX in spring 2025, filming is supported by Tourism Ireland and Irish Ferries.

Stevie Wonder shares an uplifting set in Chicago to 'make America love again'
Returning to the united center two months after he serenaded the democratic national convention, the legend does his best to get out the vote and pours his emotions into what he calls ‘a celebration of hope and love songs for america.’.
Stevie Wonder performs at the United Center on Saturday, the last stop on his “Sing Your Song! As We Fix Our Nation’s Broken Heart” tour before Election Day.
Tyler Pasciak LaRiviere/Sun-Times
Following an appearance at the Democratic National Convention in August, Stevie Wonder returned to the United Center on Saturday with a related agenda. The beloved singer’s visit was a late addition to his “Sing Your Song! As We Fix Our Nation’s Broken Heart” tour itinerary. With underlying goals to get out the vote and cool heated rhetoric, Wonder’s appearance served as the trek’s final concert ahead of Election Day on Tuesday.
Wonder was guided by his son Kailand Morris and eldest daughter Aisha Morris to his position at center stage, where he played nimble and spirited harmonica riffs to a recorded snippet of “Fingertips.” Although the song wasn’t featured at other tour stops, Wonder explained that he had to perform it in Chicago and acknowledge the city as a pivotal place in his life. The 1963 No. 1 hit was recorded before a live audience at the former Regal Theater in Bronzeville.
Wonder called the evening “a celebration of hope and love songs for America.” The singer thanked God and loved ones for keeping him motivated. He acknowledged family in the venue and joked that some of his children might have been outside reselling tickets.
Wonder coaxed people to use their smartphones to capture his next remarks. “In 1963, there were places that I couldn’t go because of the color of my skin,” he said.
Crowd members follow Stevie Wonder’s suggestions and use their phones to record his speech ahead of a performance at United Center on Saturday, Nov. 2, 2024.
“Now for me, it was stupid ‘cause I couldn’t see none of that [stuff],” added the singer, who has been blind since birth. Despite progress, Wonder spoke against resurgent racism, hatred and denial of women’s rights before concluding that the nation’s motto should become “make America love again.”
The show continued with “Can We Fix Our Nation’s Broken Heart,” a new song cut from similar cloth to “Love’s in Need of Love Today” from the 1976 album “Songs in the Key of Life.” The soaring pop ballad marks Wonder’s first single since the last presidential election cycle in 2020.
The discourse avoided grievance politics. “Higher Ground” was reprised from August’s convention appearance. A song like the scathing Nixon-era protest “You Haven’t Done Nothin’ ” might have seemed like a contender for a program with a political undercurrent, but Wonder instead favored messages of love and unity even on interpersonal fare. When drawing from 1986 album “In Square Circle,” Wonder selected the beatific and starlit “Overjoyed” rather than the furtive “Part Time Lover.”
A large band and chorus of singers back up Stevie Wonder in concert Saturday at the United Center.
Jeff Elbel/For the Sun-Times
The audience was a willing accomplice during many arrangements, beginning with a reggae pop singalong to “Master Blaster (Jammin’).” Wonder led the crowd through folk standard “You Are My Sunshine” before transitioning into an intoxicating “You Are the Sunshine of My Life.” Audience vocals for “Signed, Sealed, Delivered (I’m Yours)” were divided by gender and characterized as friendly competition. Wonder gamely judged the result to be a tie.
Following a mid-show break, Wonder’s second set sampled generously from “Songs in the Key of Life.” “Village Ghetto Land” included a story about Wonder’s childhood in Detroit. “Living for the City” rode a soulful groove. Rollicking R&B numbers “I Wish” and “Sir Duke” featured sparkling brass. Wonder initially pulled the wrong harmonica for “Isn’t She Lovely,” but called a mulligan and took two more passes through the solo with enhanced gusto.
Instead of pointed political messages, Stevie Wonder focused on songs emphasizing love and unity in his Saturday concert at the United Center.
Following “Don’t You Worry ‘Bout a Thing,” Wonder returned to the evening’s theme. “We can’t have any leader anywhere that disrespects anybody,” he said without naming names. Wonder performed Bob Dylan’s civil rights era anthem “Blowin’ in the Wind,” and then choked up when dedicating “Love’s in Need of Love Today” to the Rev. Jesse Jackson, who was in attendance.
“I Just Called to Say I Love You” is 40 years old this year. The multi-generational audience sang along blissfully. Many took videos or swayed arm in arm. Wonder shed tears of gratitude for Jackson during the last chorus.
Stevie Wonder’s daughter Aisha Morris and son Keita Morris join him for the opening moments of his Saturday concert at the United Center.
The singer promised to elevate the mood and launched an implicit protest against Elon Musk’s America PAC cash giveaway by changing the chorus of the Beatles’ “Can’t Buy Me Love” to “money can’t buy my vote.” Wonder clambered atop his grand piano during “Do I Do.” The energy reached ecstatic heights with the funky “Superstition.”
“Make sure that you vote,” said Wonder before finishing with lively samba “Another Star.” “Vote for the goodness of us as a united people of this nation. After it’s all said and done, you want to know that you made America love again.”
This run was advertised in Chicago as Wonder’s final tour. At age 74 and more than 60 years since first topping the charts with “Fingertips,” it would be reasonable if he chose to retire and enjoy his golden years at home. However, Saturday’s uplifting and emotional performance at United Center suggested that Wonder remains enamored of his audience. With luck, fans may yet see him again.

It was a great experience - Treasures of Two Capitals (5 star), June 2017
It was a great experience. The guides were knowledgeable and spot on time. Especially the guide in St. Petersburg seemed to get us to places with great timing. We beat the majority of crowds. Maybe that’s partly a result of being a small group, being that we didn’t have to wait for stragglers. The weather cooperated and we didn’t get caught in any rain storms.
Everybody in our group got along perfectly. We were all experienced travelers and shared information on places we’d been to. The ladies are now sharing pictures of our trip to Russia via email.
