ENHYPEN concludes ‘FATE’ world tour with a spectacular finale at the NCC

As Jake said, ENHYPEN “saved the best for last” as they successfully wrapped up their “FATE” world tour at New Clark City on Feb. 3.

Members Jungwon, Heeseung, Jay, Jake, Sunghoon, Sunoo, and Ni-ki definitely made their fans, ENGENE, experience a show “one for the books.”

The South Korean septet strongly opened their concert with “Drunk-Dazed,” “Blockbuster,” “Let Me In (20 CUBE),” and fan favorite “FEVER.”

Throughout the night, all members of the group enamored the crowd as they showed off their individual charms during their first ment. They also connected with their Filipino ENGENE by learning a few Tagalog words.

“ Ang lupit niyo! [You’re amazing!]” Jake said while leader Jungwon said “ Ang cute naman. Mahal kita . [It’s cute. I love you.]”

Some other songs they performed that got the fans hyped and up on their feet were “Future Perfect (Pass the Mic),” “Blessed-Cursed,” “Attention, please!,” and “ParadoXXX Invation.”

One Filo ENGENE also got lucky during the second half of the concert after Heeseung kissed and kicked a football to the crowd with all ENHYPEN’s signature during their “Tamed-Dashed” performance.

To change it up, fans were serenaded during “TFW (That Feeling When),” with Jay playing the guitar and Heeseung playing the piano during “Just A Little Bit.” This was followed by their smash hit song “Polaroid Love” from their 2022 album “DIMENSION: ANSWER,” where the members boarded moving carts that toured them around the stadium.

Of course, Filo ENGENE also had things up their sleeves as they surprised the members with an “orange flower” fan project, prompting the septet to sing a snippet of their song “Orange Flower.”

“This is the Philippines I remember,” Jay said on the successful project.

The surprise did not stop there as fans organized a sea of blue roses for Jungwon and sang him happy birthday to celebrate his birthday in advance.

In return, some of the members also gave fans special performances. Sunoo treated Filo ENGENE with a song cover of “Moving Closer” by Never the Stranger, while Heeseung sang a little bit of Zack Tabudlo’s “Give Me Your Forever.” Jake, on the other hand, sang a brief cover of Justin Bieber’s “Love Yourself.” Meanwhile, Sunghoon danced to SB19’s hit song “Gento,” and beloved maknae Ni-ki showed off his moves as he danced to “Like This.”

During the latter part of the show, ENHYPEN made sure to finish strong as they performed “Go Big or Go Home” and “SHOUT OUT,” which made their fans sing at the top of their lungs the iconic chorus part of the song.

The seven-piece act then followed that with their edgier songs “Chaconne,” “Bills,” “CRIMINAL LOVE,” “Bite Me,” and “Sweet Venom.”

During their final ment, all members of ENHYPEN couldn’t help but express their heartfelt gratitude to all the fans who attended the last stop of their “FATE” world tour.

“To be back here after a year, I really wanted to show you ENGENE how much ENYPEN strives to improve day by day. A concert at a stadium is not that easy for all of us. And yet, thank you so much for making all the efforts to come [so] far,” Jay said.

“Tonight was very special for us because this stage was only made possible by ENGENE. It’s all because of you guys,” he adds.

Heeseung, on the other hand, admitted he did not prepare any script for the ending ment because he wanted to have a “natural conversation” with the crowd. He then thanked fans for their never-ending love and support and promised to “come back” and make bigger stages.

During Jake’s ending ment, he said they ended their tour with “such an amazing audience and amazing people.”

“There’s a lot of people here. I just want to say […] through us, through the seven of us, through ENHYPEN, I hope that each and every one of you would be able to be happy and get through tough times, and always smile because of us. That makes our day, that makes us happy,” he said.

“Thank you guys for giving us so much love and support. From the bottom of my heart, I truly cherish you guys, I truly love you guys so much. Thank you for being here tonight. Always, mahal kita,” he continued.

For their encore, they performed “One In A Billion” and “Karma,” which gave fans a spectacular fireworks display. The members also performed “Future Perfect (Pass the Mic)” one more time.

ENHYPEN then rode the moving carts again as they waved and interacted with their fans one last time with another round of fireworks display, which lasted more than four minutes.

The concert was then concluded with the members bowing and reassuring their Filo ENGENE that they would come back soon.

The highly-awaited ENHYPEN WORLD TOUR ‘ MANIFESTO’ in Manila finally became a reality with Heeseung, Jay, Jake, Sunghoon, Sunoo, Jungwon, and Ni-ki creating history as the first K-Pop act to stage three consecutive sold-out shows at the Mall of Asia Arena.

The septet kicked off the historic Manila stop of their first world tour on February 3 with thousands of their devoted ENGENEs filling up the venue with echoing cheers and lighting up the arena with the bright lights of their lightsticks. That day also marked the first time that the K-Pop group held a solo concert in the country since their debut in 2020. It also signaled the end of their first world tour—which saw them sell out 22 shows in 12 cities in Asia and North America— and the beginning of what is to come for the new powerhouse of K-Pop.

Even prior to the start of the concert, the energy was indescribable with ENGENEs tirelessly pouring out cheers after cheers for the seven boys who have truly come a long way from the intense survival program that was I-Land to cementing their status as one of the top idols of their generation. And ENHYPEN—seven different boys connect to discover one another and grow together— has a long list of achievements to back up that status. They debuted with high anticipation which they lived up to as their debut mini-album, BORDER : DAY ONE, achieved the biggest first-week sales for a single album among K-Pop groups to debut the same year. They also became the youngest and fastest K-Pop group to enter the Top 10 of the Billboard 200 and the fastest K-Pop group to garner over one billion streams on Spotify.

Just as how they officially started their global domination in November 2020, Heeseung, Jay, Jake, Sunghoon, Sunoo, Jungwon, and Ni-ki launched MANIFESTO in Manila with “Intro: Walk the Line”, the opening track from BORDER : DAY ONE , “ Given-Taken “, their debut song and the EP’s title track, and “Flicker”.

With Jungwon’s lead, ENHYPEN greeted Philippine ENGENEs with their signature introduction of “One, two, connect! Hello, we are ENHYPEN!” and welcomed them to MANIFESTO . The members then made their individual introductions.

Jake said they were overwhelmed that so many fans turned up to support their first solo concert in the country. MANIFESTO in Manila was initially set as a two-day concert, but the demand for tickets led to an additional show. More than 100,000 people participated in ticket selling. In addition, the Manila stop is the only stop in the boy group’s world tour with three shows.

They kept the momentum with performances of “Not for Sale”, “Let Me In (20 CUBE)”, and “TFW (That Feeling When)”. Along with the amazing stages put up by ENHYPEN, the ENGENEs’ incredible vigor, and unceasing cheers were equally impressive. ENGENEs’ wave of lights accentuated the splendor of the full-house arena even more.

Returning fans’ enthusiasm, Heeseung, Jay, Jake, Sunghoon, Sunoo, Jungwon, and Ni-ki ended the concert’s first set with “Upper Side Dreamin'” and “Mixed Up” from their first studio album, DIMENSION : DILEMMA and their second EP, BORDER : CARNIVAL , respectively.

The boys returned on stage with “Drunk-Dazed”, the lead single of BORDER : CARNIVAL, and the song that gave them their first-ever music show win. With cheers that grew louder and louder, Mall of Asia Arena witnessed a fired-up performance of “One in a Billion”, the boy group’s official soundtrack from Dark Moon: The Blood Altar webtoon. The fire kept on burning with “Fever” which was named one of the best K-Pop songs of 2021 by Marie Claire, NME, Time, and Spotify.

Following a short break that saw the members do a crowd-favorite sexy dance step and reenact Heeseung’s “One in a Billion” ending pose, the members returned on stage with “Attention, please!”. Love month really started lovely for ENGENEs. Heeseung, Jay, Jake, Sunghoon, Sunoo, Jungwon, and Ni-ki got hearts racing in “Polaroid Love” where they went down the stage to be closer to their fans. Taking things slowly, they then serenaded with “Just A Little Bit”.

ENHYPEN expressed gratitude and admiration to their ENGENEs who sang along with them and made the concert more memorable. Jake then requested that they sing along together once again to “Polaroid Love”— a request that a Philippine concert crowd will never decline— and hence, a beautiful collaboration was once again born.

Making sure that nobody felt left out, the boys struck charming positions and established eye contact with the fans as they were being captured on video.

No summer can get any hotter than the energy at MANIFESTO in Manila with the second set of performances drawing to a close with “Tamed-Dashed”, the lead single of DIMENSION : DILEMMA which is ENHYPEN’s first album to earn a million certification from the Korea Music Content Association (KMCA)— a feat they will repeat with MANIFESTO : DAY 1 that led them to become double “Million-Sellers” in the shortest period of time in K-Pop history.

Clad in an all-white ensemble, the septet opened the final set of performances with “Blessed-Cursed”, followed by “Go Big or Go Home”. “Performing Go Big or Go Home was more fun with ENGENEs,” Ni-ki said.

As the concert drew closer to its ending, ENGENEs chanted “ walang uuwi, walang uuwi ” to which Heeseung jokingly responded with “ Shall we spend the night together? ” Then, one after the other, the members gave their heartfelt messages to their adoring fans. The members expressed their appreciation and relayed their happiness to be in that moment with the fans.

When I think about happiness, I will remember this moment. Thank you for showing me the meaning of happiness. Mahal kita! JAKE

“I will never forget a single second of today. Thank you, everyone, for coming today. We love you so much! And for ENGENEs coming again tomorrow, let us make day two even more fun. Salamat po ,” Heeseung said. Leader Jungwon also acknowledged the support of the fans that greatly contributed to the success of MANIFESTO in Manila . “We could not have done this without the support of ENGENEs. We will not forget today,” he said.

And for Jungwon who will be celebrating his birthday on February 9, the fans and the members sang him a birthday song. “Thank you very much. Salamat po ,” he said, adding that today went by swiftly but he was happy. Additionally, he expressed his wish for the fans to feel the same joy and return home safely., ending it with mahal kita .

From getting to perform in such a big venue to being surrounded by ENGENEs’ lightsticks, every moment has been a blessing. We will not forget your endless and supportive cheers. We will always sing and perform for you, ENGENEs. Thank you and always love you. Mahal kita ! NI-KI

Jay added, “We have successfully been able to finish the Manila concert because of you, ENGENEs. This was our first show with Manila ENGENEs, so we were a little nervous and we want to put on our best performances. The hard work was worth it because the happiness we felt was even bigger. And it’s all because of you, guys. Thank you so much for coming! Thank you. Mahal kita !”

Jungwon assured fans that despite the concert coming to end, it also marks a beginning. He then led the greeting “This has been ENHYPEN!” to cue in their final song, “Future Perfect (Pass the MIC)”, from their latest album, MANIFESTO : DAY 1 .

I hope you will always be our ENGENE today and forever. JAKE

As ENHYPEN exited the stage in preparation for the encore performances, ENGENEs showed their support for the boys through their fan chants. The chants only became louder and louder, and the enthusiasm in the crowd showed no signs of waning.

Heeseung, Jay, Jake, Sunghoon, Sunoo, Jungwon, and Ni-ki came back on stage for a performance of “ParadoXXX Invasion”. Always in awe of the superb energy and resounding cheers of the crowd, the members lauded ENGENEs for their undying support throughout the evening. “As long as we have ENGENEs to cheer for us, I think we can do this all night. Walang uuwi ,” Sunoo remarked.

We felt again that ENGENE and ENHYPEN are one. JAY

Individually, the boys said their final messages to the fans, starting with Jake. “Today was our first night in Manila— the first of our three-day concert. You guys are so amazing! I did not know why waited so long since our debut to come here. Thank you, guys, for being so amazing,” he said.

Jay added that the evening gave him a lot of memories to look back to. “Thank you, guys, for coming. I hope to see you next time too,” he said. Heeseung shared that, even from South Korea, they know how much their fans in the Philippines want to see them. He went on to promise to come back with new albums to create more opportunities to meet Philippine ENGENEs.

Jungwon relayed his appreciation for the chance to meet fans in different countries through their world tour. The leader of ENHYPEN added that among the places they’ve been to, the fans in the Philippines are the most passionate—a passion that the three-day, sold-out MANIFESTO in Manila highlighted more than ever as fans from all over the Philippines, and even the world, ENHYPEN, BELIFT LAB, and PULP Live World came together for a collaborative effort to bring to life an organized and well-thought concert for the fans who, as Ni-ki said, are the reason they are here.

Sunghoon, whose affinity to the Philippines dates back a decade through his career as a figure skater, shared that it was good to be back. He added that coming back brought back memories from that time. Still, compared to that time, he said he is happier now because he has his members and ENGENEs. “Listening to your cheers made me so happy,” he said.

Ni-ki echoed the gratitude of his members to the fans. He also promised to return with new music and asked fans to wait for his return, before ending his message with mahal kita. Sunoo was also thankful for those who came, remarking that the Manila stop marked the end of their first world tour. He said the crowd exceeded his expectations.

Last on their set list, ENHYPEN performed “Shout Out” with fans singing along, creating the most beautiful harmony with Heeseung, Jay, Jake, Sunghoon, Sunoo, Jungwon, and Ni-ki. Confetti began to fall, creating a lovely scene as the boys stood on an elevated stage.

But the night did not end just yet. The boy group continued with an encore performance of “Let Me In (20 CUBE)”. “We’re not done yet, ENGENE. We’re not done,” Heeseung said, cueing “Go Big or Go Home” where the members once again came down on stage to come closer to the fans.

And ENGENEs were also not done yet, before saying goodbye to the boys, the fans held up banners and sang “Shout Out” for ENHYPEN who, at one point of the event, sang along with the fans. With hearts filled with gratitude, the members expressed their love to the fans with mahal kita .

Our tour is coming to an end. I swear to go, to be honest, today was one of the most energetic concerts in this tour. Thank you so much! Mahal kita ! JAY

With a final bow, ENHYPEN closed the first night of MANIFESTO in Manila —”This has been ENHYPEN!” Still, the energy never died down with the members, until the very last second, saying “Sumigaw! “, “ Mahal kita! “, and “Thank you so much!”.

One year and 10 months following their explosive debut, ENHYPEN began their highly-anticipated maiden world tour, ENHYPEN WORLD TOUR ‘MANIFESTO’ in September 2022 in Seoul and traveled to 12 cities in the United States, Japan, and Southeast Asia for 22 performances. The record-breaking K-Pop group solidified their powerhouse status with 19 sold-out shows and a new record set as the K-Pop group to hold a solo dome concert at Japan’s Kyocera Dome in the lowest time gap since debuting among post-2019 debut K-Pop groups.

Additionally, through MANIFESTO in Manila , ENHYPEN created another history as the first K-Pop act to hold three consecutive sold-out shows at the Mall of Asia Arena—a true testament to ENHYPEN’s influence in the worldwide K-Pop scene.

With the end of MANIFESTO, ENHYPEN reflected on their world tour saying, “Although our tour is coming to an end, our journey together as ENHYPEN and ENGENEs is just beginning. The seven of us have grown stronger as a group with the support of our ENGENEs. We promise to take your support to bring forth even better music and performances, so we hope you continue on this journey with us.”

And thus, with this end comes a new beginning and a promise to stay together until the ultimate fate of the universe .

Tracing their roots from the survival show I-LAND under BE:LIFT Lab, ENHYPEN (엔하이픈) was born with the final 7 members namely Lee Heeseung, Park Jeongseong (Jay), Sim Jaehyun (Jake), Park Sunghoon, Kim Sunoo, Yang Jungwon, and Nishimura Riki (Ni-ki).

ENHYPEN triumphantly concluded their first world tour ‘MANIFESTO’ at Manila’s Mall of Asia Arena on February 3 to 5. Over three phenomenal nights, the new powerhouse of K-pop captivated a total of roughly 27,000 fans in the Philippines successfully closing out their highly anticipated 5-month-long world tour.

ENHYPEN WORLD TOUR ‘MANIFESTO’ began in Seoul in September 2022 and took the band across 12 cities across the U.S., Japan, and Southeast Asia for 22 shows. The record-breaking group sold out 19 of the 22 shows and also performed at Kycocera Dome Osaka in Japan, setting another record by hosting a solo dome concert in the shortest time span since debut among post-2019 debut K-pop groups.

In response to massive demands, an additional show date in Manila was added after tickets for the initial two nights quickly sold out upon opening—a true testament to ENHYPEN’s impact in the global K-pop scene. The band unraveled their ever-evolving narrative through a dazzling 2.5-hour show complete with music from their genre-crossing discography: the ‘BORDER’ and ‘DIMENSION’ series, and July 2022 release 3rd Mini Album MANIFESTO : DAY 1. ENHYPEN officially ends their FATE World Tour with bang in the Philippines, with a packed 1-night show at the New Clark City held last February 3, 2024 .

This marked their second world tour conclusion in the Philippines, following their 3-day Manifesto Tour in Manila in 2023. 

Throughout the concert, members Jungwon , Heeseung , Jay , Jake , Sunghoon , Sunoo , and Ni-ki , captivated their Filipino ENGENEs (ENHYPEN’s fanbase) with an unparalleled performance that showcased not only their musical prowess but also their deep connection and love for their fans.

From the electrifying choreography to the heartfelt songs, each moment made the New Clark City venue vibrate with infectious energy!

Here are some of our favorite moments during ENHYPEN’s ‘FATE World Tour’ in the Philippines: 

EN-tertainment Zone 

The FATE World Tour in the Philippines was unlike any other. From delectable food stalls to picture-perfect photo zones and fanbase booths, ENGENEs were spoiled for choice in terms of entertainment. There were even free carnival rides for people to enjoy such as a Ferris Wheel, Caterpillar and the flying swing ride. 

Dance Battle

ENHYPEN steadily makes waves with their mesmerizing moves and unparalleled stage presence. Each member brings their own unique flair to the group's dance dynamic and it was truly evident during the show. As a surprise, the group even danced covers, showing their versatility and amazing moves. Dance prodigy Niki danced a cover of ‘Like This’ while Ice Prince Sunghoon danced SB19’s ‘Gento’. 

Numerous Song Covers

ENHYPEN's talent extends far beyond their impressive dancing skills; they are also gifted singers. During the show, a number of ENHYPEN members sang song covers that made the concert even more special. Sunoo gifted the fans with a cover of ‘Moving Closer’ by Never the Strangers, Jake sang ‘Love Yourself’ by Justin Bieber, while Heeseung sang ‘Give Me Your Forever’ by Zack Tabudlo.

Fan Projects

To show their love for the ENHYPEN, ENGENEs prepared numerous fan projects throughout the concert such as fan banners, fanbase booths and even an aerial banner with the message “PH Engene loves Enha ❤️ HBD YJW.” Another memorable fan project was the birthday surprise for Jungwon. To celebrate Jungwon’s birthday on February 9, the fans prepared blue roses to surprise him during his ending speech.

The venue was also transformed into an orange ocean. At one point during the concert, ENHYPEN noticed the orange flowers prepared by their fans. Jungwon even said it was well made that he thought the project was planned by their company, BE:LIFT. The group and the fans then sang a part of their song "Orange Flower." After the concert, Jay, Jake and Niki even posted photos with the orange flower on Weverse and X (Twitter). 

Moving carts twice!

During the song ‘Polaroid Love,’ ENHYPEN rode moving carts to go around the stadium. This was a chance for the members to get closer to their fans. As a surprise, they rode the carts again at the end of the concert to get near the fans and say their good byes. A testament of the deep bond between ENHYPEN and their fans!

During ENHYPEN's Fate World Tour stop in the Philippines, the night sky was set ablaze with an awe-inspiring display of fireworks that mirrored the explosive energy of the group's performance. A perfect ending to an incredible tour.  

With so much surprises left and right, it became an unforgettable night for everyone. We could not help but SHOUT OUT our love for the 7-member group and anticipate what they have in store for us! Just like what Jake said, it truly felt as if they “saved the best for last!”

MANILA , Philippines – South Korean K-pop boy group ENHYPEN will be kicking off its first-ever world tour starting with a concert in Seoul in September, agency BeLift Lab confirmed on Tuesday, June 28.

ENHYPEN coming back to the Philippines in February for 'FATE' world tour

Attention, Filo ENGENES: South Korean boy band ENHYPEN is coming back to the Philippines for a concert.

The group's agency, Belift Lab, announced the news on their social media pages on Tuesday, Oct. 24. the Philippine leg of ENHYPEN's FATE world tour is set to take place at the New Clark City stadium in Tarlac.

The concert will be for one night only on Feb. 3 next year. They will have two-day gigs in Taipei, Singapore, and Macau.

Further details, including the seating plan, ticket prices, and selling dates, are yet to be announced.

FATE is the group's second world tour that kicked off in Seoul, South Korea in July.

The seven-member K-pop group, comprising Heeseung, Jay, Jake, Sunghoon, Sunoo, Jungwon, and Ni-Ki, visited the Philippines in February this year for their MANIFESTO tour.

Filo ENGENES also had a chance to get to know the group more personally when they had their very first fan meet in December last year at the Araneta Coliseum.

ENHYPEN made its official debut in November of 2020. The group quickly rose to prominence with their first mini-album BORDER: DAY ONE, followed by  DIMENSION: DILEMMA and MANIFESTO: DAY 1 .

[PHILIPPINES] ENHYPEN Wraps Up ‘Fate’ World Tour With Filipino ENGENEs

ENHYPEN , the seven-member South Korean sensation that is continuously making their mark in the K-pop stage, concluded their second world tour, Fate , last February 3, 2024 at the New Clark City Stadium, Philippines .

Fate , which kicked off in South Korea in July 2023, finally wrapped up in the Philippines after six months, making it the second time the group has chosen the country as the final stop of their tour. The group is also the first ever Korean act to perform at the New Clark City Stadium where the 2019 Southeast Asian Games was also held.

An estimated 24,000 ENGENEs (the group’s fandom) filled the New Clark City Stadium with anticipation as they waited for the appearance of their favorite idols. An ENGENE Entertainment Zone was also set up outside the stadium where fans can enjoy amusement park rides like the ferris wheel, and fan booths where they can get fan-made goodies for free. Food and drinks were also available in the area. Buses clad in ENHYPEN members’ ads were also seen in the parking lot which quickly turned into a photo spot for excited fans. 

During the soundcheck, Filipino ENGENEs launched into the air one of their many fan projects which was an aerial banner which said “PH ENGENE LOVES ENHA <3 HBD YJW” . This will later be acknowledged by member Jungwon during a Weverse live. 

ENHYPEN kicked off the show with Drunk-Dazed and Blockbuster which were the perfect songs to open an intense 24-song concert setlist. The tension and excitement were palpable throughout the entire stadium as Jungwon , Heeseung , Jay , Jake , Sunghoon , Sunoo , and Ni-Ki introduced themselves and expressed how happy they were to be back again in the Philippines exactly a year after they had been here for their first world tour, Manifesto in Manila .

The group showcased a wide array of songs from their discography. From old-but-gold hits like Let Me In and Flicker to their more recent bangers like Future Perfect (Pass the MIC) , Bite Me , and Sweet Venom to the crowd favorites such as Polaroid Love . 

Arguably one of the cutest parts of the show was when a number of pikachu mascots appeared on stage during One and Only and played with the members. During the song Shout Out , and to ENHYPEN’s delight, a sea of orange flowers bloomed in the stadium courtesy of fans who also sang along to Orange Flower , a song written especially for ENGENEs. And as an advance celebration of Jungwon’s birthday, fans also prepared an ocean of luminous blue roses for him as they sang him a happy birthday.

As a way of giving back the tremendous amount of love they received from Filipino ENGENEs, the members took time to interact with their fans, sharing heartfelt messages, expressing gratitude, and creating unforgettable memories. They even went around the stadium in carts twice, ensuring every fan had the opportunity to see each member up close. 

Also, it was not only ENGENEs who had surprises for the night. Prior to the concert, Sunoo teased on Weverse about a “surprise” he prepared for the show which turned out to be his own  rendition of a hit Filipino song Moving Closer by the band Never The Strangers . Heeseung also sang another Filipino song entitled Give Me Your Forever by Zack Tabudlo , while Jake sang Love Yourself by Justin Bieber . Sunghoon and maknae Ni-Ki also showed off their dancing skills with a dance cover of SB19 ’s Gento . 

During their ending ments, Sunghoon quipped, “The more time passes, the more I’m starting to believe that ENGENE and ENHYPEN, meeting each other out of literally billions of people, was fate.” The show ended with an amazing fireworks show which lasted approximately five minutes – a perfect way to wrap up an amazing show of amazing artists who have amazing fans.

While the Fate tour has come to an end, the memories created and happiness felt by both the group and their fans will undoubtedly last a lifetime. ENHYPEN continues to solidify their position as one of global K-pop frontrunners, and Filipino fans eagerly await their next chapter.

K-pop septet ENHYPEN announced the dates for their world tour on Friday (July 8), which is slated to kick-off with a two-show run in Seoul, South Korea, on Sept. 17 and 18. The 14-show swing, titled MANIFESTO, is the first global outing since the boy band debuted in November 2020.

After the Seoul gigs, the band — comprised of members Ungwon, Heeseung, Jay, Jake, Sunghoon, Sunoo, and Ni-Ki — will hit Anaheim, Calif., on Oct. 2, followed by shows in Fort Worth (Oct. 6), Houston (Oct. 8), Atlanta (Oct. 11), Chicago (Oct. 13) and New York (Oct. 15). The tour will then continue on to Japan, where they will play three cities for two nights each: Aichi (Nov. 1-2), Osaka (Nov. 9-10) and Kanagawa (Nov. 15-16).

ENYPEN dropped their third mini-album, Manifesto: Day 1 , earlier this week, taking over Billboard ‘s Instagram on July 4 with a behind-the-scenes look at the “media circus” surrounding their highly anticipated album. (Check out the IG takeover on our account .) The six-song project dropped six months after the group’s first studio repackage album Dimension : Answer was released in January. The band  teased  Manifesto : Day 1 on social media in mid-June with a promotion calendar, which included dates for concept mood boards, photos, films, and music videos leading up to the release.

In June, the Korean act put their own spin  on a  Queen  classic as part of their studio session with Coke. Performing “A Kind of Magic,” ENHYPEN transformed the title track from  Queen ’s 1986 album into an atmospheric, breezy hit. ENHYPEN’s first studio album, DIMENSION: DILEMMA , was released in October 2021 and debuted at No. 11 on the Billboard 200 album chart.

Make sure your caps-lock is in working order, because K-pop superstars  ENHYPEN  have announced the “MANIFESTO” world tour, the septet’s first-ever globe-spanning trek.

Following a two-night stand in Seoul, Korea September 17th and 18th, ENHYPEN will roll through the US in October, hitting up Anaheim, Fort Worth, Houston, Atlanta, Chicago, and New York. Afterwards, the group will play two concerts each in Aichi, Osaka, and Kanagawa,

Tickets go on sale starting Tuesday, August 2nd at 2:00 p.m. local time via Ticketmaster . Presale tickets will be available for purchase for ENGENE MEMBERSHIP holders who have registered in advance beginning Monday, August 1st at 2:00 p.m. local time.

JUNGWON, HEESEUNG, JAY, JAKE, SUNGHOON, SUNOO, and NI-KI are riding high on the release of their latest mini-album,  MANIFESTO: DAY 1 , which dropped earlier this month. The “MANIFESTO” tour is still being mapped out, and so far no venues have been announced.

Last year, ENHYPEN released the mini-album  Dimension: Dilemma   and spoke to   Consequence  about this “exploration of identity.” Earlier this year, they repackaged it with three new songs as  Dimension: Answer .

ENGENEs (ENHYPEN’s fandom) can purchase a special ticket to the event, which will include a customized ENHYPEN x Mariners T-shirt.

On Monday, April 29, HEESEUNG, JAY and NI-KI of K-pop group ENHYPEN will throw the first pitch at the Seattle Mariners vs. Atlanta Braves game inside T-Mobile Park. The band will be in town for the U.S. leg of their ENHYPEN WORLD TOUR 'FATE PLUS’ (hereinafter ‘FATE PLUS’), which will see them perform at Tacoma Dome on Sunday, April 28. This marks the first hometown show for JAY who was born and raised in Seattle and is a lifelong Mariners fan.

FATE PLUS comes on the heels of ENHYPEN WORLD TOUR ‘FATE,’ which saw the group enchant over 327,000 ENGENEs (ENHYPEN’s fans) across 13 cities and 21 shows. Notably, the seven-piece act made their momentous U.S. stadium debut at Los Angeles’ Dignity Health Sports Park during the tour, while also setting the record for being the fastest K-pop boy group to host a solo concert at Tokyo Dome.

ENHYPEN released their 5th Mini Album ORANGE BLOOD on November 17. It sold more than 1.8M copies within the first week and debuted at No. 4 on the Billboard 200, where it remained for seven consecutive weeks.

Seattle-born K-Pop star JAY returns home with ENHYPEN for first-ever Tacoma concert

K-Pop group ENHYPEN is coming to Tacoma for a performance. Members will also throw the first pitch for a Seattle Mariners game at T-Mobile Park. [Photo courtesy of BELIFT LAB] 

SEATTLE - Seattle native and member of world-famous K-pop group ENHYPEN , JAY, is making his return to Washington after nearly 10 years.

ENHYPEN made their debut in 2020 with the album " BORDER : DAY ONE " following their journey on the show "I-LAND", a music survival show that the members competed on to make the final debut lineup.

The group gained international fans from the show even before its debut, but with the release of their first title track "Given-Taken", they cemented their legacy in the industry as a K-Pop powerhouse.

The seven-member group has had continuous success on worldwide music charts, and their music videos continue to rack up tens of millions of views, including their recent release, "Sweet Venom," which is currently at 45 million. 

Now, the group is embarking on their encore world tour "FATE PLUS" and stopping in Tacoma on April 28.

This tour stop marks the group’s first time in the state, a special moment for JAY.

"It’s been around eight or nine years since I last visited my hometown, and returning to perform there as ENHYPEN alongside my members is an incredibly meaningful moment for me," he tells FOX 13.

JAY moved to Korea at the age of nine where he eventually became a trainee under Big Hit Entertainment, best known at the time for being the company of worldwide stars, BTS.

Big Hit, now rebranded as HYBE, houses multiple K-Pop groups, including ENHYPEN, which is under the subsidiary BELIFT LAB.

ENHYPEN has become known for their high-energy performance, which is something JAY emphasizes to FOX 13 in a message to those who haven’t seen them live before.

"Get ready for our captivating performances that will naturally make you stand up and join in the fun with us," he says.

The group takes the stage at the Tacoma Dome at 7:30 p.m. on April 28, and for fans attending and planning to bring their light sticks, the Tacoma Dome website says they will only be allowing the official ENHYPEN light stick in the venue.

If fans are attending the show from outside of the area, JAY has his own recommendations for places you should check out.

"I have fond memories of dining out with my family at a restaurant called ‘Ivar’s.’ However, there are also many other excellent restaurants near the port that serve delicious clam chowder, so I highly recommend giving it a try if you’re in town. Additionally, I’d recommend visiting the Space Needle, one of Seattle’s most iconic landmarks, or exploring a farmers market if it’s your first time visiting the area," he says.

The concert is not the last chance fans will have to see the group in the area, however.

The Seattle Mariners announced today that members JAY, NI-KI, and HEESEUNG will be throwing out the first pitch at the game the following day, April 29, against the Atlanta Braves.
