Traveler Reviews

We were abandoned without next scheduled red line to stop at the Gollden Budda. We waited for 1 1/2 hours for the next red or blue line bus and neither showed to be in route to the Golden Budda, so we were forced to take a taxi back to Hotel and missed last 3 stops on redline tour. We accepted that traffic can delay bus pick up times, but the time we waited without no bus on the app showing bus GPS locations, is bad for customer service!!

We have used the Hop On Hop Off services in France, Italy, Mallta and now Thailand. Expect traffic issues causing delays in pick up times. We paid for a full day on red line for 2 persons, however, only received 1/2 our trip.
