Request for Return and Refund - Faulty and Non-Genuine Product

Dear [ Cruis Fashion / Customer Service], I hope this message finds you well. I am writing regarding a recent purchase from your store, which I have unfortunately found to be neither an original Diesel product nor of acceptable quality. The product not only exhibits clear manufacturing defects, such as puckered and uneven stitching but also has seams sewn directly over the brand logos. Furthermore, on one side, beneath the underarm, there are defective white printed letters, evidently part of a poorly stamped piece of fabric. In addition to this, the fabric quality is subpar, and the zipper has poorly aligned and riveted seams, which further highlights the overall poor craftsmanship. Given these issues, I kindly request a pre-paid return label to send the item back promptly and a full refund of my payment. Thank you in advance for your assistance, and I look forward to your swift resolution of this matter. Ps. This is my third email notifying the situation and nobody has attended my inquiry so far. The jeans were perfect

Amazing sale prices easy to deal with goods delivered as described and in a timely fashion had to return items that through no fault of cruise didn’t fit and found the return procedure very straight forward and money was promptly refunded on receipt of goods being returned. All in all would definitely deal with them in future and can safely advise anyone else to do the same.

The delivery charges are still far too…

The delivery charges are still far too expensive considering the cost of the clothing. If you get something delivered and it doesn't fit, it would cost double to return items. Alot of retailers do free delivery and returns for items much cheaper.

Before my purchase, I checked that they had inventory via email and the reply was sent to me in a timely manner. The ordering and shipping to Canada from the UK was simple and I received my order in about week after the order was placed. The product was as advertised and still happy with the quality to this day.

Appalling customer service

Appalling customer service. Ordered two items, only one of which was delivered. Notified Cruise immediately whereby they refused to send missing item or refund me for the missing item. Spent many hours emailing them trying to resolve this matter, quite often they didn’t bother replying. Dispute is still ongoing - It is unacceptable that I am left without part of my order/out of pocket. They claim to have cctv footage of BOTH items being packed into the same parcel yet are unwilling to forward this to me. I have asked them to take the matter up with the courier company they use, DPD, yet Cruise have not bothered to respond to this email! I am at a loss and quite frankly this is totally unacceptable from Cruise. My order was placed in good faith, paid for in full using my debit card and yet only part of my order was delivered! As a customer I’d be interested to know why Cruise think this is acceptable service !?

Amazing sales, postage cost is excessive

The sales they have and product selection are amazing - but I can't award 5 stars i'm afraid as the postage costs are not in-line with what their competitors are charging. It's expensive, 4-5 day delivery, which is embarrassing compared to the likes of the free (fast) shipping offered by Amazon and indeed, much smaller companies like ASOS. Free delivery or delivery that isn't £7! Would have had them 5 stars.

Request for Return and Refund - Faulty and Non-Genuine Product

Dear [ Cruis Fashion / Customer Service], I hope this message finds you well. I am writing regarding a recent purchase from your store, which I have unfortunately found to be neither an original Diesel product nor of acceptable quality. The product not only exhibits clear manufacturing defects, such as puckered and uneven stitching but also has seams sewn directly over the brand logos. Furthermore, on one side, beneath the underarm, there are defective white printed letters, evidently part of a poorly stamped piece of fabric. In addition to this, the fabric quality is subpar, and the zipper has poorly aligned and riveted seams, which further highlights the overall poor craftsmanship. Given these issues, I kindly request a pre-paid return label to send the item back promptly and a full refund of my payment. Thank you in advance for your assistance, and I look forward to your swift resolution of this matter. Ps. This is my third email notifying the situation and nobody has attended my inquiry so far. The delivery charges are still far too expensive considering the cost of the clothing. If you get something delivered and it doesn't fit, it would cost double to return items. Alot of retailers do free delivery and returns for items much cheaper.
