Hello All, we have just returned home from our three week tour of Sri Lanka with Bernard Tours and we would like to thank them for our excellent experience and accomodation. We would especially like to thank our caring an funny driver Asoka, we could not have been in better hands, he kept us well informed on many levels, cultural, historic, religious and everything in between, we learnt so much more due to his amazing knowledge. We have many fond memories of a fantastic country to share with family and friends. After reading different reviews on Tripadvisor we decided to contact Sudath from agency Su Lanka tours. Sudath responded immediately to our inquiry and was very helpful to built our itinerary based on what we wanted to see in Sri Lanka. At the end we have a great 12 day tour around this beautiful country. At the airport we have been picked up from Sidath who is one of Su Lanka co-workers and drivers and he was our tour guide and driver for all the time. He was really friendly and offered great advice. We were very pleased with the structure of our tour overall, a perfect balance of wild life, temples and ancient ruins. We didn't rush at all and Sidath was really flexible with what we wanted to do along the way. The end of holiday we spent some days on Hikkaduwa beach side. As we decide to book the guesthouse by ourselves there was no problem to arrange the final transfer also from Su Lanka side. Sidath was in time as all other days on our trip. We selected the company because of its great reviews, and Su Lanka Tours delivered! Communication with Sudat, the owner, was smooth and we decided to book a driver for nine days. We met the driver, Prema, at our hotel. Prema is friendly (even early in the morning), very helpful and knowledgeble. He transported us safely through the often chaotic Sri Lankan traffic and had numerous suggestions for extra places to stop for a photo, activity or meal - always in a friendly way ('you decide, it's your holiday'). Apart from the suggestions on the road, he also helped with things like finding a reliable guide for hiking when we arrived at one of our hotels. Subject: Sri Lanka Day Tours Location: Colombo, Western Province, Sri Lanka, Asia Title: Sri Lanka Test Cricket Tour ID#: 407303294 Our mixed group of six over 60's has just completed a 3 week tour of Sri Lanka, planned to coincide with attending the Australia v Sri Lanka Test matches in Kandy, Galle and Colombo. We engaged the fabulous services of India Unbound who tailored our budget and interests, to put together a well considered bespoke itinerary that included stays in tea plantations in the Knuckle Mountains, old world colonial hotels, coastal resorts, and a wildlife safari; all carefully worked around the 3 Test matches. A 10 seater van complete with a great driver (Nadeesha) and a very caring English speaking guide (Thushara) completed an outstanding package. Lincoln Harris (India Unbound) worked closely with Heritage Expeditions in Colombo to ensure that all our needs were met (and exceeded), even to acquiring and providing excellent entry tickets for each day of the Test matches.

We had an amazing 5 nights in Sri Lanka travelling to Kandy, Nuwara-Elya and Bentota. Our tour guide was Manju who I cannot recommend enough! He guided us to all the best places and was so friendly knowledgeable and cheerful. He has a very comfortable and safe car and will definitely show you the hidden secrets of Sri Lanka! Manju & his son Rajindu were so kind that they invited us to a traditional Sri Lankan dinner at their home. Had a great holiday in Sri Lanka in June/July 16. Tried a few tour operators using recommendations on trip advisor and found Su Lanka Tours to be the best one. Sudath, the owner, responded very quickly and helped design a great itinerary. Booked hotels with him too as the rates were good. Denzyl, our driver, was safe, kind and knowledgable. We had an issue with one hotel and Sudath was very responsive, finding us another hotel very quickly. He was also very flexible when we decided to modify our itinerary half way through the trip.
